Windows getting worse and worse with each gen for example why the hell does the search bar on win 11 have online search.

If I wanted to online search I would use a browser and not my search bar for my programms ffs.

Got side tracked and also angry and I honestly think people that think that something like that or the 2 setting panels are a good thing should not reproduce imo.

If you don't know what I'm talking about in win 7 and older you had the Control panel where you could change all kinds of settings that is still present in win 11 but now they added another interface where you can also change stuff.
In short now you have 2 interfaces that have a similar and or same function but now you can waste double or triple the time searching for the setting you want.

But all things considered I atleast got the discord level up so now I can create my own vc so that is a positive ^^

So, I have a friend who has been having performance issues in The Finals. We've been playing since the OB, and he upgraded his PC since then, but the issues still persist.

I have a 2016 PC (i7-6700k, GTX 1070 OC, 16gb RAM), and I'm getting more FPS than him... He has all his settings on low, has TAAU antialiasing, and is still getting less FPS than me. My settings are mixed, some are Epic, some are high, and the unnecessary stuff is on low. Craziest of all, I'm also using upscaled 2k resolution (even tho I have 1080p monitor).

He loves TF, but doesn't want to play since it's the only game that punishes him with performance... How do we fix this?

I would just report people if you think they're griefing instead of reporting them and possibly being toxic towards them. It's easier to tell if you're being toxic and faster to respond to than it is to check if they're griefing.

You should probably stick to less intense modes when your suspension is lifted. Not the wisest move to play modes that can cause you annoyance if you're already having a rough time.

Yep they have, though on the modded servers we were playing on they all have been a thing there with modern attack helis for quite some while now.
arma reforger pretty much just added weapons to the existing vanilla huey/mi8 models (from cold war era ~1990)

Then you will take 30m to connect, just so we enter a vehicle and it lightly bruises a tree stump and explodes

they did it properly though since they have more capabilities than modders and so the sounds and explosions seem to be better than the modded ones

oh they did change the spawn mechanic now for objectives that are under attack/having enemies in the base capturing.
before you could still spawn in all the time while it was under attack. now you can't

gonna change up the gameplay a lot

and i think it's good that you don't have to worry about someone spawning in all the time randomly when taking a base
