This is NOT a replacement for Customer Support in-game.
If you're facing issues with the game, please tap on your Profile Picture>Settings>Help>Submit Issues and submit an in-game ticket.

When opening a ticket, please remember the following:
● Is your problem a suggestion for the server or game ? If so, go to #📝submit-suggestions
● Are you reporting a user?
-> If it is unsolicited DMs make sure to bring all relevant screenshots and evidence.
-> Reporting a IN-game user ➡️ Those need to be reported to Customer Service [CS] through in-game tickets.
Steps to Connect to CS:
Profile ➡️ Settings ➡️ Help ➡️ Live Chat / Submit Issue
Note: Reporting a player will require screenshots of the incident and the Rule breakers Chief ID so do make a note of it before submitting a Report
Ticket System Follow up's:
• Tickets will be closed after 24 hours of no reply.
• Close tickets if your queries have been solved.
• If the ticket is unanswered after 24 hours, tag a moderator and we will get back as soon as possible.
