I think the bigger issue is that the game is so poorly optimized and is so visually cluttered that people feel the need to use this just to circumvent these 2 massive issues.
(Seeing trough smokes and demat however are a bit more on the cheaty side tho')

I understand the poorly optimized part, but being able to see through all of the trees on monaco without being able to see them back isn't cheating though? it's literally tos to use a 3rd party software to gain an advantage yet you can't report these players because the nvidia software used is white listed by the anti cheat.
