The four small colored caps in the center convey location and other information about each individual manhole cover. So based on that we might be able to find the exact manhole cover

I find it quite strange that for the level 1 arcade games, it's shows little Nama's bouncing around collecting, what could be seen as little orange/golden tickets...

Once the level 2 arcade games have been activated, it shows a screen saver of traveling through space.. (strange for a driving game, don't you think?)

There are four more arcade machines, the rob tickets spawn once phase 1 is done (which id depositing the nama golden tickets plus standing on the red button). That's as far as I know.
And just the one ticket was found on the Citadel side.

There may be clues in paid cosmetics but you can inspect them without buying them.

From what we have tested Level 2 tickets are only visible after Level 1 is complete and you have to be not too far when the tickets are inserted and someone steps on the red sewer plate otherwise your client won't be quite up to date
