Also I noticed that fps performance lose drop hards only when someone joins ur stream, if u stream but no one is watching everything is normal (what it should be)

Im running Arch Linux w/ Hyrland and whenever I run the bash script it runs successfully but when then I dont see any of the vencord options or anything that would indicate that the install was actually successful, similarly if I rerun the bash script it says that my stable is [patched]

Discord lagging

The most likely cause of lag is poorly written CSS.

If you are experiencing lag

• Disable "Enable Custom Css" in Vencord Settings
• Disable every theme
• Also remove everything in the online themes tab

If this fixes the issue, you can now slowly enable things again to see what exactly is causing the lag. Then either make do without that theme/snippet or ask the author to fix it

If you are still experiencing lag, make sure you actually disabled everything, even your favourite theme. Even a single line of CSS can cause lag.

I'd try the Uninstall option in the Vencord Installer on Windows to see if that changes anything. If it doesn't, then you should probably do a full reinstall of Discord including clearing its AppData directory. That's if the Reinstall/Repair button in VencordInstaller doesn't work.

For Vesktop, i'd suggest seeing if that Repair button works, if you don't have a userbar, check #1257025907625951423 for the console inputs for devtools. If that still doesn't work, i'd try a clean reinstall of Vesktop or making sure it's up to date. I also heard the gray screen thing can be fixed by deleting the contents in /.config/vesktop/sessionData/ but I haven't personally tried that myself.

Hello, I’m dealing with a stereo issue. I’ve searched everywhere for a solution, but still nothing works. The problem is that people using a phone only hear sound in mono, both in the app and in the browser, even when desktop mode is enabled. What’s more, they can’t hear a stereo signal even from a stream, only mono.

I’ve tried absolutely everything: every YouTube guide on how to enable stereo in Vencord (followed to the letter), installing BetterDiscord and Canary with plugins and completely replacing the discord_voice folder, and even setting it up via the Litecord guide. This is important to me because I host concerts, so I’m willing to use a stream to output the sound, but no matter how I try to configure it from my second account, the sound still doesn’t play on the mobile device.

To clarify: if I do exactly the same thing in a browser on a computer with a second account, stereo works perfectly by every method I’ve tried. Other listeners on desktop also hear everything in stereo without me having to enable a stream, so I can use stereo on stage channel. But again, what can I do about the half of my audience who are on phones?

hello, i use nixos vesktop with home manager to turn plugins on. after moving to kde (idk if it is related), when i share screen my voice gets echo'd and my game doesn't get share screen'd. any ideas?
