Ok I would recommend emailing [e-mail] (only if you haven't already) and then wait for a response. If you send follow up emails, it will likely put you to the back of the queue each time and prolong the response time.

In the meantime check your account subscription page to make sure there are no failed payments as the symptoms you describe sound like what happens when a payment doesn't go through

Usually one doesn't need to specify the language in the style or in any tag within the lyric, as the written lyric IS the language itself.
Was the problem in the auto generated lyrics? or the pronounciation of the written lyric?

First:

Any change in payment, whether upgrading from a Basic to a Paid account which ADDS a new payment information, or purchasing an account for the first time, will subject that payment through the usual "fruad prevention and security" measures that ALL merchant accounts and billing go through. This is fairly common knowledge after years of this process.

This means, that if outside of the USA, such payments may take from 0-4 days, average seems about 2 days, to process through the separate bank systems. Many , such as Malaysia and VietNam, for example are manually reviewed if I understand correctly.

Its possible that Stripe has confirmed to Suno that a payment has been requested, AND that Suno therefore has enacted/setup a "subscription" format with 2500 credits showing and geared up to go, but the "account" is locked until payment is posted to the Suno Accounts.

The tell-tale sign is when you get an email directly from Stripe/Suno of a receipt of posted payment.

1. Have you confirmed with your bank/credit that at minimum a payment was processed out of your account?

2. Have you received a Receipt from Stripe/Suno with a receipt number that your payment has posted?

3. Has it been 4 days?

Yep that’s my thought as well, Suno doesn’t take punitive action on an account without notification and account closure. The fact his account is still active in billing leads me in that direction. It also may be a captcha hold.

If it’s from a discord login issue, the old change password in discord usually fixes it.

I see a lot of folks jumping to conclusions these days. Really hope Suno fixes their messaging issues sooner than later.

The really weird situation I see is that I was able to see the subscription page fine when logging through my Google SSO (different accounts). I wonder if that subscription page hang is another Discord SSO related issue...

Try going a bit back to around the start of a verse or while the music is still playing, make sure you are not extending at a silence.

Though I heard in some cases, this still does not work, and people just kept extending each? The main? Part until it extended for significantly longer

(Tracks < 8 sec will be refunded so it doesn't hurt to keep doing that if you are getting very short extensions)

If you get the same issue in the future, I recommend using the + trick I linked earlier.

E.g. if your email was [main]@xx.yy, you can change your email to [main][e-mail] or the like. Most email servers ignores anything after a + sign so it should be sent to your [main]@xx.yy (though a select few services do not)

You have to have enough material for Suno to generate longer songs. Play with styles descriptions as Ginger suggested.. and also adding some more structures tags to describe your instrumental structures... give it more for it to generate more.

There are a number of prompts and negative prompts you can enter to mitigate things like yo uyare describing. The credit counter is NOT synced so, sometimes, it looks like you had more deducted than what has actually been missing (dome Javascript functions continuing to deduct or not replenish).

When you refresh your page, you will see the correct and current balance (though sometimes deductions may happen at the end of a generation)

1. Refresh the page, showing your current balance

If the recording from that time span shows that you indeed were not refunded, you have your evidence there to contact billing with

Exclude should be used for things that will pop up in the subgenre being used. If you include something the AI was not expecting, it will agtively look for those pattern and can be included (contaminate) the pattern being used in the generation.

You can think exclude as a negative probability. Hmm, It is like using a photo of a criminal - it will be on the lookout for that.

If you gave it a photo of a clown (exclusion) but your location was in a mall (your targetted style), it can hallucinate the presence of the clowns in the mall, despite there shouldn't be any - like someone who had stayed up for too long and being too focused looking for something that is not there

If it was given a normal picture of known shoplifters, you avoid that accidental hallucination and it is now on the lookout for the more probable scenario that will happen..

I hate saying, but its always best to not click more than, say, twice, if an output is not wanted. We need at least 2 to 4 samples to see if its a quirky output, or all the same. But if the same, we should stop (copy our prompts) and at least Clear the Create field and paste the prompts back in before trying the same again.

If you really want that music from that output, what you can do to remove the vocals is: stem split it > stem split the instrumental (to make sure it is clear of vocals) > remaster the 2nd stem instrumental to get nearly pure instrumental > extend

There is something wrong with Wav files when downloading. Have tried with multiple songs it is present in all. (Ones where I have already downloaded in Wav long before with no issues.) The quality downgrades significantly, it's an entirely different mix than the version in Suno. The MP3 download seems to be correct. Here is a short clip of one of them. It is very obvious.

My Suno account (@hypnotizingv33101) showed a renewal date of 08/03/2025, but I had already canceled my subscription at the end of 02/2025.

On 02/03/2025, I purchased $4 worth of extra credits and received the receipt. Then, unexpectedly, on 03/03/2025, a $10 monthly renewal charge was made—even though my subscription had been canceled, 03/03 wasn’t the renewal date, and I didn’t receive any credits or services in return.

I contacted Suno Support on 03/03/2025 and received a response on 19/03/2025 stating that no $10 payment had been taken. However, my bank confirmed the charge, refunded the amount, and issued me a new debit card.

To my surprise, the same $10 was charged again on 13/05/2025. I don’t understand how Suno was able to access my updated bank information after the card was replaced. That is extremely concerning from a user privacy and payment security standpoint.

Despite both charges, I did not receive any credits or service. This entire experience felt unfair and has made me question the reliability of the billing system—especially when it involves money.

I kindly request a full refund of the $10 charged on 13/05/2025, since no credits or services were provided. I also ask that you investigate how this charge was processed after my card was changed and subscription canceled.

No, it's from 4 to 4.5. And the Persona + Cover in 4.5 is essentially useless right now - it doesn't make a cover of the song you want but a cover of the song the Persona is based on. It's quite frustrating.

Part of the larger problems with 4.5 is user expectation, the vast majority think its a full released model and are complaining as such instead of providing Suno Devs with the feedback they need.

This isn't a bug per say but I think it's a technical matter worth looking into. So I usually love the AI generated images that Suno creates to somewhat match (most of the time) the theme of the track, but I've noticed over the past several months that the image quality itself seems to be lower resolution and much more pixilated than say from 3.5 and earlier. The weirdest part is that when looking at the imagery while on the song, it looks crisp and sharp but when you download the image in the same size and aspect ratio, it becomes somewhat blurry and pixilated. Almost like 1080 vs 420 resolution. Has anyone else noticed this?

I think replace can go down to 1 or 3 seconds, but can and will are separate actions and may not do anything or get wonky and be off on where it splices. 6 seconds the recommended minimum.

So as I've gotten better I almost don't worry much, and just replace the whole stanza/verse . Run a few and choose the best one.

Also, I've replaced a line or more, let randomly splice if it doesn't want to splice properly , to then go in and remove the parts right or left sides to make it fit. Similar to using a DAW. Just comes with practice.

Remove is the tool to use to splice out and remove a part, to leave the remaining song. The remaining song to show in your Library. CROP means "copy" and will just give a copy of the little piece you chose.

Remove does about all you need. I never use Crop for splicing or copying, unless I want to get a small snippet or sample.

Hi Suno Team, I’m having repeated issues with voice matching. The vocals are not matching the descriptions or styles I’ve entered.
I’ve tried 26 times across 6 different songs, and I’m using up my credits with no usable results.
I’m aiming for soulful voices like Nancy Wilson or Roberta Flack, but the voices returned are not close to those.
Can someone help explain what might be going wrong? And is there a way to restore credits?

As far as I know, Suno did not train explicitly train Suno's AI for different vocals, so the AI learned it implicitly. This would help explain why intended duets do not have a good rate or why the AI tends to swaps the gender.

Again, this is just my assumption. Even though Bark, the Text-To-Speech system Suno worked on before even Chirp, is good about those differences, implementation of it within the AI is different (otherwise the vocal splitter would cleanly separate the vocals if the process was distinctictly different).

One thing that could help influence the vocals used is by using descriptors strongly associated with each gender. E.g. gritty for males, sometimes soft for females, etc.

You can try adding mood too to help try to get the vocals you want but it is a crapshot. Once you do get the voice you want you can use a persona on it.

Unfortunately no. I recall someone once suggested to overlap a portion of the song where you want the transition in an audio editor (sounds like a bit of a chaotic mess) then upload & extend it until you get a transition you like and use that as a bridge.

I personally do not know if that really works or how well but it is one option

This is a good point, although not sure how you copied the seed, as that’s a function in Udio. In Suno the cover feature isn’t remix in the traditional sense. It’s a completely new take of the original. A cover version, not remix.

That particular error seems to be more general for users, assuming different issues (often user error) depending on the user. Most diligently try going through a check routine of testing other browsers, clearing cache, turning off virus checkers, turning off extensions, not using a VPN , restarting router/ modem, amongst the other standard actions.

Your browser console may be found by right-click on the browser and choose "inspect" . Error such as a 403 or 405, are typically a user side issue.

It's hard to say. If we highlight empty lines in replace, or don't click "keep same duration" then suno has always liked to fill in with gibberish, before and after the update, as far as my working with Replace. I often just go back and make sure i highlight only lyrics, then it fixes itself.

If you extend the song, then you can add the new lyrics in the lyric box there.

If you need to change lyrics you could possibly Cover the song and make small changes there, or literally change out large areas and test the results. Sometimes its a mix of old and new and not perfect.

Editing lyrics can be done in the Replace tool found in the Edit UI (interface) found by clicking Crop or Replace under the Edit menu in the main menu.

If you just want to clean up the appearance of your lyrics, scroll down and click Edit Lyrics..... Edit your lyrics and scroll down again to click Save.

Functionally, nothing changed with the default. In the past, people could remix (cover, extend, reuse) your work at any time. Now, we have the option to disable it.

Yep. As we know traditionally a remix keeps the original vocal recordings and then changes elements such as drums, bass etc to give more of the original, such as a club mix of The Weeknd. It’s still TheWeeknd singing.
But this is just a reorganised cover version feature that changes everything, including the topline vocal. That isn’t remixing, it’s generating a totally new interpretation as a cover version.

As such, I’ve found in tests above done, it’s lacking the ability to retain the full original topline vocal recording. 🥲. That’s not remixing. It’s creating a cover version.

Speaking of other things, am I the only one who isn't a big fan of the remaster option on the 4.5 model? I mostly use this to migrate personas to newer models, in this case to version 4.5, but I think the results aren't entirely convincing in this regard. I feel like the voices aren't quite the same. Hey friends, I've spent about 1000 credits trying to learn the editor tool and I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm trying to change the lyrics of a song, but the sound and voice also changes. Is there a simple way to force the system to keep the style/voice and to just change lyrics only? In other words, the edit/Fine-tune lyrics is changing everything about the song and not just lyrics. lol

Changing only small parts at once, I usually stay at the low limit but maybe it's also just a v4.5 issue, I use v3.5 and have little problems with edit there

If it's v4.5 you could save the song as persona, it's very likely to give you a very similar song again

They are not cross compatible, if the song is in v4.5 it's no use selecting v3.5 for the editor or vice versa, they are not good at recreating each other's sound well

Yea at first I tried full song, and with trial and error, learned to do it in chunks. Then widdled that process down to a single word in a sentence and it was still changing the style. However, I am only a week new to this, so I think its safe to say it's user and not system. lol Blowing through credits though learning. haha!

There is some bug now that says when I download the WAV, I have no commercial rights for remixing other songs. But it's my own private song.

I had good luck doing one weird thing in which I remastered down from 4.5 to v4, then extended off the v4 remaster back into 4.5. That helped keep the audio quality at the better level of v4

Not sure if this is the right channel for this question but I would love a "pro-tip" on prompting. You see, when I make certain types of songs I notice that there is a buzzing as if the volumne is turned up too high on speakers that can't handle it. Hard to describe but we all have heard this before. Another comparison would be the speakers in your car doors vibrating the door panels and making a buzz. I’m a bit confused. After the new remix update, if I upload my own vocal sample and use it to create a song, when I try to download the track, it says I don’t have commercial rights because I “remixed someone else’s work.”
But the vocal is mine, I didn’t remix another user’s song.
So what does that mean exactly?

One song I generated yesterday is now giving this to me. I don't know if I hit the copyright infringement accidentally or not when deleting different parts of it. Why is this happening on one song? It happens on part 2 and covers of it as well.
