you can't publish because it detects vocal in the uploaded clip. There's really not a way around this but you can ask support to review and they can make an exception.

I haven't encountered this situation yet but I wonder if [Break] can help as well. During 3.x days, it was used to break the current pattern, unsure if it still works in 4.x

Usually the gibberish is the AI hallucinating. Happens more frequently during certain genres, such as rap (where it would often insert profanity, go figures)

From what I hear, using similar/same styles as the Persona can cause the AI to accidentally go to the source Song pattern. Same thing with the same lyrics.

I heard people suggest to remove/add a style to change it up or change the style prompt (you can use the magic wand to help with that). If the issue was due to the lyrics, add a new line/verse at the top, like [short catchy instrumental intro]

Hmm, I heard of issues involving wav files like that with Chromium, I suspect due to an internal size limit as the file is downloaded via streaming rather than direct link, but it would give you a download failed warning.

But I did not hear of issues with MP3s. I suppose if the internet connection gets interrupted or the site is laggy, that would interfere.
(As mentioned before, the media is streamed to download via blob object, so it might take a bit longer tondownload).

Alternative solutions:

• Try checking if incognito mode helps with the download in case there is an add-on interfering
• Try using another browser like Firefox

Hello! I believe Suno just released a new feature for iOS? I don’t believe it’s playing well with my account. The dropdown options on the songs are now completely unresponsive. Pressing the buttons respond similarly to touching text. I’ve tried restarting the phone, logging out then back in and am using Chrome as the browser. Yeah, something broke today but a dev had reached out to and told me they are currently working on a fix.

For the hold down method, in case someone else needs it, here is the step-by-step:

• Go to your Library or Workplace
• Near the middle (ideally) of the song of interest, hold down until the desktop menu appears (takes ~3 sec)

But great to hear it is working in Firefox, that helps confirm that this issue is happening with just Chromiun browsers

Hi, I am having an annoying detail problem. I am generating medieval metal music with Suno, where there are bagpipes, guitars and so on playing. Nearly with every song, that I create, I am getting a problem in the chorus or when ever many instruments play at the same time.
It sounds like the is an audio effect at work, that I know as "Phaser". Is that a known problem or is it only me?
I wonder, if I can do anything to prevent this or if that can be fixed softwarewise.

Replace itself is a bit of a mess of a tool. I've had a lot of issues with it for a long time. I think usually you are better off never touching it, and using crop/extend. That won't help if you hate the first seconds of a song though.

It got notably worse when we had one of the more recent UI updates. The volume level was randomly out of sorts compared to the original.

It also has problems sometimes when you try to replace only a part of a "section." I've attempted before to replace just the last half of a section only for it to sing the entire section from the start in its replace half.

It also doesn't always select the right lyrics even if you keep it within a single section. For example, if you have a song where the choruses don't have exactly the same lyrics and you try to use the replace tool on one of the chorus sections you might randomly get the lyrics from the next chorus instead, regardless of what you type as the replacement lyrics.

So sometimes 3.5 will give me a random flare I really like in a song and it gets lost in covers or in remasters. I feel like there has to be some way to preserve those flares.

An example is one I worked on tonight. At 6 seconds the riff starts, and there's this disonant 4 note melodic thing that hits on 8 seconds, and repeats on the 7th of every 8 beats. that thing is something I want to keep but 9 out of 10 generations won't keep it. It gets tossed out despite it being what's fun about the riff.

Did you dislike a lot of songs? The Create window has some bugs in the way they wrote the code. Your songs are still there, you just can't see many of them in the Create window anymore.

A fix for that is to click the "Library" button. That way you'll be able to see every song you made, whether you liked or disliked it. Start putting the songs you disliked in the Trash, and after you do this enough you'll see more songs on your Create screen.

Otherwise you have to page backwards through who knows how many pages of "nothing to display" until you start seeing songs you didn't dislike

I find it really sad: i created a song with own lyrics and I really like the vibe, but for some reason , the second reditions of chorus sound differently, and you can't make the generation adhere to the chord sequences, backing harmonics and melodies to of the first chorus, no matter how much replacements I make. There is seemingly a homogenizing feel as a song goes on, including vocals. Whether remaster helps.is a question as well, as it merely seems to flatten out the beginning to the rest of the output rather than enhance the majority of the output to the strong introductory few seconds.

That's not with every one, but certainly noticeable. Still, it does seem improved with 4.5 remaster, so I'm still listening for how it's working out.

I've had to remaster 5 or 6 times to even everything out, but at the risk of losing some nice motifs and instrumentation.

I wont say it's a complaint. Almost an interesting observation. And in the end, doesnt affect many users. As the final output should be considered listenable and impressive to one that has never heard any optional output.

Does the website apply and not attach EQing or dynamics? Because, on my end anyway, the two are notably different when compared. Hmm unsure about it in 4.5, theoretically you can have like three at any one time in the past, but two is more ideal (excluding vocal influences).
You will need to play around, like telling to make different fusion groups at different time points in 4.5

What I find frustrating in 4.5 is that its idea of blending genres seems to be that it composes a song such that the genres each have a moment in the song where they are the dominant one, like it's going through movements when what I'd rather have is both at the same time which the older models seem to be able to do easily.

I'm not sure if there's a way to prompt to make this stop happening, but I haven't found it yet.

Right. I've had some that i thought, "I wish I had done that on some older songs I have". But for the most part, others ears (and mouths) are singing along and don't like when the chorus changes up on them. So it's a personal choice if you want artisticly creative or a more marketable output.

Hello and thank you for responding to me, first of all.

The issue is quite clear: I was charged €33.99, and it seems there is a significant problem. With 9,590 credits, my app and browser closed unexpectedly. When I reopened them, I only saw 80 credits and was prompted to buy a new subscription. Despite this, I'm still facing the same issue; it asks for a subscription when I already became a Premier member just 3 days ago with 9,500 credits. Moreover, when I try to use the link that I managed to save to download content—since I can't do it directly from my phone—it results in a 404 error, indicating the page is not found. My library is absolutely empty, and I have no music, despite being with Suno for about 3 months.

That's why I thought the failure was not just occasional but a generic issue; it turns out that it's not. Furthermore, I only had verification by phone, which I now can't access. No matter how much I tried to reset it, it tells me there have been too many attempts and suggests contacting the developers. But I know enough to understand that having my library suddenly erased with no music whatsoever is an issue. Additionally, I've lost the Premier membership, as it's asking me for another payment and even, when I try to pay, the Play Store tells me it's already been paid.

Something has definitely happened and it's not a hacker issue. As I said, I know enough to understand that something is indeed going wrong.

I feel that, I think the model is still in training, not entirely complete. The vocals will change male-female mid word. Human vocal ranges clearly impossible, get dampened by other noises.

As far as I know, Suno did not train explicitly train the AI for different vocals, so the AI learned it implicitly. This would help explain why intended duets do not have a good rate or why the AI tends to swaps the gender.

Again, this is just my assumption. Even though Bark, the Text-To-Speech system Suno worked on before even Chirp, is good about those differences, implementation of it within the AI is different (otherwise the vocal splitter would cleanly separate the vocals if the process was distinctictly different).

One thing that could help influence the vocals used is by using descriptors strongly associated with each gender. E.g. gritty for males, sometimes soft for females, etc.

What I personally want to see with suno is once the music file is complete, you have the option for it to make a full blown music video, not just a lyrics video. And if you have a premium plan it will take the watermark off.

I've never been able to get it to give me a specific length, but I can usually get a nice long instrumental into by doing:

If you find the instrumental lasting too long for your taste, add 'short' in front of it.
You can also specify a specific instrument and how it plays (e.g. solo <instrument>, guitar riff) so long as those instruments are involved in the genre.

For those interested, I’ve made a discovery while experimenting with my trained AI bot and testing Suno. Based on my findings, the first three style tags you use are the most important . Suno’s AI focuses primarily on those. The next three tags act as supporting details to the first ones. Any tags beyond the first six are randomly selected or interpreted by the AI.

If you want a track longer than the default 4 minutes, start with the tag: long track.
For deep house, start with: deep house. If you want a deep house track with guitar as the lead instrument, start with: acoustic guitar, deep house, chill.
Then add tags like: uplifting, melody, deep bass in the second set of three to refine the vibe.

Anything beyond those six tags will be filled in randomly by Suno's engine.

Even with strict Styles like "high-pitched male voice", "dry spoken voice", "arabic recitation"
and a full Exclude Styles list like:

it's possible. each model, each ai really, has a kind of way that it is flawed. you could have especially sharp ears and or audio device, providing for you the very finest resolution of improper textures. There is a thing about signal, audio, you know, the waveform, where you could accurately describe a problem in a thousand different ways, because the combination of different effects can have the same result. Ultimately, I guess, it's about your comfort with the noise of the model. It makes me curious if you hear the same thing in everyone else's v4.5

I hear it as well in almost every 4.5 metal song. Some solve the sound issues with remastering with V4 and I've also successfully "remastered" by covering it with v3.5 to restore range, maybe various iterations of that will help

Found it. Certainly something to review, but hear these in anything Remastered, and extensions , any version. Not a re-risen thing.

Your drum pattern ALSO changed from the original it was Remastered from. Sounds like that was an extension point? So, Suno focuses on blending and seems to actually try to correct the drum pattern of the original to a quantized beat in the Remaster x2 version , when doing that, it therefore melded your words which were in that area [ got in the way of the quantized drum pattern] as well. It's explainable, but not appreciated, I get it.

Typically, I have to just go back and Replace that area or run another Remaster and see if it glides through that spot again with messing the words.

But it's an expected and often found output of Remastering to me. And I just deal with them.

I dont think it's much can be done.

In my opinion, I don't think the "fact checker" [FC] AI part of generating the Remaster can correct one without allowing the other to "stay uncorrected". This may happen eventually in the randomness if you run 2 to 20 more Remasters and then pick the one that's closest to being correct.

So I'd agree there, that since Suno began, it can have issues with both correcting an area and therefore mess other things up that are in the wake.

It may not be as noticeable to some and it more noticeable when it affects the lyrics. But I hear it with drums, guitar solos, metering, etc.

It's quite common as we have used extensions or Replace and Remaster tries to "fix" or blend the areas smoothly.

Also happened when we change lyrics, for obvious reasons.

Yes. I can't get Suno to pronounce "tear" as in to rip something. Haha. It always says [teer]. I feel ya, mate. Even if it gets it right once, then I Remaster or cover and it goes back. Frustrating for sure.

I have had to guide pronunciation in Suno,, like tear... would need to be spelled Tare. I have had to do the with one of my tracks, Griper was being pronounced gripper so I had to spell it Griiper to force the correct pronunciation

4.5 absolutely has different voices compared to the older models, yeah. It sings in different styles too. It's probably why people complain about using older personas with 4.5

Yea. A few new ones. I'm still looking out for a good Australian or new Zealand dialect.

But sadly, as in our previous discussion, Suno Remaster still sees a raspy or gravely voice, like Janis Joplin or Tom Waits to be "noise" and tries to smooth them out on the remaster. Frustrating.

As MikeB mentioned, best to just start over in 4.5 and re-create the voice and make new personas... and once a good output, DONT remaster. Is a re-cycling learning curve for sure.

I have found in some languages and dialects they are more accurate now.. though I hear some languages still suffer horribly (Romanian I hear is really bad still).

I see your point. There are often changes from remaster to covers that do that. I do post in bugs when suno obviously has a chord or melody played flat or off key, for instance. A new-ish model, so similar to 4.0 it has to be ironed out first.

4.0 had these issue at beginning, but then I didn't hear any odd renditions as time went one. So, I'll keep hoping (and using alot of Replace).

It's more foundational than that. 4.5 has a specific kind of composition it really want to make and if you're making metal it is impossible to make it do what I want. It is extremely opinionated and its opinion is that it should all sound mass produced and bland.

did you try doing 3.5 > 4 remasters? I can tell you from experience, as I started with 3.5 on EVERY song. sometimes it took 20+ tries to get it to behave

I didn't hear it in there, just some "non- rhotic" pronunciations [dropping the r's] i think Austrailian will show up more in folk or children like songs as most Australian pop and rock [that Suno might train on] will just sound standard English as most English based countries do.

The same happens in the US across the country, what someone says in Louisiana says might be difficult for someone who grew up in California to understand, but its still the same language, its just the local dialect and meanings are localized by slang. Its still English though, and any English speaker knows what the words are if if their meaning may be lost at the moment

But in a serious note: Before 4.0 i found and still do, that 3.5 was most excellent at sound effects, so I made many "live performance" pieces which do great with 3.5 for its "real" and authentic feel, mic pops, mic hits, applause, laughing, conversations, feedback, etc. So 3.5 has always had advantages that weren't removed but not found with 4.0 or 4.5.
