hi! I just installed vesktop and my friends and server list is light theme while the rest is just normal dark theme, I think it might be because I had the Darker theme enabled but I can't seem to enable that anymore either, even though I have the Better Desktop Client Themes enabled. Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

The easiest & fastest solution to most issues is to just reinstalll / repair Vencord using the installer. Don't worry, you won't lose your settings! They'll all be there like nothing happened once you're back

Your Discord seems to have installed in the wrong place. This could be due to a variety of issues.

To fix it, click the "Take me there!" button and follow the instructions in the dialog.

1. Make sure discord is fully closed in task manager

2. Press "take me there"

3. ctrl+a and delete (aka, delete everything in the folder)

4. Go back a folder (outside of the "discord" folder, it'll either be "ProgramData" or your windows username)

5. Delete the "discord" folder

6. Now open discord

• If it works, cool, install vencord
• If not: reinstall discord, install vencord

Sorry to say this but, it still isn't working? I am on a chromebook, dev mode is on, blah blah blah. I am fully downloading it, letting it load for 15+ minutes but it's like "yo, why should i load lmaoo" and just doesn't load. I downloaded the arm64 version because my chromebook is arm64, I really just don't know what i'm doing wrong. Seems like a me issue, but saying this incase i can fix it.
