For folks experiencing the 404 browser bug, it might be an issue with your phone's deeplinking settings. If you long hold on your app icon, go into the application settings, there should be an option that says "open by default" -- if you enable suno and close/reopen the app, you should be able to register or login 🙂

It should bring you back to the library while the song is still playing in the background, effectively minimizing the player ;not the app itself; from what I understand.
But regardless of what it's supposed to be doing, it just closes the app so that's a problem..

Android app doesn't have playlists ... i would rather make songs with desktop and i would rather play with the android. Thus making playlists of highest importance.

Was able to get past the 404 error and into my account. Clicking on the 'Liked' button in the Library---the liked songs don't seem to load even after exiting and re-entering the app. When creating a song, I can't see what I'm typing as the song details cover it up until I think I'm finished so it would be nice to see what I'm typing as I'm typing into the text box.

Like @twin cave Said, just long hold the icon of the app and go to settingd, in my case they shoe as an ! on the upper right corner of the popup, it will take you to settings, then may sure you make it a default and give permissions for Mic, music and oudio etc. and you return to open the app then you will be able to login

90% of the features are either missing or only partially functional.
Here are some examples...
There's no page scrolling, neither on play nor on published songs (!!!). It's impossible to tell how many there are or which ones, as they’re not even listed.
All easily accessible features are missing: cover; personas; resume prompt, not to mention edit (!) or anything else. It’s utterly confusing. There are 3 poorly implemented features. The "scenario" function, implemented in iOS, is missing too...

Also, for anyone running into bugs or crashes, if you also could include the type of device you're using and also what version of Android you're on, it would be incredibly helpful! There are over 10,000 different Android devices all over the world and sometimes there can be a certain bug that shows up specifically for a certain type of device 😇

You need to go to the app settings and make it defaults to Open supported links, also make sure you give it permissions
logged in with google - no problem. However, there's no option that I can find to get to my playlists. I use them a lot and without them half the use is gone
I downloaded the Android version of Suno this morning at like 6am and I still can't do more than see the splash screen for it. Is there anything that I am doing wrong. I ve tried on both my S24 Ultra and Note20 Ultra and neither work.
Bugs on Android:
- Doesnt' remember my login, and asks for sign on every time I open.
- It hangs when I go to my account page
- Create button opens and defaults to 3.5 and says I've zero credits (I've actually got nearly 3000 on desktop)
- Library hangs and doesn't open at all
This thing isn't fit for purpose as of now for me. Back to Chrome for me...
It was doing that to me, my solution was to unisntall the app and installed it back on, that fix that issue to me
I'm able to get to the login screen but can't login as it doesn't have an option for my sign-in method.
This also fixed my issue, not sure why I didn't try it earlier

First you need to make sure that you go to settings and under default to toggle Open supported links, also give the app permissions, then do the uninstall reinstall thing, that is how all issues got resolved to me.

I don't see this mentioned, but I can't "Like" other's songs in app. Button flashes with selection but no like added. Switched to browser, can like fine.

I was looking for the audio, video and photo options but I did not see anything, I believe those features are currently available on IOS, I have Android and I only see basic options

That's a very naive perspective, looking at the world. Startups always over-promise, and generally under-deliver. This is how they survive, this is how they get investments from seed -> A -> B. There's sales, there's product, there's r&d, there's qa, everyone's in a hurry, and someone up top decided to release it a bit earlier, knowingly that there's some stuff needing fixing in the future. And it will be fixed. But feeling like you're owed something bc you paid them 20 bucks? Just don't pay next month, wait a few months, and come back when everything's to your liking. Believe me, the developers of the app know much better what features are missing, what bugs are there and etc. Pointless crying in here. If you want to really be helpful, send them thorough descriptions of bugs. which they can easily turn into dev tickets/issues and work on them. Other than that, complaining won't help.

Hey guys, two hours ago I decided to subscribe to Pro using the Android app and my Playstore budget. In the app it says that my Pro plan is active.

Not really a bug just a feature missing. There is no option to extend or do anything else with your newly created songs on the app at all......
I expect those features will be added later. This is just an initial release that they'll develop further.

For folks experiencing the 404, it's one of the top things we're trying to figure out right now!
If you run into this, some super helpful information you could provide:
- What device are you using? (Samsung Galaxy A24, OnePlus 12R, Pixel Fold Pro, etc)
- What Android OS version are you using? (Android 12/13/14/15/etc)
- Were you previously logged into the mobile website?
- Is your device browser settings set up to open links in apps by default? (this needs to be on)
- Does the suno app settings have "open supported links" toggled to ON, and suno.com is listed as a verified link?
- What is your default web browser?

I can't even login. After clicking on "Sign In", I click "Google", followed by a click on my Google-Account. It then shows me the "Welcome to Suno" screen again

Repeat steps to end up on the 404 page, click the 3 dots next to the url, and then click "open in app"

Just added a 👍 ... I seem to be able to trick it into playing while connected to Android Auto, but the audio won't come through. Interestingly, volume control disappears too, which suggests to me some sort of an audio device selection bug is preventing it from working.

Mine is different. Mine opens a browser window within the app, I try to login (or sign up) with Microsoft. I login and it logs me to the Suno mobile site. It says "Complete Redirect" and nothing happens. I X out of the web browser screen and it shows the login of the app again. Nothing happens if I force close the app or anything. Also logged out of browser and nothing. Using Edge btw.

There's an option to Install App. But neither that nor the button do anything. I haven't tried switching to Chrome

I saw that you had managed to kinda login yesterday and you were able to see the settings? but then I'm guessing when you closed the app and opened it again, you were kicked out?

Can't extend songs, can't reuse prompts, can't make covers, can't edit song details.
Why strive to make the app look like Spotify when it's for makers not listeners?

From what I heard, it's to upload a video from your phone then let suno create a music that will fit it.
Uninstalling and installing it back fixed that problem

The Andoid app doens't work well with Android Auto, you can't launch Suno from Android Auto Car screen, the app should be running on the phone, also I can't control the app from the car audio control area like any Android auto app, like skip forward or backward or go the next/ previous song, all these are not controllable from the steering wheel audio buttons.
Last feature that doesn't work, the suno app start without audio on Android auto, I have to start the audio in any other app so Suno gets triggered and send the audio over to Android auto.
I tried the app with Android Auto today. It worked better than I expected, but I ran into a few bugs.

- Suno appeared in the sidebar on the Android Auto home screen where I usually have YouTube Music.

- Suno doesn't seem to interrupt other music apps when it's playing. I had YouTube Music playing, then played a song in Suno, and then I was hearing both at once.
- Maybe this is the same issue: it also doesn't seem to activate Android Auto as an audio source like other apps do. My car started playing the radio when Suno stopped (I think?), and then playing a song in Suno didn't bring it back. I had to play a song in YTM to be able to hear Android Auto again.
Where can I find my Playlist on this app?!
Also when I make a song and want to generate more of the same song I need to fill everything in again and again and again....

I have found v4 makes a mess of Hindi pronunciation... But for better words in v3.5 I found typing in Devnagri script helps a lot. Also providing the style as bollywood and acoustic helps a lot too. I usually don't put commas in the style, it gives a better result
The create screen. when i create a song and finish it in create, i click like and make it public. But when i wake up the next day to see how many views or likes i get, it always shows that i disliked my own song. Or if i simply log out after makimg a song public and log back in, it shows that i disliked it myself.
i think liking my own songs somehows creates a dislike automatically after log out

I've just downloaded the Suno app to my Android phone to try out the new v4, but I can't get past the log-in page. I log in through the same google account I have been using for months. It opens my browser, completes the log in on my browser, but when I click the "complete redirect" button it does nothing and the app itself is still just showing the loading circle.

Suno app is basically unusable for me. When trying to listen to my songs. It's a major bug. Apps should not make your phone inoperable (and require a restart to return the phone to normal).
Hey @north abyss! This is actually the very first time I'm ever hearing about a bug like this -- can I ask what device and OS level you're using? Also, could you describe the steps you took to me to help me try to resolve the problem?
Is it something like:
- Create a song
- See library tab with loading spinners
a) tap the top banner when the song is done generating
b) tap the song item in the library screen
4) screen turns on and off?
I am pretty sure that if you are not paying for Suno that any music you create will not be yours whereas if you pay for the membership then the music you make can be claimed as yours.. That is how i saw it.. to me that is value.

oooo, I actually test on a pixel 1 but the final OS version on that was Android 10, and I believe the final officially supported version for the Pixel 2 was Android 11? I'm guessing to get up to Android 14, you must have had to flash some custom ROM? So I'm wondering if that could have something to do with it (though honestly it should work, just much harder to test)
Unlikely. Its just linage os. With Google Play services. Almost identical to stock. Its the stable version and its not rooted either.
and I'm guessing you also have the gapps package installed too?
Might be difficult for me to go down this particular rabbit hole since it's not an officially supported OEM shipped ROM version of Android.
I went looking at bugs related to lineageOS and media playback and it seems for some devices not on the latest versions of LineageOS, they also had media playback issues similar to what you're describing. It seems like a patch was issued ~5 months ago that might have fixed the problem (if you don't happen to be on the latest version 😇 )
I am on the latest version. I have the mindthegapps packahe installed which is better than normal gapps. As it actually works on modern versions of Android.
My setup really isn't that custom. I am on the latest patch of android.
With very few differences to AOSP.
Please look into it. Try using android studio with stock or AOSP. With same android version and phone model. And it should be reproducible.
Just because I am not on stock, does not mean, that's the issue.
Also I have no issues like this with any other app on my phone. And I have many many apps. Including ones that do media playback.
Was android auto tested on this app? On most occasions it doesn't show anything at all when loaded. and if the app is loaded and playing on the phone (and the planets align) it will play the audio through the car, but won't allow you to scroll the long list as it should.

If you are not extending, you could be lacking sections of lyrical content with each song generation, try adding a couple
[Instrumental Interlude] between stanzas. Although, 4 minutes seems like a hoax because most of my songs cut-off around 3:37 even with repeated choruses in the lyrics panel.

I made a bug report and I feel it's not being taken seriously enough. Because when I try and play a song. It locks me out of my phone and I need to restart it. As the LockScreen keeps going on and off.
No other app does this. If I were to do this by accident while having something important running on my phone like unfinished work. It could be a real issue for someone.

Personas do not reach the full four minutes, and even with v4.0 it is a matter of songs going up to four minutes, not a guarantee that they will do so. On average Persona and Covers tend to go up to three and a half minutes.

After creating a track, the settings are reset, and you need to type lyrics, style and other settings to create a track again. This is inconvenient. Especially if it's song lyrics. Because of this, I often use the application as a simple player for the site's music library. Also, only 40 tracks are loaded, the rest require a restart and manual scrolling through the entire playlist so that all available tracks are loaded. This is inconvenient. Add automatic playlist loading. For example, you loaded a dozen songs, started listening and gradually loaded the remaining track list with the data of the playing track. Track images can be loaded a little later, for example, for one or two tracks that are currently playing.

You just summarized the whole issue about it... it's a really bad user experience compared to the desktop mode of creation! Can't you see it? 🤷♀️ There's no reasons to remove users inputs for a song when they click on create button, and force them to wait for a song to generate, open a sub-menu, and click/tap reuse style. Knowing that 3/4 of the songs Suno generate are filled with audio bugs, noises, not matching the requested style, with badly prononced words, using the wrong genre for the vocals, etc, it makes it plain and simple unusable for anyone using Suno for serious projects who have to do hundreds of iterations to obtain the song they really want. The app sadly is an app for casuals to play around for 5 minutes, and not for any paying users. And this issue has been also rampant on mobile in the browser version. I'm really tired to have to use desktop mode on mobile to generate, and that Suno team is doing absolutly nothing about this messy bad UX practice, while numerous users keep reporting it!
And the foundations for creating are already messy with this create button issue 🤷♀️ So your solution is to build on top of messy foundations?
I don't see why I would stop using Suno, while I'm enjoying making songs with it... I'm fine with the AI being a work in progress, as it's something new they're building and innovating on... but I'm not with bad UX practices that are well documented, easy to fix, and represent more a wrong vision of their own product from Suno team, as they think that in one generation you get a perfect song to share with the community. In this case it's perfectly fine to erase users lyrics and style inputs... but it's not the case, at all, not with 3.5, and even less with v4, as hundreds of generations are needed to obtain a good song that you can either publish in the community or on music platforms!

I was notified of the renewal for the next month on Google Play since January 24th, but the Suno app still says I haven't upgraded to the Pro plan. Why is that?
I also subscribed via Google Play. It won't allow me to purchase credits or change billing information on thier site, and you can't buy credits in the app. I was worried that something would go wrong with the renewal process after experiencing the mentioned issues, and I guess the issue you have with the renewal process just proves that. I contacted support a while ago, but they don't seem to respond.
It seems like it's their habit to not respond or keep users waiting. I also struggled a lot from the initial Pro plan registration stage. The app is completely fine except for the payment gateway and providing in-app credits for users, along with customer support.
Check the correct account is logged in in the browser.
Are you using the same account as the Playstore app?

this sounds like you may be logged in with two different accounts. if you see a subscription when you login with the mobile app but not when you login using a web browser, most of those happen because one is logged in with a phone number and another is logged in with Login via Google, etc.

For some reason my Suno account is showing that I have full credits for the month and that my billing goes until the 24th of February. However, I haven't paid.
My billing ended on the 24th of January. I didn't have enough in there for the direct debit. So after my few days of work I have now come in to make payment and it kept declining. Yet in my account it's showing that I have full credits and it ends in February.
It's also showing that I have my 10 free credits a day which would be correct as I'm not subscribed fully this month but it's saying I am and declining my payment so I'm thinking something is majorly wrong here.
If you miss a payment, you can either get up to date or cancel by visiting https://suno.com/account (choose Edit BIlling Details if you missed a payment). With an active subscription, the credits will load but you wont be able to use them until they are paid for

I have a one-month Pro plan that I subscribed to through the Android app. However, on the renewal date, it did not renew. So, I canceled it once and then re-subscribed. While my credits increased, I was downgraded to the basic plan. I sent a DM to the support team, but it has been 10 days without a response.
I am trying to understand what is happening by translating the conversations of others in Discord and gathering information. The more information I collect, the more anxious I become.
How much longer should I wait? Is it weeks or months?
For those who are facing similar issues, is there any way to announce how long we should wait for a resolution or if any progress is being made? Just that alone could help alleviate some of the anxiety and anger of those waiting in line. It might also reduce the number of inquiries from the same people to the support team.
I discovered Suno and have had a wonderful experience, learning the joy of music and making new friends through it. I love Suno and am grateful to all of you. That’s why I feel sad and worried about the current situation.

They don't seem to reply to anyone. It's a shame. I really like Suno, and I think it's an amazing tool. However, the lack of support and customer service is a very great concern. I contacted customer support a while ago now, and I have yet to still receive a response from them. After reading other users experiences in regards to the renewal process and the issues they have been experiencing, I'm gonna have to cancel my subscription because I don't know if it's gonna work like it should, and customer service ain't responding.

What I thought after reading this is
Before the update happens,
if I cancel my subscription and then subscribe again,
the expiration date of the previous subscription will still be valid,
and the rights to the Pro features will not be renewed.
It will only result in adding credits for purchase.
To use the Pro features,
I would have to cancel again,
pay the fee,
and then subscribe again to be able to use it.
Is that correct?

After rereading the response from Suno support and thinking it over, I wonder if it means that I should cancel my current subscription and then repurchase (restore) it? If that's the case, there wouldn't be any charges, right? I'm really sorry for my ignorance 💦
However, when I tried that earlier, the slightly reduced credits were restored, but I still cannot use the Pro features at all. I feel like there's nothing more I can do on my own.

in the notification on android the viewed notification is not reset. the artist posted his work, I received a notification, looked through it, did not see a notification that the person posted his work. after some time. I received a notification again. only in the browser on the phone I was able to see the correct reason for the notification.

Meanwhile, support remains completely silent, ignoring tickets and emails – but somehow, they still have time to post new announcements. Seriously, what kind of "professional service" is this?
You launch an app, allow payments through Google Play Store, but when an issue arises, there’s zero effort to fix it? People are paying for a service they can’t even use. I’ve invested time and money into this, even started a YouTube channel around it, but now I’m stuck losing subscribers because I can’t create new songs.
How is this acceptable? How long are we supposed to wait while getting ignored? At least acknowledge the issue and give us an update instead of pretending everything is fine.

@admins after losing connection to the Internet, the application does not restore the connection, which is why you have to completely restart the application, see what you can do about it
They don't reply to emails. I sent mine like weeks ago. Nothing, and that was to the billing department. Suno is great software, but sadly, the lack of customer service is just terrible. I don't want to cancel my subscription, but what other choice do I have when there is no customer service.

I have not been able to access my profile in the Suno app for days because those three dots have suddenly disappeared. I've already checked to see if there's another way to access the profile to pay for a sub, but no, there isn't and some people don't have the luxury or means of having a credit card. I already sent an email addressing this issue days ago but no response yet, that's what I call "great" customer support, I guess it's time to look for an alternative if they don't change the way they treat their customers.

Bug (since I can remember) for Android Phone, Normal mode (not desktop)
I remembered I don't like looking at my "Like" list as they aren't numbered, but here's the thing it does as well that keeps me from using much.
Of 2300 liked songs, I can scroll down the Like Playlist, maybe 300 hundred (loading more every 50 or so), but if i scroll more to a spot, it will spin a bit, flash backwards about a third way through the list, then flash back again to a specific spot of songs and I have to start scrolling again from that point again. As if it won't let me scroll past a point as well as portals me back to a halfway point if I try -- again and again. I've always had that issue, so I just use library "like" button and scroll page by page.

Edit: Bug appears to be for ANY recent files moved to trash /after testing a few new made outputs.
Bug for Android or System: New issue or protocol change. Re: STEMS / Attempt to perm. delete stems gives notice of "personas" attached.
Stems cant be deleted permanently. "simple" songs somehow can't be deleted for Suno errors they are associated with personas.
Tested:
• Ran 1 custom-off song using two-word prompt.
• Split to stems and moved stems to trash.
• Tried Perm. Deleting stems from trash, getting notice they cannot due to "assoc. with personas."
• Moved old song stem of Oct 2024 to trash. Perm. Delete of old stems, no issue.
So I found an issue, I've been having a problem were I "remove" (delete) a song and it doesn't go away, I have to restart the entire app to get it to disappear...it's awkward, and I don't want to have to keep restarting my app to get rid of a song
Well, my renewal happened today. Fortunately, it went through and I got my credits, and they work. However, still can't purchase credits through the site.

I have a Pixel 8 and when I use Bluetooth (doesn't matter what the device is) I get up to a minute of static, noise, audio cutting in and out, music speeding up and slowing down and then suddenly it just stops. Only happens when I open Chrome or any browser.
I mean "stop" as in the music starts playing normally.
Update... Still nothing changed... Come on Suno... You're gonna lose users with an app/usage breaking bug like this

Bug 1: My profile page doesn't show all of my public songs. I tend to just go to my profile to see all of my public songs, but not all are displayed on Android. They are, on the web version.
Bug 2: The little pill that houses your credits gets cut off with 5-digit credits (tries to show the fifth digit below, on a separate line).
Bug 3: Now Playing UI in dark mode is very difficult to read/see. The panel is light gray with white text.

I've been having a issue just the past couple of days with Upload Audio. I have a lot of original tracks that I make in FL Studio that I've been touching up with Suno, but lately when I try to Upload Audio tracks that weren't made in Suno and very specific tracks are greyed out. I saw like three tracks not Suno which were selectable and hundreds of tracks in my library I can't use.
I'm also having the same issue here, so it's good to know it's not just me.
It does fine on my laptop so it has to be a Android issue. Also it seems to target the Recent folder and with the exception of standard audio files not .wav or .mp3 only allows songs made in 2025 on my end.
Well, when I go to the app and try to upload an audio, the feature doesn't appear and when I go to the website to do the same thing, all of my audios are inaccessible for me to upload for some reason.

In that case, I definitely think it's a error with how Suno is reading audio files on Android. What type of phone do you have? I know myself I have a Samsung A32. Just trying to gauge if it's a Samsung-exclusive issue or if it's happening across all the infrastructure in general. In any case I really hope it gets resolved soon. I can use my laptop but it was hella convenient to be able to lab my tracks on Suno on the road or during my lunch break.
My phone type is Moto E7 Plus. And yes, I really hope this gets resolved soon too. After all, I only use Suno AI with existing audios and with this not being possible at the moment, Suno AI is pretty much useless to me now, unfortunately.

I've got this too. Every time I try on android app or browser it says one of two messages: "Create Error Failed due to Internal error. Try again in a few seconds..." Or something along the lines of "Too many jobs are being processed please wait or upgrade" but I'm not processing any other songs and I'm not losing credits and not able to make any songs. It's frustrating as it's just unusable. I was considering subscribing but this is a turn off as if this will happen after paying money then I'd be pretty mad

I'm noticing that many people are having the same problem as me: I don't receive the unique code to log in with my cell phone, I'm a pro subscriber, and I can't get a response from Suno support.
To avoid my making assumptions, you're saying you clicked your avatar, clicked Edit Profile and scrolled down to Display name and Handle, and it is not able to be changed?
Or are you talking about logging in with your authenticator username, typically an email (which is an authenticator issue, not Suno)?
And you should mention whether using the Android Suno APP or using a browser in Android.

First and foremost, I use VoiceOver on the iPhone, now the accessibility on the PC works just fine however when using Suno from the browser of the iPhone, it won’t let me play any of my tracks. The thing that’s automatically selected when going to tap on a song is the feedback button apparently. Not gonna lie, not a big fan of the iOS app so I like to use it in Safari on the iPhone. Is there a way to fix that at all?

All of my .wav downloads are saving as .mp4.... The file names include the .wav, but then will treat that as part of the file name, not the extension. So I end up with something like "Song Name .wav (2).mp4"

Firefox has too many extra clicks to download the files. I hate the way the browsers do downloads, usually it's just keeping the notification on the screen too long, but Firefox makes me actually click the X to close it, and has an extra Download confirmation button to click...
And using Firefox doesn't change the recent new problem in Chrome.
I'm just saying if it works without issue in Firefox, use that. Chrome breaks stuff constantly for me it's the reason why I use Firefox in the first place.
I usually have more problems with Firefox than Chrome.

Today there's an issue downloading WAV files. It seems to be downloading them as video files instead of music which is usually indicative of a software issue as it's confusing formats. I'm using android to access the Suno website. NOT the Suno app. Please look into this!
I was told in the "technical-discussion" thread that this was a new issue and being worked on so shut up and use Firefox. Clearly that's not the case as this has been ongoing now for 3+ days. No I'm not installing the Firefox browser on my Android. Please just fix the issue which is 100% software related on the Suno side.
It's not like we're trying to access a free website and trying different browsers. This is a service we pay for. We are owed the efforts of resolving the problem in a timely manner

I have been using Suno AI and spent 400+ credits to generate music with a female voice. However, despite explicitly specifying "female voice," "female vocal," and even excluding male-related terms, the results were almost always male vocals. This is extremely frustrating because I did not get what I paid for, and the generated tracks were completely different from my request.
If this is a known issue, I would appreciate a resolution or at least a refund/credit compensation so I can retry with a proper female voice. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

It doesnt warn you if the verses are flagged as inapropiate or copyrighted, instead it says there was an internal server error

Clearing the app cache and restarting it did not fix the issue.

How long did it take for the first reply from the billing team?
My situation is a little different, but I am also having problems with subscriptions.
It has only been a few hours since I sent it, but the only reply I have received from Billing@suno.com is a standard response.
I have a one-year Premier contract and the recurring purchase was made through Stripe.
This purchase was blocked due to past issues with the card company.
When I tried again after unblocking it, I found that the billing amount data had not been received by the card company.
While gathering information on Discord, I discovered /Billing.
I checked the contents and realized that it was being rejected by Stripe.
It said that if Stripe is rejecting it, you can pay with Google pay in the Android App.
However, I could not find a transition to pay with Google pay within the app. I was able to select Google pay via Stripe, but it was obviously invalid since it was rejected by Stripe in the first place. When I selected it, it showed $0 USD.
When I checked the Stripe contract, it said that I needed to have Billing@suno.com handle a different remittance method.
I sent the billing team several emails, but there was no response.
My situation: 1 year premium contract → 1 year later → contract automatically renewed → email from Stripe saying payment couldn't be made → card company blocked → unblocked → applied again to Stripe → rejected by Stripe → displayed as premium plan, but unable to use Suno. → searched for Google pay in Android Apps → not there!
Seeing how the billing team responded to you, I honestly feel nothing but despair.
Should I cancel my subscription and try again?

The payment for the one-year contract was rejected by Stripe, but it seems that the subscription contract is still in place.
On the subscription screen on the Android App screen, the Premier Plan is listed as the Active plan. However, it cannot be used. When you transition to the subscription screen, a browser screen appears asking you to update your billing.
Browser display: "We were unable to process your recent subscription renewal.
In order to keep creating, please update your billing information and retry payment."
Even if I cancel this premium contract, it seems that I will still have a one-year contract. Even though I can't use it. Even though I can't use any of the premium features.
At the very least, I would like to be able to cancel it for free.
If Stripe payment is rejected, you are forced to sign a contract that you cannot pay for, you cannot use Google pay, and the browser screen only appears.
Since I had to use it for various reasons, I charged for January with a separate account and tried logging in with my Google account. I was able to pay with Google pay.
Is it impossible to use Google pay when logging in via Discord on the Android app, or is it because the processing with Stripe has not been completed that you are redirected to the browser?

My visuals and song details are wonky. I was experimenting with different usernames when I created this song and I had a more anime style song art applied, I've since updated my song art and username but the link I posted for this song on Discord in the Showcase is showing no lyrics, old artwork, and old username. Is this something that might get fixed with time or is it just because that's the first song art I uploaded and now it's permanent? Just didn't know if there was a way to fix this on my end if I could, I know I'll just have to keep this in mind for future songs if not. My current handle is @MythEngine and the song example is Echoes. I have a total of six songs that will probably all have this issue which kinda sucks if nothing can be done. On mobile web interface, nothing on the pull up menu (three dots beside song) is responding to clicks. Can't delete, can't extend, can't edit song details. I have to use my PC just to change artwork, as the app doesn't have that feature.
Just to double check, is this through Chrome?
For now, a current workaround is using the desktop context menu by Holding down on the song entry for a few seconds.
It will open where you had pressed, though only for entries in your Workspace or Library (like in the picture here #📚┃suno-school message)
Alternatively, try using another browser in case it is browser-specific issue. I had no trouble opening it in Opera on Android in mobile mode
The lyrics does not end up in correct order. In the web verdios it all looks fine but in the app it is totaly in the wrong order.

This applies both to Android and Desktop: I dont know if this is a bug or simply an inadvertent removal during the update, but in the past, using Replace, the samples given would indicate the time span of the sample related to the output (song). So, if i were replacing 3:00-3:10, and the sample says 3:00-4:12, I know it was a 1:12 minute sample instead of the 10 second sample i requested. Those time marks no longer are showing on the samples but only show the default time of the segment requested.
This becomes confusing, but may also be buggy, if it shows "3:00-3:10" and what you get on playback is 28 seconds and overlays the following track past the segment requested.
So I can't tell if the timemarks in the samples are missing or just wrong, or if Suno THINKS the timemarks are right and yet gives a sample quite different in duration of time.

The problem with Suno is the stems when separating the vocals from the instruments.
The separation is poor — I have version 4.5 and it's still just as bad. For professionals, it's completely useless.
Unfortunately, I won’t be renewing the monthly plan because the stems are still terrible. I don’t understand why they don’t generate vocals and instruments on separate channels. The issue is that they generate everything together, so when it comes time to separate, it sounds awful.

With the new update the bug is still not fixed with the update v1.9.4 when I try to log out the app crashes immediately
Fairly common issue, i will generate a song and then it will say "an error has occurred", eat the credits, and then it's a 50/50 shot on the song showing up randomly in the next 6-12 hrs.
In the app, I don't have the issue on the site.
Since 5.24.25 it looks like playlists have a new bug on Android where it doesn't show the full playlist. I have one with 55 songs and only shows 50.

I modify a sentence from the original and even with that sometimes it takes the sentences from the original while I modified on the cover
Sometimes I modify everything while keeping a lot of sentences from the original, sometimes it works but only for the beginning or sometimes only for the end
Knowing that some phrases that I modified at the beginning but after that it keeps the old phrases towards the middle and the end of the music while these phrases are modified on the color and sometimes It's completely the opposite, it keeps the old one at the beginning and then it starts to change towards the middle and the end of the music.

Hello dear Suno team, I always subscribe monthly. I resubscribed yesterday. Unfortunately, despite my subscription, I can only create songs up to 3.5. When I want to create 4.5 songs, it says I need to update to use 4.5. I don't understand. Please help.

Hello . I have a problem music is not generating anymore for me . I put lyrics and style choice and it begins to load but then I get no song at the end ..I have that since yesterday.

IHi, I'm having an issue uploading audio files on mobile (Chrome browser).
Every time I try to upload an MP3 file — whether it's a new one or an older file I used successfully before — the upload option becomes unresponsive. The file appears grayed out or untouchable, and I can't select it.
I've tested multiple MP3s, all under 60 seconds, and none of them work.
This issue only happens on mobile.

Have you tried reinstalling the app or logging out and back in? Sometimes deleting cash helps too
Only option available to upload audio for me on Android mobile is .wav files that were created before June 3, 2025. Any new file is grayed out. Desktop site all files are being rejected stating Copyright protection. SUNO has become useless since the update

Oh, another problem, you make a song with lyrics and no lyrics, no singing, just some weird chants like chants with uhhuhu or ararach or something like that throughout the whole song and not just in one song. I've had that happen four times in a row and the song is wasted for nothing. It doesn't create what you want and want??? Always something new, thank you for nothing!!!! 😬
They'd love to get lots of good reviews, but not when there are so many problems, and they're not paying a small amount for that. I think they should fix everything! That's not how you impress people! 🤔
My personas are copying the melody, so no matter what lyrics I use, how many times I generate song, or add extra bits to the style prompt, I'm getting the same tune.....the instrumentals are the same, the lyrical rhythm and note progression are nearly identical.... Six times, or more, the same thing, no variety in the songs.
Persona should be a sound, not a melody. A tone not a tune...
Edit to clarify the bug: it's treating the Persona as if it were the Cover feature.

Seems to be a new bug in the latest Android update.
On my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I start playing songs from my library via the app. It gets stuck playing. The app becomes unresponsive, tapping on the controls does not work. Nor does tapping on pause in the notification menu or lock screen. The ONLY way to stop the music playing is to restart the phone.
Happened twice today at different times.

Sure its already been reported, but cant upload audio files anymore in android site, only photos and videos (which obviously isn't helpful)

I published a song with lyrics visible. It is showing in the browser but in the app, it is not showing. Tried clearing the cache, but it didn't work.
@slim frost Just got here to see this. What I noticed is there is a conflict between browser and app. If you fully close the app and restart it should show up

Anyone know how to resolve the issue of a song stopping and restarting from the beginning upon first playback? Whenever I generate a song, no matter which iteration I play first (1st or 2nd), it plays some of the song, then stops and starts at the beginning...EVERY time.
@tight waspThe song is not fully finished on first playback. It takes about half a minut for it to become fully finished.
Basically treat your first playback when it says its ready as a demo of the song
You only have like 30 seconds of the song till it is fully done

I bought the subscription and now the app is a mess. I can't save anything to playlist. I have no idea how many credits I have. Can't use any of the advanced features and all my emails have gotten a form letter. I'm kinda bummed.

Click those dots. It will open up the song info. From there select "add to playlist"

The edit mode is gibberish. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I'm trying to change a few lines of lyrics and it spews out gibberish until the last word that I was trying to replace that it didn't replace.
I have not worked with the edit mode yet so I have no workarounds there

Anyone have a problem where the app stops responding, and when you close the app and clear the visible instance it still plays music? I get it to stop playing music by playing spotify or something on youtube. Even after all day though, I get stuck with the app opening and never actually attempting to load. This only fixes after I do a full reboot of my phone, but it still shouldn't be happening

Yeah i have something similar, app just stops responding, bug that started happening maybe a week or 2 ago. You dont need to reboot but you need to force stop the app by going to your settings -> apps -> suno and pressing the force stop button at the bottom
When it happens the app doesnt respond, minimizing it makes it not even come back, sometimes the opening splash screen, sometimes a black screen. It will not come back till it has been force stopped and restarted

I have pixel 8a with android 15, so it could very well be the OS causing the issue, thanks for the info about force stopping, I thought that's what I was already doing but didn't know there was a better option to do that in the settings. At least there is a decent work around until it stops being an issue 👉😎👉

Hey hey, anyone else with android having trouble uploading audio from a mobile device? I used to upload M4a from my voice recorder app, but they're greyed out now and won't accept them, and checked my browser (Chrome) settings for permissions to allow access. Also, no upload audio in the android app?

Thanks Duder! Unfortunately it seems it no longer accepts .M4a format anymore, all my previous uploads were from my Voice Recorder app, so maybe something changed there. Only work around was to upload to my PC, convert to MP3 and upload on desktop.

Has anybody else seen in the android app that if you load a playlist with a lot of songs on it, you can only see the first 50? Not joking, i just got a new phone too.
Is there a known bug that on the android app you can't see the comments on a song? You know how many there are, just can't see them. never mind there was an update that hadnt auto installed.

Yeah, that hit me hard when the apps became available. I have a huge one with all the "completed" songs from before there were workspaces and everything. So it lags in the browser and apparently on the apps it gives up after a certain number of songs and won't display them at all.

I've never been able to upload an audio file. A few random files that I have downloaded from suno seem to be eligible. But nothing that I record or convert will work. Almost all audio files are grayed out, regardless of mono, bit-rate or any other factor I can identify. Since long before suno was even a chirp, I have wanted to run my band demos through AI. I should have brought this to your attention over a year ago. It's just so massive and obvious that I figured it would be on your bug list already....

New bug/strange direction:
I donn't know why you're willfully making payback more difficult and less user-friendly. Mobile/Android/Chrome. First, you reversed the direction that songs play, in the workspace, so it's backwards from the order in which they are generated. This could have been fixed with a simple button to select the desired direction. But, no. Now, it's single play only. The other day, I generated a handful of songs and wanted to play them while I worked. But I had to get the phone out of my pocket every 3 minutes and select the next song. Come on. Can we please enhance the user experience a little bit. I know you're offering lots of great features and making the product better. But it's these little quality of life things that make it more or less fun, useful, and engaging.
As if this wasn't dumb enough, I can repeat the same song infinitely. But I can't play the next song automatically. Face palm...
I found a new bug, my song only shows the lyrics selected for the replacement section. When I try to regenerate, it still results in the same errors in both video and lyric display in app

I accidentally reported one of my own generated song. because... it's easy to misclick the report button. especially when mouse has a problem with double clicking and left to right click registering... I would like to take that report back actually and would like to remember what song that was...

Trying to download the WAV file, and it won't generate. Both songs on this generation run just sit there waiting to prepare the file for download. Didn't work last night, not this morning, and on multiple devices. However, a new generation this morning is downloading fine... So I don't know what went wrong with this set...

I don't know if anyone can help the auto play feature has disappeared from the Android mobile browser? I'm trying to play a bunch of songs that I created but it keeps stopping off that every single song?... It has been fine for the last four months but I think something has changed recently?... I can see the auto repeat and The shuffle button but there's nothing for auto play. The three dot menu is not visible in portrait mode but when I rotate the phone into landscape mode the three dots appea, but they only contain options for create remix etc...😖

That’s a huge issue for creators who are investing in this platform with time and money.

There's an issue lately when creating songs that suno seems to either lag or stop creating and when you initially check your list, there are no songs there. So I've retried prompting, only to come back to the app and see all the attempts actually were created. There is also no indication pink dot for unplayed songs on the mobile app

Image upload not working for me. Also video upload for whatever reason has ceased to work for weeks. The image upload bug is really annoying though.
Okay, scratch that. Image upload is working. Videos still don't upload though. Using a pixel 5 android phone through a browser.
