i would start by eliminating the things we suggested, including removing aspect ratio and duration if those are actually things you added to the prompt, they're not needed, you'd use the settings in the ui for that, and trying the model tips here, if you are still getting the same error, maybe try removing the reference image.

I get why you want that, but Firefly works best with shorter prompts. Now if they increased the limit and trained the model on longer prompts I would be 100% for it

You could do this in Photoshop or Bridge and edit the metadata of an image, but it’s a hazzle and I don’t think there’s a line for prompt so you’d have to use descriptition field fex

you can try one of the presets in firefly boards or one of the partner models, but just using the firefly model with text to image you won't be able to add an image to an exsisting image

Definitely get permission from the client to use any IP with AI services (whether it's Gemini or any other service). These inputs may potentially be used for training, research, etc and once uploaded cannot be easily removed from a system.
Adobe won't train on your inputs. However, if you're using Adobe Firefly to access Gemini, Adobe is essentially the service layer that passes your inputs to the Gemini API which generates the image. At that point, you're bound by the third-party service's Terms of Use.

Double check whether the credits have been re-added back. they are deducted when you press generate. if it fails, they are re-credited but it might not be instantaneous
