I'm not sure what to make of it right now, but I'm certain it's better to be aware of what it can do than ignore it. At the moment I've been using AI as a jumping-off point and to clarify my understanding of concepts in web design. Bing provides sources so I can then read up if I misunderstood something. At this point I think it's more of a concern for Fiverr designers and sure we will see this being used there. But we are humans designing for humans so whilst AI can make gorgeous looking photo there maybe times where a human eye is needed for the nuances which AI might dismiss

As of now there is no history or gallery where your images are saved, you need to download them in your local drive. Hopefully going forward such feature will be implemented, as it's been highly requested by the commmunity.

To your 2nd question - you just drag and drop the images you want to share in the message box after going to the #archived-share-your-work-3-23-to-11-23 channnel 🙂

I keep finding words that aren't allowed. If I keep finding words (quite innocent) like war uniform would it result in a ban?

@west arrow accidentally using restricted words won't get you banned, you'll get a message about them though. We don't know the reason why those words were chosen, it could be that the words seem innocent enough, but they generate images that end up looking grotesque, or inappropriate in some way

In Word, there's a "Format Painter". It would be amazing to have that here -- give it an image, roll the brush over an area, have that style applied to the text

It is a v1 beta and sometimes it gets things wrong, there is an option to send feedback via a 👍 or a 👎 and include more information , there is also a repoert a bug feature too, by clicking a beaker icon in the top right of the Firefly window.

It took me about two weeks to get approved from the day i requested access and then I accidentally used my secondary email so it took about another week and a half to gain access.
I know everyone’s timing is different but just wanted to share my experience to hopefully help some people get and idea of timing.
Super excited to sit and play with Firefly and see what comes from it.

I made the mistake of using my secondary email to sign up for Firefly which is why it took a little longer after i had already gotten approval email. I didn’t really mind waiting since it was my fault i used my secondary email.

I don't think it works immediately after filling out the form because it's handled individually by adobe support, they need to review the information in the form and your account, multiplied by the number of people that have filled out the form. All I can say is that it has worked for others who have filled it out, it just may take some time, especially being the weekend. I do not know how those other users were notified their account was fixed, I just know they've reported back that it was.

After that and it could be longer although not necessarily. The team is working hard to get through requests as quickly and fairly as possible.

Also as of now Firefly is not part of CC suite, it's in beta, in testing phase. And the two services are running independent in the present moment.
Going forward when Firefly is close to leaving beta, more info will be released, hopefully we'll see it integrated in CC.

I took adobe firefly to an elder home facility to show some of the older generation. To say they were amazed feels like an understatement. They could not understand how these were not real images taken or created by human artists. They could draw anything they ever wanted. They did struggle a little with how to use it but picked up on it pretty quickly. Well done to the Adobe team and thanks for making things like this more accessible and possible.😀

Then when you receive the invite, you should go to the same website, log in with the same email address you requested access for and then you can prompt

While Firefly is in beta, the nearest you can get to that is by clicking the 3 dots near the download icon, and choosing "Use as reference image" That image then drops to the side of the prompt, and when you click on it, there's a slider: to the left, follow the image more - to the right, follow the prompt more. Image to image may well be in future versions of Firefly.

Hello, your first step is to request access to the beta here https://firefly.adobe.com You will need an Adobe ID and be over 18 years of age.
Then you need to wait for your request to be processed. You'll get an email saying you have access and you then need to go back to the Firefly website and sign in with Adobe ID email you gave to request access <<< that's important, it must be the same email address.

At first, Firefly will be integrated into Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Experience Manager. The eventual plan is to bring it to Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud applications where content is created and modified.

I was running some prompts today and had an icky feeling. Some of the images coming up looked a lot like my own stock photos in Adobe stock. I know that other AI apps draw from a wider base of images so this is less likely to happen to an artist/photographer. Do we know if Firefly will eventually draw from a larger image base? This just seems so uncomfortable for me to have my own images being used so closely in this way? It feels different when it's in a wider pool.
