When i open discord, an error window pops up which said, there is something wrong with patcher.js
I have to uninstall vencord from Installer to be able to open discord.

hi, I am having a very bizarre issue... So, my discord froze earlier, and I was forced to restart it. After I rebooted, my text chat/basically the main interaction field just... doesn't appear? its fully blank, grayed out. But the folders and server icons appear. And it is 100% tied to the better folder plugin, because disabling that seems to restore the field. I can provide screenshot(s) if that makes it easier to understand what I am saying, if needed. Any help is appreciated, because I genuinely love better folders and will miss it.

Whatever update my Discord downloaded has broken my Vencord, cannot view any DM's or any server channels(black void instead) I can see the icons and am able to go into the settings, tried turning off everything but didn't change. I installed the installer just today, so I have the most recent vecord version and discord client.
I installed vencord and OpenAsar to discord.
I repaired the install after it didn't work and still doesn't after the repair.
I verified the file location again, and after I fully close and open Discord, nothing works.

Feature Request: Global DM Message Search Plugin

Description:
A plugin that replicates the Discord Mobile feature where you can search a specific word across all private messages (DMs), not just the currently open chat.

Why it's useful:
On mobile, users can search a keyword like "yes" and get a list of all conversations where that word appears. This is missing on PC. Having this in Vencord would be a huge quality-of-life improvement.

Possible challenges:
Discord does not provide an API to access all DMs simultaneously. The plugin may need to iterate through opened conversations or cache past messages manually.

Security/Privacy Consideration:
Should be 100% local and not send/receive data from external servers. Purely for local search indexing.

Are you using Vesktop? Vencord doesn't touch the streaming implementation of the default discord app so therefore having Vencord can't be the cause of such a problem

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it
