You have multiple discord versions, try a clean reinstall of discord using the guide below (its completely different to a normal reinstall)

(basically vencord is patching the newest discord version but your discord is using an older version for some fucking reason)

tldr:

press windows+r

delete Discord

You cant read chats in hidden channels, you can only see use that they are there using showHiddenChannels

Vencord isn't working! :(

The most likely cause is that your install is outdated. Check if there's any updates. You can either do so using our inbuilt updater, or if you cannot get there due to crashes or similar, use the "Update Vencord" in the Installer.

If you're all up to date, try reinstalling with the installer anyway!

And if it now still doesn't work, please let us know in our support server

• make sure that you're using the correct lastfm username
• make sure that the currently playing track is marked as "Scrobbling now" on your lastfm profile

About 5 minutes of googling and testing had found a way to do this on iPhone.

A browser in the app store called Orion supports chrome extensions. I’ve had success with it for this short time.

Follow vencord official instructions to add the browser extension.

Hey, I'm having some issues getting transparency to work.. I've installed a theme that supports it (dark matter, https://betterdiscord.app/theme/Dark Matter), enabled window transparency in vencord and restarted, but that doesn't seem to work. Currently i'm using the Vesktop client on discord's stable branch, running Arch with KDE. Perhaps me using Wayland is an issue?

hey guys this isn't much of an issue but I remember a previous build some time back had the ability to open the discord overlay but on the desktop but now it would only open on a browser. It would literally just be a universal discord overlay on top of the desktop and you can use it anywhere. Anyone know how to enable that if possible?

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it
