Hey guys I think im onto something new in the practice range. In the tutorial, and ONLY the tutorial, the 2nd dummy from the back of the shooting range has a pink health bar. If you hit it with a rose, damage it, then finish it off with a rose, it makes the dummy behind it have a pink health bar. Only under those exact condition does it make the second dummies health bar turn pink

I was going to do the same to the second dummy and my wife kicked me off the tv

I was speedrunning to get there to sonar them, shoot them, taking my time, and nothing was consistent. Sometimes one had a blue bar, a pink bar, or sometimes both had pink bars. Once killed, they were back to red.
