IGG; regarding the path you taking the game;

kvk 8; it is just bad in so many ways.

  • the map placement; purple teams (corners) have huge disadvantage, they can only enter 1 Z2 each kingdom and the other team every kingdom can go to 2 + the blue teams are closer to all Killingfields.
  • The wait time after declaring war; 1h is to long when it comes to fighting the opponent and completely stupid when it comes to capture for the first time (pve)
  • The strenght of the higher tier buildings is to much for the kingdoms with little activity, dropping it to ‘zero’ within an hour will be impossible for them.
  • The fact you introduced new tribe tech that is made for kvk where you have to build forts and flags in kvk 6 and that is completely useless in kvk 8 is just very strange.

Regarding the other changes;

  • widening brackets for events and at the same time decreasing the number of rewards is sad. Only the biggest spenders in the game will drop money to win, all other spenders will not compete (and spend) as they can never win anymore.
  • Bringing T8/9/10 all together is just to much at once. You kicked all players back to square 1 and only spending a huge amount of money will let a few players have a big advantage. You should have done this overtime 1 new tier every 4-6 months.
  • You announced ‘optimisation of certain skills’ but let’s be honest; it was ‘nerving rage skills’. You hurt many players with that; they put time and money in getting the best builds and you ruined that overnight. In the past you provided us with what exactly changed but you didn’t even do that

I understand that as a company you need to make money, but right now it is pushing to much to p2w. If you focus to much on milking the huge spenders you will push low-, mid- and high- spenders away, people will stop playing and you will not only make less money but also kill the game. The absolute top-spenders will need others to play with them in the end.

Step up your efforts to remove BOTS from the game. I dont know where you find those 30.000 bots you remove on average, but all the big BOT FARMS remain in all the Kingdoms. They are not even hiding. Find a big tribe that is only in zone 1 - all chiefs named owierpqowi etc or similar, all basically same might and city level. In case you are wondering - THOSE ARE BOTFARMS RUNNING SCRIPTS

Category: improve Keywords: Dragon Crystals, Events, F2P, KVK, Game Economy, Dragon Event, Player Retention, Explanation: Many players love this game and want to continue playing long-term, but the current progression system has become very stressful and discouraging. High-cost events run almost continuously, leaving very little time for recovery or planning. At the same time, Free-to-Play and low-spending players have very few meaningful ways to progress, which causes frustration and pushes many players to quit. This also hurts whales and competitive players, because without a healthy and active player base, kingdoms slowly die and KVKs become less exciting. Dragon Crystals are one of the biggest examples of this issue. City production is extremely slow, yet research heavily depends on them. Events like the Dragon Event also require large investments but often do not give reliable progress, which makes spending feel risky and unrewarding. Changes: ‱ Add Dragon Crystal sources to Kingdom mines, KVK maps, or a special Dragon Crystal mine so all players can earn them through gameplay, not only spending. ‱ Improve Dragon Crystal city production so the research investment feels meaningful and worth the cost. ‱ Add more balanced F2P events with valuable rewards based on activity and skill, not only money. ‱ Reduce the frequency of heavy-spending events and allow more recovery time between them. ‱ Improve the Dragon Event so players receive more consistent and guaranteed progress for their effort or spending. ‱ Expand the Tribe Exchange Market to include skill fragments from 1–2 previous KVKs to help players progress and catch up. Add Sx hero shards back in the tight-bond event rewards rather than replacing it with dragon crystals.

Tight-Bond is one of the great event in which the f2p and low spenders get good rewards ( flag skin and hero shards ) which make them competitive against other players. If you want to add dragon crystal do add it in the rewards but don't remove Sx shards for it.

Do NOT hide your face in the sand pretending all is fine, this is disrespectful to all the players who care about the game AND this cowardly behaviour of not adressing the concerns in the long term will lead to a massive downfall in quarterly income for your headquarters so even if you do not care about your player base (which seems evident by now) you should at least care about your stockholder interests who are also being screwed over by this update. /suggestion suggest Most of the player base genuinely loves dragons, the skins, the rewards, and the overall concept behind the How to Train Your Dragon collaboration. That’s something we can be honest about. One of the strengths of previous collaboration events was the availability of at least two universal rewards (recipes) during the event itself, obtainable either through achievements or via the mall. In contrast, this event does not offer any universal dragon eggs, which could allow players to choose a dragon they are still missing. This lack of options, combined with the extremely low chances of obtaining a mythical dragon by summoning mythical dragons from red eggs, makes it virtually impossible for the vast majority of the player base to complete the collaboration. As a small personal example: I used 21 red stones and did not receive a single mythical dragon from them. I’d like to suggest and respectfully ask for two changes: 1. Extend the dragon collaboration event to give free-to-play players and everyone else more time and opportunity to earn rewards. 2. Add multiple universal dragon eggs, similar to what was offered in previous collaboration events. Together, these changes would significantly improve player satisfaction and allow more of the community to fully enjoy the event and the rewards.

When you zoom out and every player is like a triangle, add the option for tribe R4 and R5 to have different colours than all the rest. This is the way most players actually fight these days and being able to simply instract everyone to "follow the red triangle", it will make our lives coordinating a lot easier, and will breach those language bariers in international kingdoms.

Because your fan base is international, perhaps consider scheduling events you want to make the most money from around the potential pay days around the world (you do realise not everyone is paid on the same schedule, yes?). For example, you have the Tight Bond starting two days before people who get paid on a monthly basis will (typically) be paid.

You wouldn’t need to have back-to-back money-grabbing events to maximise profits, if you were smart about it; but what do I know, right?

Many people are still hesitant about investing in the new crystals in their current state. Until the pricing or yield is adjusted, they’re almost equivalent in cost to purple crystals, which makes them hard to justify.

Suggestion 1:

  • A potential improvement would be to rework them as a standard resource (RSS) and introduce dedicated Dragon Crystal resource tiles. This would make acquisition feel more natural and scalable rather than premium-gated.

Suggestion 2:

  • Alternatively, the current tiles could be redesigned so that farming resources also grants crystals at set thresholds. For example, every 100,000 gold gathered could award 50 crystals, credited when the farmer returns. This would reward active farming and make crystal acquisition feel more integrated into regular gameplay rather than an isolated system.

You need to continue the story after the mystic realm. You could at least make a story where the goal is to find the lost warriors in the mist. The story is about moving forward with the troops along the misty map where the warriors have disappeared. You can freely walk around the map and explore it as long as the light lasts in the lantern. So time is a limiting factor and every second determines how much of the area you have time to explore and whether the player will find the warriors. There are treasures and new enemies in the mist that can drop valuable items. It would be good to have intermediate stories that lead the player better into the story. The player could also get help from clan members in this game, so that the player could join another player to help on the misty map. Everyone like good storys!

every time I log in since these updates, all my settings are reset and every item says NEW. It’s pretty annoying so please fix it along with the select hero settings. Those settings take forever to grab a march in a hurry so please put the simple option back to choose highest might first. We don’t need the sort through heros and cursed blue bs. Lastly, the trapping mounts, needs better odds of getting gold mounts! I’ve used over 20 million points to get ZERO gold! When it has the 60k it’s pretty disappointing to get a green or white mounts for That 60k suspension! Please fix the rng for player who are having these issues! please let players pick the upgrade level of troops in the barracks! Maybe we want level 1 troops promoted to level 5. Why does it have to auto to your highest troop level? Also, let us earn the collaboration characters from the Vikings event. So many of us have Rollo, Frydis, Harold, Leif, Athelstan, and Heahmund at different levels and maybe a few only need a couple shards to awaken. Why not let us use shards from these heros as interchangeable to work with the others? Maybe some players have used them to fix the fortress in kvk so let us earn them even though the collab is over! It’s like here’s some Oreos but you can only eat the cookie part! You are IGG you can give us a way to earn these heros to max them! Also stop the automatic deletion in our trash! You delete items which you expect us to use later!

REASON: To find out how many kingdoms chose to pick us as enemies and allies. It doesn't need to show who selected us. In this way, the kingdom can determine what their status is. Example....

Kingdoms chose you as an enemy: 10
Kingdoms chose you as an ally: 1

This example can be interpreted as... if your kingdom is weak then it is not very desirable and can easily be defeated. Or... if your kingdom is strong then it may have lots of enemies and they found it challenging.

Interpretations vary depending on your relations and history. It helps the kingdom plan for the future and direction.

Developers, have you ever played the game? If individual units of a group can't attack the assembled units, there will be dozens of moles using forts and Loski bombs, and many pigs who don't participate in battles and only increase their combat power. If we go back to the old system, Please limit the number of forts a kingdom can build, or require a construction time limit when destroying them. And lower the fort energy. My biggest complaint right now is you, the developers, who are only interested in profit and slowing down the game's pace, making it boring. KVK, where a kingdom builds dozens of forts on top of each other and then just demolishes them, is no longer promising.

“unselect all” option on infirmaries. In KVK it is smart to only use potions on your highest tier troops. Heal lower troops, especially grunts, with rss instead. Having to manually deselect and scroll is currently painful experience. Does IGG even play this game?

Current KvK Problems/Bugs:

  • Battalion and tribe points are bugged. We have complete control of all point generating buildings on the map but still only 21m battalion points while the team score is 40m.

  • You can’t see war declarations on allies once you join a battalion (you could before joining).

  • Building balance is way off. Unless you're K86 (and even now they are struggling with battalions), buildings are basically impossible to take. Double rallies + mass swarming still won’t break active defenders. If the enemy is online, declaring feels pointless.

  • Holding the field and keeping rallies alive the entire declaration feels pointless. Swarming keeps getting nerfed, but it's only still being used because rallies aren’t able to even do their job, especially with this time limit on declarations.

Future KvKs:

  • Add damage ramping the longer a rally stays alive (similar to Blood Oath). This would reward maintaining field control and probably even allow you to nerf swarming (which you seem so eager on)

  • Scrap the declaration system entirely

  • Go back to the old flag system

  • Use KvK8 durability for forts only so that they may be burned much faster if not well defended

  • Keep the 8 hour truce system, but only for forts (so they burn fast if overwhelmed, but still provide a resting time buffer once established)

Doing this you'd manage to keep the much more preferred fort and flag system, but remedy the main problems with forts

It's nice that you can disable the visibility of PVE raids, but it would also be nice to have the option to display raids within a specific distance from your city. just like when setting auto-rally, where you can set the participation scope in which our armies are sent. Introduce a function similar to performance mode called war mode. This mode would remove everything from the screen that isn’t directly tied to battles except a checkbox allowing the player to turn off war mode. Allow players to optimize the settings to their individual gameplay. Many players would be happy to play with only colored triangles if this would prevent the game from crashing every 17 seconds.

Suggestions to Improve the “KvK” Mode

First: Remove the new KvK system/update
The recently introduced new system in KvK has negatively affected gameplay dynamics and balance between kingdoms. I suggest removing this new mode and returning to the previous system, which was more stable and strategically balanced, and provided all sides with fair opportunities for planning and competition.

Second: Restore forts with a limited number
I propose bringing back the fort-building system, but with clear limitations to maintain fairness and organization:

  • Only a limited number of tribes within each kingdom should be allowed to build forts.
  • For example: only two tribes ( king choice) from the same kingdom can build forts.
  • The maximum number of forts per tribes should be two forts only.

This limitation would prevent excessive fort stacking, make strategic decisions more meaningful

Third: Reduce fort durability
To increase the pace of battles and reduce stalemates, I suggest:

  • Reducing fort HP (durability) by half,
    or
  • Increasing the burn rate of forts when they are under attack.

This change would keep forts strategically important while preventing them from becoming long-term obstacles that slow down the war.

Fourth: Maintain attack and rest schedules
It is important to keep a balance between competition and player rest. Therefore, I suggest:

  • Keeping the scheduled attack time and rest time system as it currently exists.
  • Removing the feature that announces war one hour in advance, as it reduces the element of surprise and weakens strategic gameplay.

Since the rage skill nerf, pike heroes have once again become dominant. This is how the game was for years, but recently archers and infantry were finally becoming more viable, creating a healthier balance and making gameplay more interesting and fun.

These changes have undone that progress. I strongly recommend rolling back the nerf and making smaller, incremental adjustments instead—ideally with more testing and player consultation before major balance shifts.

Right now, it feels like players who invested significant time and money into building archer-focused armies are being punished, while lower-investment strategies are being rewarded. This risks oversimplifying the game and removing some of the more strategic and engaging elements that make it enjoyable.

My archers effectively became unviable overnight. Please be more cautious with changes of this scale—they have a big impact on both balance and player trust.

So it’s hard to understand why, when you introduced Dragon Crystals—a brand-new economy and a major system—you didn’t design a better, more engaging way for players to earn them.

Right now, the primary non-payment paths to earn Dragon Crystals rely on city resource gathering, shop-related rewards, and building slow towers for shop points. Unfortunately, these methods feel outdated, boring, and disconnected from the rest of the game’s modern design.

City resource gathering hasn’t meaningfully improved in over three years. It still requires excessive clicking (8+ taps after starting), has known bugs (like animals interfering near docks), and remains one of the few systems that hasn’t been streamlined into a single-click flow. It feels neglected.

The slow-tower method to earn shop points—and then convert them into Dragon Crystals—also feels like an afterthought rather than a creative or intentional gameplay loop. For something as important as Dragon Crystals, this system deserves a purpose-built, fun, and rewarding way to earn them.

It’s frustrating to see so much effort poured into new features while core systems that players interact with daily are left behind. Show us that you care about the player experience—not just monetization.

During migration periods, there should be a holmgang (a.k.a.: clap the king), process. The general gist is that, much in like in a holmgang, the victor takes the king title/tribe leader position[s] - automatically. The rationale for this is that there are some kingdoms where the king has become complacent, is lazy, and/or hasn't led the target kingdom into a single victory in KvK or led the kingdom very far in progression in the overall game. We'll use K524 as an example. The king only has 49M might and their highest might player - in the whole kingdom - seems to be 66M. So, even if there was an implementation of a "champion" representative system for this holmgang idea, almost anyone could push to these players to zero - solo - and take kingship/tribe leader position to lead the kingdom away from the being the bottom-end of the might scale across all servers. In principle, it could work much like the Arena: Both players pick their best squads and it's multiple rounds (instead of a single round, like the Arena) of battle that will ultimately determine the winner. For limitations, it could be 1 challenge for kingship per player per migration period. For any holmgang, where the king is replaced, no other holmgangs should take place for that kingdom. If a king has successfully defended against holmgang 3 times (let's say), no other holmgangs should take place for that kingdom. This process could be locked behind 100 migration passes or the like, to prevent abuse. This is just a rough idea and would definitely need polishing - but I think it would provide some much-needed upset to kings/kingdoms that are falling far behind the development curve.

Yesterday, we wrote to you about the issue with battalion achievements.

You responded:
"When joining a legion, achievement progress is calculated based on the current legion you belong to. If the tribe you originally belonged to has already made progress on the corresponding captures, this progress will not be inherited upon joining an alliance legion. Therefore, players must complete the specified number of captures corresponding to the achievement objective, based on the actual captures of their current legion."

Dear developers, stop with this nonsense. Essentially, you are proposing:

  1. Transfer active players to a farming tribe for the sequential capture of strategic cities from level 1 to 6, which will take several days. We can avoid transferring assets and launch wars simultaneously from main and farm tribes, but why should we spend tokens on captures for a second tribe in the core instead of declaring war against the enemy? There are other options, but none of them will work without point 2.

  2. Remove a kingdom from the battalion, exposing it to attack from a battalion of four kingdoms, where the team can only help in the field.

  3. Take kingdoms 7 and 8 from the farm tribe, depriving the main tribe of kingdom points while the shield on these buildings is active and waiting for the next war.

We understand the mechanics of achievements and why they didn't count, but now read how your mechanics are ruining the desire to play. Engaging in these recaptures of garm tribes, because your battalion is not really a battalion.

Please reconsider your decisions and
fix the developers' error before the end of the KVK.

If these are KVK rules, and this map has such strange logic, then why did the capture achievements after the support spam count towards server 13?
How many emails exactly do you need to send to fix this issue for us?

people are quitting the game everywhere after the rage skill activation limits in these recent updates. I don't know anyone who wanted this to balance the game. mainly people thought archers were weak and infantry too strong.
you have made new players suffer even more by limiting olena and the related skills for early game play.
your recent rage nerf ruins the game for players who have invested tons into certain mount skills and forces infantry to be even stronger than before. Archers have lost half their builds that kept them from dying in swarms

Solution: roll back the skill revisions before nerfing silence. Make it so silenced/disarmed/broken blade can apply when status is in effect already again.
Stacking silence skills was a fine way to counter rage builds

purification skills were fine for countering stacked silences.

Release more immunity or purification skills or add purification or immunity to certain skills if you are worried about it being unbalanced. Purification, in effect, does the same as your nerf of silence/broken blade/disarm

Consider the above or continue to ruin skills and builds and kill the game you "manage" and "make."

Maybe release the software to some non-profit later and people who enjoyed what was can copy the starwars galaxy model on player owned servers

    An even bigger issue is the extremely high healing costs during KvK. Many players are barely participating anymore — or are not playing KvK at all — because they simply do not have enough resources to continuously heal their troops.

Even with constant resource gathering, it is nearly impossible to compensate for the losses from intense fighting. As a result:
‱ Fewer players actively participate in battles
‱ Alliances become weaker
‱ Motivation during KvK decreases
‱ Overall server activity declines

My specific suggestions:
‱ Reduce healing costs during KvK
‱ Introduce a healing bonus during certain KvK phases
‱ Or implement a discount/cap system for active fighters

It is clearly noticeable that more and more players are quitting or avoiding KvK participation mainly because of the high costs. Adjusting this would significantly improve activity and overall enjoyment of the game.

Make a progressive table for what number of killpoints is "appropriate" for the KvK# in question and then perhaps make those Chiefs under that mark, only count with 50% of their might to the Kingdom Might total (I am sure you get the idea)

Since heroes are nerfed or buffed, I think a feature where we can transfer the stats from an hero to another would be great. For example, If I have 1 heroes with 6 stars lvl 60 and another one with 1 stars lvl 15, they would switch traits so the second one gets 6 stars and lvl 60. Of course a certain cost or limit should be added, because players would just max out 2 heroes and switch the traits whenever they want. Maybe when you switch the traits get dropped a little bit. But I think its better for those who invest on one hero and then this hero gets nerfed and it also allows players to discover new combo, as they could try out heroes they never play with, like sigurd.

Part 1 :Events. Please add old heroes to Fate Divination and the Wheel of Fortune, so players can choose who they want to upgrade there. The same should be done for the Skill Wheel. Also, please add “x2” and “x4” multipliers to the Wheel of Fortune, just like in Fate Divination. And remove the limit on the number of spins for red gems. Wheel of Fortune and Skill Wheel — please remove useless rewards that even beginner players don’t need. Experience books (they are not relevant in such quantities). Also, make only 1 slot with RSS rewards — preferably a bag or chest (2–3 pieces), blue or purple quality. Add other items instead (divination stones x5/x10, dragon crystals, speed-ups, or something else interesting and actually useful). Global Events. This is a completely separate issue of confusion. It feels like the marketers or people responsible for generating revenue are actually taking it away. Finally, split the rankings by kingdom tiers. Let strong players compete with strong ones, and so on. When will you realize that you’re losing even more money when everyone is grouped together? Players lose interest in participating. Strong kingdoms will pay for such events anyway — it doesn’t matter to them. But in mid-tier kingdoms, even paying players will at most buy the first pack, and only if it contains something interesting. Please give mid-tier players a fair chance to compete for these rewards. For comparison: 1st place — 200k+ points 10th place — 90k+ points 50th — 20k points 200th — 7k points The gap is enormous. And only 25 players get the main reward. You can keep the same reward list for strong and mid-tier kingdoms, but reduce it by 2–3 times for weaker kingdoms (except for the city skin), so strong players don’t intentionally move to weaker kingdoms. The same applies to the “Tribe Day” event. What kind of tribe event is this if all kingdoms are mixed together again? Make it separated as well. Run it every 2–3 weeks, once every three months. Add daily tasks for it, or let players earn special coins from existing activities — like it was done in one of the collaborations (coins for hunting leaders, monsters, etc., maybe also for gathering RSS on the map). Or come up with actual tribe-based tasks so players don’t get bored. It can overlap with other events or collaborations — that’s not a problem. And what you currently call “Tribe Day” could instead be renamed “Hero Day” and keep it as a global mixed event. Rewards in Global Events. Please review the rewards in global events — most of them are basically trash and not worth anything. They only serve as a bonus alongside red gems, which you get at the end (if you even reach that point). If needed, adjust the required points for obtaining these rewards. Also, do something about monuments. Sometimes players don’t even want to claim them while participating in events, because even in gold and purple tiers you still get green RSS bags, plain RSS, and other junk. This isn’t even serious for new players — they can gather more resources in 8 hours than what they get from those rewards. Please add to monuments: blessed forge chests, monster chests (at least as a fallback), fruits (always relevant), event EXP, trap points, beast EXP, summon stones x5, skill EXP, beast crates or parts, SX shards (both universal and for skills).

There is the abundance pack in kvk. Bring a pack out that gives energy potions!!! There is NONE. We have no way to get energy and spend more than we’re able to get.

Bring back the Valhalla heroes. Many players have them but aren’t able to awaken them. Make an event or a way where we can get shards for them.

Bring back an event where we can get Toothless shards to max his rally skin.

Allow us to donate more than 1 hero shard and more than 10 skill shards (currently it doesn’t benefit f2p. After all they are f2p for a reason, so be reasonable)

Let us transfer other items to players not just resources.
(Skill shards, skill xp, speedups, ENERGY POTIONS etc.)

Allow purple titles (Queen, Lord and Earl) to use king skills. Or make skills for them that are similar to them for us to use but with the same benefits!)

Also allow purple titles to use Scholar, Tycoon etc. (without removing purple title)

Add Prince and Princess titles (with good buffs)

For Viking Reigns event: Put all available heroes in that event! (Example: Add Bjorn, Lagertha, Margit etc)

Please fix Sacred Crucible. Since it started few days ago it’s impossible to get attack button by clicking on enemy’s pic (while enemy is fighting) and it shows only when clicking on army itself. Which means that if enemies are standing in a big pile I can’t target one specific army which is being attacked because I have to literally click on all surrounding armies to find the right one and even then it’s almost impossible (if armies are in a big pile). Everyone who played with me said the same thing so it’s not my phone’s issue. Please re-adjust the same setting as for attacking like for neutreal units, that attack button shows up when tapping on target’s picture and not army itself.

​According to IGG’s official rules, which all players must follow:
​Exploitation of Program Bug: The policy strictly states: "You are prohibited from exploiting any programming bugs in the Services... or within our system."
​Unfair Advantage: The rules clearly mention: "To ensure fair play, you agree that you will not use or exploit any bugs, errors, or design flaws... to gain an unfair advantage over other players."
​Unauthorized Transactions: Your policy explicitly reserves the right to "reduce, suspend, alter, delete or terminate the Account, or its data" for any account that exploits bugs to gain unfair advantages.
​By calling this a "Surprise" instead of an "Exploit," you are rewarding players who violated your legal terms while punishing honest players who followed the rules.
​This decision has the following consequences:
​Legal Inconsistency: You are failing to enforce your own contract, which sets a dangerous precedent.
​Economic Collapse: The value of future packs is now ruined. Why should any player pay full price when others were allowed to keep "bugged" resources for almost nothing?

For example, some players earned more Elemental Experience for a couple hundred cards than I did, having spent most of my accumulated in-game items, a whole day on Mobius, and 70 levels (4,125,000 Elemental Experience with most of my backpack spent versus 6,000,000 (that's what I saw in the screenshots) without spending anything other than cards). This isn't counting the fact that in addition to Elemental Experience, the screenshots also included hero shards, skill shards, equipment chests, dew, and blades. Option A: Cancel all rewards received as a result of the glitch. Option B: Provide equivalent compensation to all players who weren't affected by the glitch to restore a level playing field.We're not demanding the impossible. We're demanding fairness, without which the game's competitive value is completely meaningless. In the current situation, paying players are losing their motivation to play and invest real money into the game, while non-payers are losing their respect for the game and their desire to invest their time and develop, as a single bug can negate the difference in investment of effort, time, and money.

I clearly remember that during the World Championship interview a year ago, I urged the game developers to take the issue of fairness seriously when dealing with unforeseen bugs or exploits. Yet, this event once again shows that the developers have completely ignored this principle. When the bug occurred today, we all noticed that a large number of players moved to the farming tribes and used the exploit to gain tremendous amounts of items and rewards. Any reasonable adult should understand that such actions violate the game’s Terms of Service that they originally agreed to. Moreover, the speed at which those players gained points and items strongly suggests the possible use of illegal programs. However, the way the official team handled this matter gives us the impression that these actions were indirectly tolerated. To preserve the fairness of the game, I strongly urge the officials to take strict measures against all violations of the Terms of Service, just as they do with regular weekly bans on bots. Another major concern is the decision to retain items obtained during the exploit. I sincerely ask the developers to reconsider this decision and recognize the long-term consequences. I myself participated in the event when the bug occurred and also received rewards but I am willing to return them, because I fully understand that these rewards have severely damaged the game’s balance. (The value of my received items exceeds USD $1,400.) This event (Magic Cards) has completely lost its competitive and fair nature. If the officials had reviewed past event, they would easily see how absurd the current rankings are. Considering that there seems to be no plan to retrieve the exploited items, we believe that future events will be heavily affected. Many players now possess large quantities of extra items that they did not use this time, making them unfair competitors in upcoming events. Therefore, I suggest that after this event ends, the officials should either reclaim all remaining items (Bullhorn Tickets) gained during the exploit or launch an alternative event to rectify the imbalance. Many players are deeply disappointed by this handling and have already considered quitting. I hope the developers can take this issue seriously. This is the third anniversary celebration of the game. Hello, I would like to clarify that the main issue regarding both the bug and the event is not simply the fact that some players received bonuses such as dew, daggers, or were able to upgrade their first gold squad from 0 at no cost. The real problem lies in the cards themselves and in the actions of dishonest players who exploited this issue and accumulated these cards in massive quantities. To put this into perspective, 70 cards cost approximately $100. You are able to review the data and see the scale of what happened. Even “hundreds of cards” is a conservative estimate — in reality, some accounts may have accumulated thousands. For paying players, it was not difficult to log into a farm account, spend $200, and spin 140 cards, with the possibility of receiving full rewards repeatedly. After that, they could continue collecting cards across multiple farm accounts and repeat the process. This bug was active for at least one hour, allowing large-scale exploitation. As a result, these players now possess huge quantities of these cards across more than 100 farm accounts, as well as on their main accounts. Because of this, preparation for KvK has lost its meaning, and the same applies to Mobius Peak. Furthermore, all rewards gained through the card event now impact a wide range of other events, including preparation for the Championship. Therefore, the core issue is not that certain players obtained extra resources, but that large-scale abuse has seriously undermined the balance, fairness, and objectivity of multiple in-game events. For this reason, we kindly ask you to evaluate this issue objectively and fairly, and to find a balanced solution. Players are losing troops and getting frustrated not because of bad tactics, but because of poor visibility and clunky controls. Here are the specific points that should have been addressed long ago.

  1. Avatars and markers block the view
    During battles, our own squad avatars cover half the screen. Players at the bottom can't see what's happening at the top, and vice versa. This leads to unnecessary losses for no good reason. We need an option to disable avatars or make them dynamically transparent (only when they're in the way). Markers cause the same problem. Please add a transparency slider or a "hide on approach" button.

  2. Unit control on mobile is painful
    On PC, it's simple: select all units, right-click on a location – they move there immediately. On mobile, you have to drag unit icons and aim them at the target – it's incredibly slow and uncomfortable. Yes, there's a button to select all units, but you still have to drag them.
    Please add an extra button or rework the existing one – a single tap or double tap on a location should send the selected units there, without endless finger dragging across the screen. This is basic ergonomics for a mobile game.

  3. Push notifications for tags
    As I mentioned before – please add proper push notifications when someone tags you in the game. They must include the message text, so we don't have to open the game for every "hey". Tagging should work for R4 and the King – both for individual players and mass tagging of everyone (for rally calls, defense, or attacks). This isn't a luxury feature – it's essential for alliance coordination.

Without these fixes, the game keeps losing players for interface reasons, not gameplay ones.

Increase the number of crystals in the Crystal Grove by 5%. This will make the tribal crystal pool larger and can support more non-paying or low-paying players, giving them more motivation to play. 2. Significantly reduce the migration price. Players should be able to migrate easily, instead of having to spend over a hundred dollars. Choosing a suitable kingdom will make players happy to stay in the game and more willing to pay money on it. Imagine you're unhappy in your kingdom and the game demands hundreds of dollars just to change kingdoms. No one would be happy paying that much, they have many other options that bring them joy. With cheap, almost free migration options like in Fate War, players can freely find kingdoms and allies that suit them, and they'll stay in the game longer. Sincerely.

Hello! Right now there is a serious problem: the developers either don't monitor the game, or they monitor it selectively — only focusing on one server where there's an imbalance, rather than looking at the overall situation. This is an issue that needs to be fixed.

The main problem is that the time given to capture a building is too short (only 1 hour). "It needs to be at least several hours". What makes it even worse is that due to constant reinforcements (creeps) from players, it's impossible to destroy the walls. I propose a new mechanic: upon successfully breaking through the garrison, building integrity is reduced by 5–10% of the remaining wall health. This would make capturing actually possible, rather than an endless waste of troops.

Additionally, when a city is captured, a "cooldown" period of 10–20 minutes should be introduced (no more than 20 minutes, otherwise all the excitement is lost). During this time, the city no longer belongs to the enemy (it gets shielded), but the zone where the battle just took place remains active. This gives players a chance to survive, cool down, and fly away. This buffer removes the fear of being zeroed: players have time to safely leave the zone without getting hit at a moment when they are already defenseless.

We, the players who have dedicated years to this game, sincerely hope that the IGG team listens to us and meets its users halfway. We count on your understanding and look forward to your feedback, as well as quick changes for the better.

Let’s be blunt and honest—this event is a complete failure. Compared to it, the dragons were a “super event,” just like the “Valhalla Banquet.” 1. Tasks for such events: a) revamp the tasks; in the daily tasks, increase the number of victories over the leader to 20 and the resource collection. Review the amount of resources used and the rewards... Because if people are spending their resources, they don’t want to see just 4 blue and 4 green items. b) The Exchange Shop—this time it’s outdone itself. There is already an option to put a cap on numbers that can join.
Make a button next to it to put a cap to reinforce time in seconds aswell.

For example; R4/5 can set it in a way that only squads that are within a walking time of 5 seconds (or 10 seconds to 1 minute) can join the objective.
This could be done like it is for reinforcing max. numbers or with a slider bar.

Despite the fact that almost everyone is digging, it's impossible to buy resources in the Merit Shop, even if you specifically wait and watch — either someone has faster fingers, or it's simply scripts. The system is clearly flawed. I suggest simply adding a weekly resource shop without any link to the shared digging pool. It's especially frustrating that after the event, an enormous amount of merits remain and simply go to waste.

This would give all players a fair chance to compete, especially those with limited financial resources. 2. If everyone is allowed to reinforce, then everyone should also be able to swarm effectively. At the moment, breaking through within one hour without swarming is nearly impossible, especially since players also need to maintain field control. 3. Please increase the capture duration. With evenly matched opponents, achieving anything meaningful within one hour is extremely difficult. 4. Increase the number of tokens available, or add an option to purchase additional tokens. 5. Regarding the central structure: a “hold and defend” format would make more sense than a simple breakthrough/capture mechanic. 6. If point 5 is not possible, then please reduce the shield/dome duration. Two days feels excessive — 5–6 hours would be enough to rest and prepare for the next battle. 7. Please increase the number of estate slots. When a battalion includes players from four kingdoms, the available space feels far too limited. 8. Once again regarding captures: honestly, capturing cities against an equally strong opponent feels unrealistic in the current format. I would really like to see some balance changes and adjustments here. I hope players from other kingdoms will also add their thoughts and suggestions. Thank you for your attention.

As a player myself, it’s hard not to notice that while we have no shortage of legendary "eye-candy" like Sasha, Gloa, or that stunning new Halloween skin for Leandra, the ladies of the community are being left out in the cold.

Currently, the male roster seems to consist mostly of withering, "meatless" piles of bones. In all honesty, the recent male infantry heroes look more like candidates for a geriatric awareness poster than warriors in a high-stakes war game.

On behalf of all the ladies of Viking Rise, I am formally requesting that they be given the same high-quality, muscular "hunk of beefcake" that they want and most certainly deserve. Let's balance the scales!

Mount part reset.

There should be a button that directly refunds all resources etc used on mount parts for free so you can use them on a different type.

When the mounts first came out there was very little knowledge on whats best to do with them so many of us just went for it. Annoyingly many maxed the wrong mount parts for the hero type.

I think we should be able to easily 100% recycle parts and transfer them to different types.

As we know leaders of kingdoms want always to track the kingdom activity, might of players , killing points, daily/weekly activity

But what matters more is the kingdom might (top 100 players might in kingdom).
It’s really tiring the process to make sheets from scratch for that..
For that I would like to suggest an idea that might help a lot and save time,
IGG can do 1 of these 2 things or both if that’s useful
1- IGG take screenshots of top 100 players and convert to sheet /links that can be access / downloaded only by the leaders R5/R4 , same for the tribe members info .
2- IGG can make a linked data info of players to discord , leaders of the kingdoms can see and access the information of players and members through discord.

Put a cooldown on using Relocators, preferably 1 hour if not more. It takes away a strategic element in kvk, when (mostly whaleaccounts) can jump all over the map (sans warfever). It makes it so it will always be 1 battle in 1 place - instead of opening 2+ fronts and then the opponent have to decide, where do you want to relocate and help first. Leave the option to leave kvk-map open if people really want to move their base away (then just again, 1 hour cooldown before you can re-enter kvk-map). And for those "but I need to relocate to an air-dock so I can quick-travel to Rosky-bomb the killfields" .. tough luck.

Hey, honestly the VR scheduling on older kingdoms has become really frustrating.

Gunnar was supposed to be part of the KVK5 progression, yet we only unlocked him after KVK5 already ended. His VR should’ve happened somewhere between KVK5 and early/mid KVK6, but instead we’re still getting Vali VR.

At this point it feels completely inconsistent and makes proper SX planning almost impossible. A lot of players save resources for months to build one seasonal hero, and delayed or random VR rotations can easily ruin those plans.

We really need either more consistent scheduling or at least clear communication about what’s happening with these delayed rotations.

Adjust the xp needed to raise the personal Prosperity Levels. In the beginning, your own purchases easily keeps the levels moving, then around level 10-12 you are probably on a 50-50 plateau where the Tribe Gifts makes up half the progress. After that, Tribe Gifts takes the lead and accounts for 60-80% of the progress. That would be fine, except at this point in most Kingdoms development, you are either Tier-S (or whatever the top are called) or you've had most actives migrate out making further progress on the Prosperity Level near impossible. Alternative - drop more/higher XP rewards from the Villages in the city.

Kvk has ended and now it’s time to go back to the daily grind of completing daily tasks. In my opinion, Sacred Crucible already has the foundation for the best permanent gameplay mode. Expanding it into a full-time queueable PvPvE mode with soft stat normalization, role based team play, rotating weekly modifiers, and contribution based rewards would create meaningful daily gameplay for both f2p and paying players. The goal isn’t massive rewards, but consistent engagement. Players should still feel useful regardless of spending level, while still allowing stronger accounts to maintain a moderate advantage. Rewarding participation, objectives, support actions, and strategic play rather than just raw power would make the mode healthier long term and keep players active between kvk events. This is not a “must” participate event, but allows players wanting more than performing just the daily tasks an avenue of playing the game with some meaning

I suggest you could do some Hero legacy system ... meaning heroes older than at least 2 seasons back will be automatically added there and awakened for all players , it would not be the greatest advantage for free to play or low spenders in battles but at least it would give them some fighting chance against the whales and krakens ... you would get more players active in fighting not just being used as filling for rallies or farms
