As long as you're able to resign it every week or pay a hundred dollars to get a new certificate every year. Last time I was on iOS I certainly wasn't able to do either of those things reliably due to the fact that I'm on Linux.

And AltServer doesn't exist on Linux. And I'd always forget to refresh the certificate manually with whatever tool is used now. I don't use iOS anymore.
