Here is a bug. Yesterday, the troop count (via Squad building) dropped from 83k to 62k for no reason. No fight, no nothing. Just dropped. Then today, it came back up again to the expected number (83k+).

Very dangerous bug. I only noticed it because it dropped BIG I wouldn't have known if the differences were small.

This is their standard response to everything. They don't have support agents, they have bots who copy and paste the same templates to every ticket... they don't take time to read or analyze it. Otherwise they would at least pretend they care about your issues and respect your time you took to write your ticket.

The same applies to pointless efforts to clean kingdoms from cheaters. You can have dozens of people report the same player, send screenshots with proofs of cheating and they either protect them on purpose or just ignore the ticket. They have the guts to tell us that they will monitor players who cheat for weeks! This is outrageous lack of respect towards players.

If a bug is common on all servers , they do make a hotfix and inform via in-game mail
stating the same
If a bug keeps repeatedly popping up , they do optimize and fix it during a major update which changes the version of the game

Suggestions if approved are also added as a "new feature" to the game

I agree some responses are "meanigless" , I've been there
But those do get flagged and are usually fixed / optimized in the major updates , just that these take a while to implement on a large scale

If you check the #📰game-news(Gotta scroll a little lol) , the previous bug fixes are all mentioned , some which weren't even reported

No one from my kingdom (at kingdom Mayhem map) got the rewards for chronicles stage 23 "Battle of Light" for occupying level 7 Hallowed grounds as it can be seen at the screen shots

That's definitely a product management issue they should match tribes based on multiple criteria not only one stupid bracket ( For starters Tribe league, Total might, No. Of members participating etc. be criteria for matching)

Maybe it is not a bug but it is unrespectable for all players. Developers should take care of this because in the event rules they said that the association is done based on rank of clan, and from my point of view with ‘rank’ should be considered as first of all the power of the clan. In our case 2 clans was 5 time bigger than us and at least 25 time bigger than smaller! If that is the game players will never invest time and acceleration in that event!

I couldn't make my troops attack after Bor. When I dragged them on a target they would just stand still.
When I selected the target and wanted to choose 'attack' I only got the search option.
After restart of the game everything worked fine.

Building a tribe resource and get message saying troops have returned but they are still at tribe resource building standing ontop of the build making it hard for others to gather from that resource point been a bug for abit now

Yes, the problem is that's double taxation. The taxable amount should be the 1,000,000 capacity which would be 110,000. Instead they're adding the taxable amount on top of the capacity and taxing the taxes as well.

1,123,595 divided by the amount sent 1,000,000 reflects a 12.3595% tax rate, not 11% as advertised

There's 3 corrupted files in the installator - I asked them from others - copied in needed directories and all is ok

This is serious issue, I dunno why devs still not fixed it

thnx mate, i realised that this error appeared after my game was download some "updates" and after such "updates" its cant run at all. I fully deleted the game from PC even clear registry from any files, but it wont help, looks like they got corrupted files at their download server and people cant play the game cause launcher checking for update and download corrupted files

Arenas needs to be fixed. There's something going on there. I lose to ppl that have the exact same heros and skills and me. But my equipment gives me between 50-120% buff bonus more than they have. Even with the worst skill luck of all time, it's impossible I lose those.

There's either a bug or something silly happening in there. Where's the battle reports?? Either there are cheaters, or this game has more things wrong than right. I'm getting sick and tried of the glitchy shet. I want to know why this happens.

😒 good morning, my game keeps glitching. The Countdown for the kvk preparation appeared and the chat glitches. I reinstall the game, cleaned the cache, ... its very troublesome to write the same message 6 times in the game chat.

Some buttons for response also glitch or delayed in response

Other games are fine in my phone. I even cleared other apps and the glitch keeps going on

So please let me know what else can be done

it's not a bug... you already have workers gathering materials meaning you've reached your maximum workers so you have to wait until they're finished

Ok. I have 4 accounts. The game begins to lag terribly wen I switch between accounts and I'm not able to type in chat. It eventually gets to where I keep getting kicked off the whole game.

broken armour doesnt debuff the target increasing damage recieved it buffs the commander to do the equivalent

so you can't stack broken armour due to the bug

Greetings. Kvk preperations event. Summon at the hall of valor.. task. Got stuck on 7 out of crystalls dayly task. Its supposed to be 5 summons and you get 1 crystall. I used 17 and got none. Any suggestion what to do?

Another bug. Used almost 4 days of speedups on research. Did not get a single crystall... Used speedups on training soljers 1 crystall for 24 hours like its supposed to be

Its not a guaranteed crystal tho , its a "CHANCE" to get Tyr's crystal when you do those tasks
