I tried downloading vencord, but it says i have a broken discord install

Ive tried following the steps the message told me, but nothing is working.

How do i fix this?

1. Make sure discord is fully closed in task manager

2. Press "take me there"

3. Make sure you are in the discord folder, if not, go there

4. ctrl+a and delete (aka, delete everything in the folder)

5. Go back a folder (outside of the discord folder, it'll either be ProgramData or your windows username)

6. Delete the discord folder

7. Now open discord

• If it works, cool, install vencord
• If not: reinstall discord, install vencord

The easiest & fastest solution to most issues is to just reinstalll / repair Vencord using the installer. Don't worry, you won't lose your settings! They'll all be there like nothing happened once you're back

Meow. For arRPC plugin it does show a notification at the top when arRPC service isn't found, which is great. But when I have sync on so that I have the same plugins on a different machine I wish I could turn it on just for this machine. Is it possible to have per-machine settings somehow?

Hello, Discord desktop client pushed an update and vencord updated also but now my discord just endlessly spins on the update message. Tried repairing install, uninstalling vencord but the only thing that can make discord open is wiping the cache in app data roaming and local, restarting pc, then reinstalling discord.

The easiest & fastest solution to most issues is to just reinstalll / repair Vencord using the installer. Don't worry, you won't lose your settings! They'll all be there like nothing happened once you're back

I am trying to install Vencord onto discord and it is not working when i install it restarts discord but the Vencord area in User Settings does not pop up for me then i press repair/reinstall but it says no connection but i have perfectly fine connection and all the files are installed it will still not repair/reinstall i have tried clean reinstallation with discord my previous issue was involving the "JavaScript Error" I am running this through Microsoft Edge i was expecting for the reinstallation/repair process to commence after unplugging ethernet and restarting internet connection tests it did not it displayed the same error "JavaScript Error" has not persisted it has stop but now i am dealing with another issue involving this
