Get into it this year man. Briskly walking was a great place to start. I've been rebuilding my body very seriously the last year or two from 120-137+ so far (probably more now)

It feels really good & every day I get closer to being able to play more competitively fixing nerve compression & so on. (I use the matter atm cause just way less brutal & it's kind of like Quake versus ADS)

Hardest thing was adjusting how much I eat honestly. Make sure you do protein/carbs right!

All-in-all, I tend to go with Western Digital for pretty much all my storage needs. All my external drives are Western Digital Passport, Elements, or EasyShare, and I have a WD Black SSD in my PS5.
