I think that "halo" is an important part of the lore. I think of it as some kind of data stream.

I think I may have found something related to the Level 3 hunt. Regarding the "Ed Terry Beth" clue Rob gave in the reddit AMA and "Kate Beth Terry" from the VAIIYA art- I found a movie called Missing from 1982 that features main characters named Beth Horman, Edmund "Ed" Horman, Terry Simon, and Kate Newman. I think this is what is being hinted at. This movie takes place in the US, specifically New York. It does look like these names match up with the last name initials from the VAIIYA art, at least from what I could make out. It's also significant that these characters go by their shortened names (Ed for Edmund, Kate for Catherine, Beth for Elisabeth), making this match less likely of a coincidence.

Rob gave this hint after someone asked how we are supposed to organize or interpret these clues.
Like @fading vigil mentioned before, I think the MW.Area in Level 3 stands for MeatspaceWorld.Area and 1 corresponds to USA (or NY). Likewise, 2 (Dunsmure) could correlate to Edinborough (UK) or Queensland (Australia). So the 1 column for Level 3 would all refer to things in the USA in the real world (Meatspace)

I was thinking, we got all the S lies stuff actually pointing to the CEO of OSPUZE. If we're working off the idea that CNS is an early group of raiders trying to "wake up" the upper class people in space, then OSPUZE probably has some connection to Arc Raiders to be a target for CNS. As for what that connection actually looks like, it's harder to say. However the connection to Octopus + S Lies -> Robber Barons -> Oil -> rocket fuel would make sense, and one of the seemingly "disappearing" companies in Arc Raiders is "Su Durante" who has (what I assume to be) rocket fuel right outside of their building on SpacePort. It's also possible they were formerly Astroventura, however they do seemingly still have a fragment that is helping the raiders.

Looking for the Lost Legacy sticker place was pretty fruitless, there are some mountains on one of those sliding art doors on Kyoto that looks similar to the mountains on the sticker, however looking all around and at the cashbox that is near there didn't yield anything. There's 3 houses in Skyway Stadium have colored lighting:
Red House

Green House
(abnormal wall paint)

Yellow House

@zinc widget Was on the hunt with me and he pointed out Window shutters having colors alike
So I start to look into those as well

Blue, White, Red, Orange/Yellow, Green
I Know these more or less exist in Monaco as well but since lighting plays a color role here, we might just throw those in and see what happens

Red corresponding to Red house
Orange/Yellow corresponding to Yellow house
Green corresponding to Green house

I’m not very helpful, but in the first dry erase picture, if the lowest three strings are being muted then the chord is probably some form of a D chord.

I just wanna remind everyone looking for the gold namas that there are absolutely no rules to how these could be placed or discovered. I mean that is really the point of an EE. Therefore, while the first one was discovered by destroying a literal piece of the ground (something you can't normally do), the second and third might be discovered in a different way. For example, the way I suspect we are meant to find the Las Vegas Nama is through punching a specific door on the wall of safety boxes. What I'm trying to say is that it's entirely possible Rob got really creative with how he was hiding these and they may not be found in the same way as the first one nor found within the conventional ways the game would normally allow.

Tldr: I think destroying the entirety of Vegas is a waste of time
