We sometimes do giveaways in our kingdom discord server and our reward is a apple store gift card but since they are not global it is sometimes problem to find a right store. So if we could buy crystals in top up center as gift codes to be redeemed in game, that would help the game economy and also make it easier for us.

There is no reason the victim of an attack should only get back 10% of their troops. Someone who pays thousands of dollars in the game causes me to lose 200k troops I spent months building and I only get back 20k? And all they lost was about 2,000 because they paid for higher levels. It's unfair to victims of attacks. The percentage should be different for the attacker and victim.

Make it possible for tribe members to vote on their leader. Have no had a sucky tribe leader, after the previous got booted due to inactivity. The new one makes it impossible for the tribe to prosper, as they know nothing about the game.

We should get extra reward for finishing rss tile. We get one forging item randomly now even if we leave tile unfinished. Leaving tile unfinished should only give rewards randomly but finishing tile should give rewards randomly and 1 fixed reward. Therefore, if you finish full tile you should usually get 2 rewards instead of just one.

Right now the whole activity point system doesn't really reward truly active players. Assisting and making donations is the absolute minimum and takes next to zero effort. Right now, the systems rewards players that are just online a lot but don't really interact with rest of the tribe at all. My suggestion is that joining tribe rallies, helping to kill tribe members monsters and supplying resources to tribe members should also increase activity points.

Make it possible to checkmark if troops return to base after gathering a resource node, like you did with attacking. It gives us the opportunity to gather several resource nodes from far away, with 1 march - instead of returning while you offline.

Toxic rogues counterplay
Hello, the game lacks any counterplay against rogue players who decide to just harm other players by killing gatherers etc.
Let me give you an example from our Kingdom: We got a 40M+ player who teleports around zone 3 killing gatherers of all middle tribes. He teleports in, kills all gatherers all around, pulls back his troops into his castle and parks his marches inbetween villages which means noone can do anything. The option is to teleport to him and attack him, the only outcome is set his town on fire. Does it have any effect? No, because the wall burns so slow it is literally impossible to burn player who is active. After 20 minutes he just bubbles and waits until he can do another round.
King Deportation skill doesn't work since it is basically random relocator so you can't use it to deport such a player from z3.
Its noob-friendly, risk-free playstyle which is both damaging and frustrating for other players. Frustration doesn't come from losses but from lack of proper counterplay. Hence following suggestions how to solve this:

Kings Deportation skill should deport someon "outside of current area" instead of "within the current area".

Succesful attack against city should automatically lower Wall durability by 1%. Once durability is at 0 it teleport player OUTSIDE of current zone.
I believe rogue is a valid, fun playstyle but it needs to have a counterplay.

Add a button that allows me to select as many troops as I have slots ... e.g. if I have 3 slots and I send a troup for harvesting, attacking an NPC, whatever, a button woult be usefull that selects 1/3 of my troups (one of that many that I have available) so that I can send the same amount of troops to all targets

Add a Weekly Activity Points Report to the Tribe interface for R4s to be able to see and analyze users' recent activity. Currently only total Activity points are shown which is basically useless as they're reset once someone leaves and joins back. Also, That would be great if the weekly report doesn't reset the points of users who leave and join back for the sake of accuracy.

Add a column which in the Tribe members list which shows R4s the joining date of each member (as a date or as how many days before). That way, we can better analyze who has been a member for how long and how active they were during that time (based on activity points).

So your tribe is growing, you're on the quest for expansion and extending those borders. Great work. But...
Are you tired of having to listen to your tiny vikings prattle on about their tired legs, shoe bills and lack of adequate beard grooming time due to all of that marching too and from your territory border?? Tired of having to port your city to a new location and learn a whole new set of road signs and local geography?? I may just have a suggestion solution:
How's about a function for tribes who are expanding their borders to be able to heal their troops while away from their city?? Either in...
- A designated tribe member's city (a "medic" city). The cost for healing would have to be covered in-tribe by other cities sending resources to the medic town.
or... - At a specific tribe point that can me constructed away from the tribe's main territory (like with quarries and sawmills). Occupancy in this temporary camp would be limited to one march group from the tribe at a time so that no one abuses it and stacks 1,000,000s of troops inside. Healing would be free (your tribe already sunk resources into constructing the triage camp), but it would be timed-healing with no chance of speedups being used.

For Arena PVP, can we see some more detail with battle logs of all skill damages and procs including passive talent skills as well as skill cards. I have no clue whether one skill is effective or not against an opponent setup. Would be helpful so I can know what to min/max and what pairing or combinations work best for certain heroes, especially when countering.

Can we make the cost of healing troops half as expensive? It takes forever to recover from an attack, and whether you're attacking people for points in KE, or an unfortunate victim of an attacker in KE, it shouldn't cost as much as a building upgrade in order to heal all of your troops

After having attacked a player's base, it would be great if instead of seeing the option that allows us to scout again, it would take us directly to the last report we received in our mail or at least indicate if we already scouted him in the last few minutes. This is useful so that when scouting the other players' bases, it allows us to know if we already have a recent report from them.

After searching for a resource plot, have an arrow pointing to the right appear in a bubble above the search resource button to act as a "next" button, so we can quickly search for different resource plots (As a lot are normally half-empty and we have to search multiple times to find a full one, or it will help quickly find the half-empty ones to do cleanup).

When you are finished eagle-exploring the kingdom, have a way to reduce number of workers at the eagle's nest to 1. I don't need 3 eagles to do the very little scouting I do, and it's nice to be able to auto appoint without having 2-3 workers forever "sleeping" there.

2 suggesttions/possible UI element improvements regarding game;
Navigate between Main Base > and all other villages you own by clicking 1 time, each click refer to another village (better than checking from general page with low ui elements)
On world map the function that finds places regarding levels should get improved somehow maybe not 'only' level based search, maybe add 1 more metric like capacity of source (or better idea player should be able to put special coordinates for giving AI look btw these special coordinates, likewise you already using eagles to explore map so it will make more sense)
I understand that there is usually not as much customization in mobile games as in this game, but since you have started this screen customization feature, I believe you should continue it. Players should be able to open and close most of the screen elements in a navigation menu format without occupying the entire screen. If you want to continue being a visually user-friendly mobile game, of course...
The campaigns you have organized are more comprehensive and meaningful compared to those of your counterparts in the gaming industry. Although the game already has many features in development, it would be worth considering the possibility of enabling gameplay across multiple platforms in the future. Putting energy into the divination shack.

Greetings everyone, I don’t know if anyone suggested that before, but I would like to suggest a new event: can be held on the weekends when is no Vikings reign. Would be a separate map where tribes can sign up members and based on their power they would be matched with another tribe ( would be a limit of the participating members and could be played and matched with every kingdom) . The requirements would be empty hospital, no war frenzy nor troops outside of the city. On that map severely injured troops would not be in hospital, troops can be back after the event. On that map would be buildings which can be occupied for points (individual and tribal ) and buffs. In the middle the highest point giving “trophy “ . Some other games has it , I do not wanna take credit

I highly encourage for people that aren’t in a tribe an option to donate to a specific tribe resources, I joined and tribe and gathered some resources, but within 30 minutes of joining I had gotten contacted back by a tribe I was wanting to transfer to from my original tribe I was in before joining said tribe I took resources from, and would like the ability to donate what I have gathered back into their tribe as compensation for the inconvenience I may of caused them. Hello! This suggestion is to improve the mishaps in the chats of the kingdom: we choose one to five chat managers for each kingdom (the number of managers depends on the population of the kingdom). Chat administrators have the ability to permanently or temporarily silence players. If players talk outside the chat rules, chat moderators can control the situation. Chat administrators can read and react to messages reported in their kingdom.
To select chat managers, you can set criteria that show their experience.

the ease at which people are able to swap tribes and teleport is making it far to easy for people to form super alliances where they freely exchange members and move across the map at will and roll over other tribes who are unwilling or unable to establish a large alliance of their own. I suggest reassessing the mechanics around joining/leaving tribes as well as the teleporting mechanic to make them less easily abused.

Since this game is ongoing and many players are reaching at last chief hall, it's kind of hard to get gold there is very little amount in gold mine nodes, even in level 6 mines, it's around 420k.

When a tribe has occupied an altar or similar structure for a while, stop sending out the broadcast messages like "The tribe is getting stronger!" and the corresponding emails to the tribe. Designate another tribe or tribes as your alliance, that needs to be approved and confirmed from both sides.

Change recommended:
Change the refreshes of Atleast the first 5 prosperity level items to daily refresh so the energy bottles can be bought everyday.
Details: The energy consumption needed for the KvK related event requires astronomical amounts of energy which require you to either hoard every bottle of energy without participating in Viking Reign Niflung Hunting

Adding open world boss events. There is nothing more magnificent then seeing an entire tribe comming together and defeating poor animals minding their own business in their Beast lairs. Sadly there's limited beast lairs, so adding in a "Open World Monster" event for rewards etc would help the downtime from sanctum to KvK, as a lot of people quit in that time because the game gets boring.

Fix the massive glitch where people's troops can't be attacked if they're hiding their troops within their city map when defending against city attacks (solo and rallies). Why is this bug still in the game? Devs were made aware for almost a month now about this and it's considered a game breaking bug.

Add more teleport skills in Law of the Jungle, nerf the killstreak bonus or SEVERELY buff the healing. Now it's just a point-trading game where you have to gamble you don't take the short straw. If you collect every single healing items on the map, you might heal 50%. I lose all the time cause I get punished for killing people without dying, its so stupid. One guy snags me at 5% trying to kill myself gets instantly 4-500 points. Or just remove the stupid mini game all together and make Ivana buy-able, there isn't single soul I have talked to that actually enjoys Law of the Jungle, they only do it to get Ivana.

You should require more than one squad to contest the Killing Fields/Savage Colosseum, it's way too easy to just send a one troop march to the area to stop a tribe from getting occupancy points, then kite enemy squads around. Perhaps make it so that you need at least 10% of the might of the current occupiers in order to contest?

Arena revamp , we have 5 tries everyday to challenge make it that way that if we do 1 try , we get challenged only 1 time , if we do 5 , we get only 5 , not more than that. Add friendly challenges to fight with friends for which arena was intended to but I dont see it anywhere , add better fighting experience and make it that if we dont do any of our challenge we dont get challenged and lose our points and stars. Make matchmaking better , im at 3.5m and see opponents from 4 m to 5m players

When farming for resources, the time taken is calculated only considering the amount of resources, haven't considered the number of troops. It would be more logical to reduce the total time taken, as the number of troops marched increased to farm it.

punishing rss buyer is more effective to solve this bots issue cuz rss buyer made investment for their account therefore they won't wanna lose their account. rss seller, they dont care if their account get suspended or not since theirs would be only level 5 or stuff.
give buyer 3 or 7 days of getting suspended treatment if they got caught in first time and if they couldn't learn from it suspend their account for good 😕

Improve the Internal Officer Ivana's database to information
There is enough potential to make it a good source of learning early game
Equipment data is great in a compiled view as it shows which equipment gives what stats but maybe recommending optimized sets can be a good function
Information about how different skills work with visual videos and statistics of each skill on different heroes would be a great addition
So in short :
Improve the AI assistant as nobody uses it for now with its little database of information and also enable an option to close down the AI chat ..

Include a hero shard exchange to swap hero shards when the hero has completely filled talents. I have thousands of blue shards in my inventory, and get more every day. I would gladly trade up 10 to 1, or even 50 to 1.

Once the whole kingdom has been explored by the eagles, it should be possible to select how many workers to keep at the nest. I never use 3 eagles and it's pointless to keep 3 workers there. (Yes, I know I can fix it manually but I want to keep using "appoint all" to make the choices for me).

This is more of a question than suggestion but I’ll place it here. When will kingdoms have migration packs come out for players to migrate from one server to another server. Example your in server/kingdom 1 but want to join server/kingdom 10 and your lvl 25. Can we have the name of the person who last farmed a tile. It's very annoying how people keep leaving tiles half empty and others have to go clean them up.

concerning against bot: as your make hard this game and ask player to spend money, as you will encourage the creation of account bot. Solution that you proposed will only damage normal players. Limit the rss transfer from a "farm account" to maybe about 50M rss each
And add a cap to the rss an account can be supplied with to 100M each
a day

Release a pure RSS daily pack (with vip points only/no gems or possibly no vip points too) that can compete with the rate of RSS resellers.
The problem with the game is lack of sources resources. The demand for healing T5, T6 to T7 troop is astronomically unreasonable. Specially in KvK, when KvK starts a lot of fighting is required (most fun thing) and the game itself with its current state sabotage the entertainment factor of KvK due to limited resources. Make acquiring RSS sustainable that doesn't require player to create 5-10 farm account just to farm. This is war game not farm game.

More ways to make money:
- Change name of the game to farming rise.
- Make healing of troops more expensive than training them
- Give legendary hero shards per 1000 summon. Give only those shards which are maxed out.
- What's the point of 10% revival? We don't need it. Better kill 10% more as the name is now farming rise.
- When you train 1M troops you get 70k resources as rewards which is too high. Give 5k only.

- For example my ivor and Leidolf have been maxed out but still got 100 of there shrads so i would like to give them to my another account who has yet to max out these heros.

I love the addition of PC version, there are few tweaks however to make it feel even better:
- When you are zoomed out on the map view the button to get back to the city disappears - imo it would be much better if it was still there(i think it is on mobile)
- Game sounds cut when alt-tabbed - make an option for sound while game is running in the back
- Customizable hotkeys
- Specific hotkey to skip dialogues/cutscenes (right now it has to be a mouse click)

if you are dead serious on stopping bot accounts you can opt for this measures
1.) active chat filter scanning on public chats promoting selling resources.
2.) implement permanent ip or mac address ban this will prevent them.creating new accounts. lowering rss collection for low lvl accounts would hamper but not stop it. it will just slow it abit.
3.) before doing so make sure reports are properly documented and has tangible proof . permanent ip ban will definitely deter and lessen the spams on each kingdoms chat.

Improved tower construction interface:
- Increase the maximum zoom out when tribe menu is still visible, to place a tower - today you barely see the area around tower square when you place it

Add hero localization feature. Currently there is no way to see which secondary commander is in which army (fighting, farming, building)
- One option is to add button in hero menu to be able to locate each hero, the same way you click a link with coordinates - it would move you to that hero's location.
- Second option would be to display the second, smaller hero portrait next to the primary one , e.g. when they are in the farm or tower, so that we can clearly see which heros are where in case we want to recall a specific hero to the city.

I enjoy fighting and dueling with other players, but the cost of healing is too high. I suggest that we create a kingdom playground similar to the Law of Jungle and Arena. In this playground, each player would be able to change their troop type, heroes, and skills after each fight. There would be no rewards or penalties for winning or losing. This playground would be a place for us to have fun, test out new builds, and watch other players duel.

Viking Rise is a team game and requires making decisions unanimously to maybe decide the time of gathering for an event, or for other important tribe matters et cetera. I suggest introducing a "vote mail" something like an in-game poll, which can be sent by R4s/R5 to tribe members for them to vote on a topic. The vote mail should contain the following - "Description" (just like normal mail before voting), "Create multiple options" (R4/R5 can create options for tribe members to choose from with tick boxes beside each option), "Voting type" (Multiple options or single option poll, can be edited or not edited and stuff like that). - R4 will be able to see the last person to gather resources within the territory only.
- Separate the battle reports between Niflungs and Enemies in the tab for better visibility.
- fairer matchmaking for new players in the 'Law of the Jungle' event. I have heroes 60 and I win all my battles.
- See which heroes are in the deployed troop because you can only see the commander. Bonus if you can also see troop details.
- be able to ban someone from joining the rally once they've been banned once because they were too far away and they keep coming back.
- A return to the kingdom for people who have been inactive for a given period on the KvK map.
- To be able to conclude an alliance visible on the kingdom map, the allied territory would be surrounded by a blue aura and to be able to officially declare war on another tribe that would be surrounded by red on the kingdom map. This way, members would be better informed of what's going on. Some people don't read the words because of construction spam or reports from tribal spies.
- Have a shop purchase history so you know which packs you've bought in the past.

Please add to Queen role in Kingdom to be able to write a Kingdom Mail. Queen role is nerfed right now due of that. It’s second person in Kingdom and not able to make announcements.
Beside explaining why Queen should have capabilities to do that. I think at least 2 person should be able to have that option available since one of then might be busy or not good making announcements.
From personal perspective Queen positions are mostly held from players who has ability to organize kingdom.

is it possible to expand the capability of the search function when looking for niflung, farm, sawmill, quarry, etc... and allow for searching within a tribes territory vs outside the territory. there are several bonuses the tribe gets for gathering on tribe land, that searching and only receiving "non-tribe' results makes the search less useful. maybe a radio button to limit the search to <tribe> land?

After succesfully winning KvK there are few points which need to be looked at from my PoV. 1) Killing fields and Colloseum contestion rules. Right now you can contest these with 1- troop march against 50 people. It is easily exploitable and you can deny per-minute rewards for whole tribe as a single person spamming 1-troop marches. Especially killing fields are very vulnerable to this since boats are extremely fast and hard to catch. Suggestion to solve this: You need to stay at least 20s within the range of Colloseum/Killing field to start contesting it. 2) Leaders not being able to kick players who are on KvK map during whole KvK duration. This is a big one. Imagine hypothetical situation when other Kingdom spies with their alt accounts manage to join you during KvK. They will teleport to KvK and they can laugh in your face for 45 days because you can´t do anything about that. Also getting rid of inactive players isn´t possible during KvK. Suggestion to solve this: Enable leaders of tribes to kick people during KvK. Kicked players are teleported to home map after a certain time (1 hours) to prevent abusing this to save players who are being rallied etc. 3) No personal points for killing other Kingdoms units. Personal points right now are bound to holding Colloseums/Killing fields and killing niflungs/leaders. That promotes very "passive" approach to KvK since people don´t need to kill others to be top in individual rankings. It should not be a think in KvK, KvK should be about killing others, securing objectives etc., not about PvE. Suggestion to solve this: Personal points can be acquired by killing other Kingdoms units. 4) Colloseums giving too many points. Once 1 tribe dominates colloseums there is no way for others to catch up in like top 100 personal rankings. It promotes being very passive during KvK. If you are a strongest tribe and manage to take colloseums you don´t have a reason to farm niflungs at all. If you are on a losing side no matter how active you are you will never catchup those who hold colloseums: Suggestion to solve this: Rebalance number of points for Colloseums and other activities. Other than that I think KvK is very fun experience.
Add more information on farm's description window. Recently, a nice description has been added to show the Tribe Territory gathering bonus when you click on a farm tile. Please add one more information there about Beast Lair / Divine Realm bonus for that specific farm type.

Synchronise the kvk Chronicles to the Rebuilding the Kingdom Fortress event. Right now on the first day we have to hunt Niflungs for chronicles while having to gather for the Rebuild.

When attacking another tribe city both sides should face casualties not just the attacking side. As it doesn’t make sense to have the attacking tribe face casualties and the defending tribe face no casualties when it’s a battle.
There should be something which lowers the amount of dying troops by a certain percentage and maybe converts them into heavily wounded troops. (Maybe something which can be added to tribe Technology.)

Some sort of way to either transfer or de-experience a hero and receive said experience in tomes. Would create for a more dynamic, fun and variated gameplay in early-mid game. Also makes it less punishment for new players who may invest experience in the wrong heroes while learning the game. Limit it to maybe 1-2 heroes per month and lock behind town lvl 15 or something to make it less game-breaking.
This also opens up for new ways to level heroes and for more participation in XP-killing as you could work up some heroes to just use as "fooder"

Extend the Collect All common tribe gifts to include all tribe gifts. As member of an quite active tribe it’s not uncommon to have 30+ gifts, and I rather collect them all at once. Another way to do the same is to add Collect All buttons to the uncommon and materials for war tribe gift pages.

Adjust points granted for killing the monster in the barbarian arena. If you grind hard for points the whole KvK, you still get easily pushed out Top 100, if you don't have access to any of the 4 arenas. That's quite unfair. Lower the points they award you to 8. Now they give 16 whilst the crabs in the other Killing Filed award 6 points

Instead of players cannibalizing on real players for resources, there should be game-spawned villages full with RSS (maybe Niflung villages) that players can raid alone or with other tribes. This makes it so raiding other players in a slow-dying kingdom aren't as lucrative, which is a good thing for the game, players and income of VR owners.

How to make kingdoms active again. and keep them active.
Each server should reset it self every 30 or 60 days. Meaning;
All current territory would be gone.
All piers/shrines/ruins ect should be free again
Player and clan stats are transfered to the empty map.
This way you have to fight again for your territory and have some fun.
Also smaller clans also would have a chance to join in. Instead of being dominated by the bigger clans.
Also would like to see new players would be joined into excisting kingdoms. Instead of a new kingdom/server.
For example if a current server has less then 300 active players. New players can choose this kingdom to join instead of a new server.

Finally introduce the function of presets and heroes' builds. That is, the ability to save the combination of the hero (clothing + skills) separately in the arena and out of it, so that any player can release in the arena the strongest bundles, to use tactics.
Now in the arena is impossible to play full-fledged.
Also very much ask to introduce an additional function on express pumping skills, so that you can change, test and just vary different skills. Enter an additional currency for this if necessary. But the arena should be a separate gameplay

reduce the number of kingdom announcements for the following scenarios:
- no announcement when the burnt tower is not connected to the main territory of the tribe (gray tile)
- no announcement about occupying or defending shrine/lair when it is not connected to a main territory (dead tribe or tribe disconnected shrine/lair on purpose).

introduce R5 rank or any other way of giving permission to destroy towers to ONE person (something like vice leader). Hello! I would like to suggest making changes to the Varka hero, namely, replacing the Porters hero specification with the Polymath specification. Varka is a very interesting support hero who remains unclaimed except for collecting. Although her skills could be useful for any squad, if only given the opportunity to be effective in any squad. Why is this important? Because in your game there are only two heroes focused on support: Yvette and Ragnar. When you have heroes that have capacity to finish an RSS point, the game will suggest heroes that can't finish it if they have better % for gathering etc. This causes unfinished points which causes a lot of annoyance and work for the tribe. Is all the tapping necessary? Like 'Staging Post', why can't one click a 'collect all' treasures at once and is all the animations really necessary, it takes so much time. Same thing for 'Commissions' and 'Exploration', at least make it possible to skip the animations of the treasures by clicking all over the screen. Same thing for 'Hall of Valor', why not make a popup to choose how many summons one want to do instead of 1 or 5, and skip the animation totally or by clicking everywhere. Same thing in 'Item', why should one click like a 1000 times to get all the treasures, make a 'collect all' or change it so that; food, wood, stone and gold is automatically added from where ever the treasure is obtained? Same thing in 'Gifts', why is there only a 'collect all' on common gifts. 'Collect all'; should be there all the time on 'Uncommon' and 'Materials for war' instead of after ~30 gifts. -Basically it is just all over the game, all the clicking and tapping makes me sick and tired, it does not add anything good to the game at all!

Make it possible to pre-set what troops to priorities with certain hero(es) so it fills with that type first. Not just pre-defined slots.
Example: If Wooder is the primary hero it fills first with all available troop type of the one of my choice on Wooder. Then if I switch to Verandi, it fills with the troop type of my choice for her and so on.
Makes it a lot easier to quickly send out squads as currently while levling the hero, you can't really pre-set as the capacity changes as you level them up.

I suggest a major revamp of the Clan Camp. So many unnecessary clicks are now needed. Let's say an exploration is finished. Then you have to enter the camp, do a few (too many) clicks/taps just to get the reward, and then when you exit you get back to the city (not to the commissions). Then you have to re-enter the Clan Camp to get to the commissions where you can sumbit the one you just got. There are way too many taps necessary.

Allow demolishing of unfinished tribe buildings. We just started building the auxiliary tribe fort, but for some strange reason it ended up in the wrong place (reported to customer service). Now we have to build it for hours before we can demolish it and have to start over.

Make the structures on the KVK map open up at different times. Currently all the structures open at 00:00 UTC, it makes some people miss all the fun because they are sleeping or working and not capturing the objectives right away will make you get behind on a lot of points.

On the tribe roster, please add a column that shows how long each member has been in the tribe. It would be great to have a button that shows a graph for each member's daily growth and activity and daily time played too. It would help tribe officers know who to promote and who to weed out.

Changes for KVK (map):
- KF and SC are badly designed
- Fix buggs, and lagg before the event starts or fix it afterwards. dont fix it when the event is going on.
- increase the amount of kingdoms you can battle with
- shorten the duration of KVK to 20-25 days instead of the total 47 days
- random kingdom selection (or based on kingdom might)
- zone 1 needs to open up quicker.
- not being able to hide troops
- not being able to hit your own kingdom
- farming buff for the whole kingdom territorium
- last days all zones open for everyone, so also zone 1
- KF and SC also need to give points for the kingdom
- piers opening quicker/sooner
- more buildings to occupy

In the Skill Upgrade, add a "use all" to each skill shard (so one "use all" for the 1,000 shard, one "use all" for the 200 shard etc). When I buy shards in the skill shop, I have 30 or 40 shards of the same value. I usually want to use all of them, it's so pointless to have to click 44 times on the same icon.

Because there are no more new chronicles and the events are becoming more and more money grabs or simply a different kind of wheel of fortune, it would at least be good if we could decorate our cities more. 10 trees per variety is not nearly enough to make a city a home. We need more trees (or at least more of each variety) and decorative items.

Add a button to the warehouse that opens the window for packing the RSS.
It will open a window (as in the example picture - https://i.ibb.co/JCjTm7j/Screenshot-7.png ), where the player's current resources will be indicated on the left side of the screen, a scroller slider (as when raising troops), and on the right - the number of packed packages that the player will receive to his inventory.
This should help in cases where:
- Accidentally unpacked a much larger amount of resources than necessary. It will be possible to pack it back, but with a tax.
- Resources are accumulating beyond the limits of the warehouse. And again, you can pack it in a more reliable place - but also with a tax.
The tax rate is approximately 33%. This means that 1,500,000 units of any resource will be packed into 1,000,000 of the same resource.

Current functionality: 200% healing speedup in battle of the ruins for healing troops
Change recommended: no speedups required to heal troops in battle of the ruins
Details: there should be no speedups required for healing troops in battle of the ruins. This game mode should be able to let tribes focus more on pvp as a tribe and tactics on taking buildings from others. With speedups normal players and some spenders wont be able to be there the whole time for battles since they need speedups for daily stuff and if they are in KvK they will need to save speedups.

Give the ability to tribe leaders to relocate selected tribe members, similarly to King's ability.
This skill of a tribe leader would allow relocation of a specific tribe members within tribe territory.
It could be a random relocation or a fixed one.
It should have a reasonable cooldown (similar to the individual, free tribe relocator) to do not become overused.
It would allow better control of the tribe territory and the cities within it.

Challenge 7 within KVK requires you to kill 25 killing field monsters. The killing field is only open for the first 2 hours of that challenge, and this is inconvienient for anyone in Europe. Killing fields should be open every 12 hours during any challenge that requires a killing field.

Split tribe mail into two different categories. One for mail sent from leaders to the tribe that are important, and the other for "your tribe occupied X building" (which we have actually occupied for many months). Quite few people read the tribe mails, and this needs to be changed. In a normal tribe, not many people are interested in being notified of (re-)occupying a mercy shrine far away.

Current functionality: I just noticed that we do not get any XP on monsters after we kill a maximum of 5 Monsters or use all our 5 armies to hit 1 Monster after that you Get no XP, and if you want to help some friend killing a monster you will not get XP after sending 5 armies. the problem here is that you are still spending all your important recovery point and are not cheap to come by. this is being a very greedy rule from IGG. unacceptable!
Change recommended: I have 2 recommendation to this problem, 1- give a 50% off the points used after the first 5 army runs, (example: spend 50 points per army hit and after 5 hits lower down the points used to 25 points, because we will stop getting XP but still we want to help our teammates. or 2- because we are still spending point and are very expensive to get and use, you need to disable that rule of not giving XP after sending 5 armies to hit Monsters.
Details: Again! points are very expensive to get! they are very limited, if you take the points from us then you need to let us get XP from the monsters that we attack or help attacking. IGG do not be very greedy and give us your customers some respect and do not steal money from us by not giving is XP and and still taking our Valuable points. Create a separate section for resource collection reports and battle reports.
It often happens that someone wants to temporarily abandon their tile to join a rally or do other types of activities with their tribe and finish the tile later.
Between the various battles, the resource collection report email ends up far behind, making it cumbersome to search for it to know which tile to finish cleaning.
Furthermore, the process of searching for this same resource collection report must be done every time, considering that by pressing the coordinates of the tile, you will go on the map, losing the mail again.

I have a suggestion that all accounts that are directly or indirectly connected to the game developers should be marked somehow on the map. We should clearly see which accounts are in favor of game creators, so that we can either avoid them or join them hoping for profits.
It's obvious that some players are protected by game developers and they laugh at the remaining honest players, encouraging them to quit the game and reduce the population of a server.
If someone has 30+, 40+ accounts and is repeatedly abusing game rules, and is rewarded for that by being able to every time end up as #1 in Vikings Reign, then what's the point of playing this game? Even paying players cannot compete with such scale of cheating and we have proofs of repeat neglecting od this topic by game support, claiming that they will "investigate this". They investigate for weeks and nothing changes, so it clearly must be some fishy business between the said player and game creators.

Issue: Unreal quantity needed for the materials on our way to T6 troops. War Horns and Thorny Spikes
What if we arrange it so that if we work hard, we can obtain those materials? We can defeat Niflungs and Leaders without using any energy, but we won't receive any resources or anything else except for those materials.
This will also kill the idle time of the game, and players will stay more in game to grind than afk farming.

Give personal points for killing troops in KVK or create some other kind of leaderboard for kills. Right now there are a lot of freeloaders who don't fight or help with resources simply because it does not reward them. Giving some kind of rewards for killing people (other than the "Supreme Glory" achievement) will hopefully make people more active in fighting other kingdoms.

Create a “Whitelist” and “Blacklist” functions for tribes. Only R5 can edit these lists. For whitelist any ID in the list will be automatically accepted. For blacklist any ID will be automatically declined. This would help switching tribes on the go, and help prevent exiled players from trying to join.

Make an event that requires the entire tribe to participate, hunt down and kill monsters without rallies, like Beast Lair. My experience on every new servers is that players fall in love with beast lairs and killing the giant monster. It's something about getting together as a tribe and killing a boss. Once you reach Sanctum stage, the game gets EXTREMELY stale.

Introduce a Large Tribe Shield that can shield a specified amount of cities under one tribe shiel at an affordable price to be paid in tech donations by tribe members either with resources or gems. Members cannot attack under shield, have to leave shielded area to attack and can only return after war frenzy expires. All members have to contribute towards shield.

The Killing Field event during Kingdom Mayhem hard to attend depending on where you are in the world. Me and other key members from my tribe are European and the Killing Field opens when I/we are already asleep. It is an event that can and should NOT start at 0 UTC perpetually.
My suggestion:
Every next Killing Field event should start +6 hours from the last one. This makes it so every member of the tribe gets to do it, as this setup will include every player no matter time zone.

The possibility of exchanging resources even if it is 2:1, 3:1 etc.
What a tribe needs most (always) is gold, forcing all members to work for the common goal,
also forcing those who already have MILLIONS in gold to continue collecting.
There is no way to quickly spend all this gold (some of my tribemates have 60M, 130M...)

KVK now is not kingdom vs kingdom but Tribes vs Tribes. Supporting other tribes in same kingdom is very difficult! We can misfire our kingdom fellows. We could not send reinforcement or resources to other tribes. Killing fields and Collosiums only for tribes not kingdoms. Only relocations works well. Really insufficient to be said as kingdom vs kingdom. Please fix this system before the second seasons.

Please make the checkbox "Select Multiple" remember its last state, so if it was selected on the previous command, keep it selected when it appears for the next command. Put hero shards of maxed heroes in the recycle bin and give xp and skill in return.
Blue and green shards for xp, purple for skill and gold for materials.
Both the levels of the obtained xp, skill or material and the exchange ratio should be reasonable.
Using an existing game mechanism should make it fit in nicely and probably easier to implement than introducing an entirely new concept.
This way hero shards are still used for hero upgrade. Even the obtained material, skill and xp could be recycled for diamonds once those items are no longer needed.

let us lock in equipment on Heros for Arenas. Then we can change the equipment on the Heros for outside arenas, without sacrificing our ability to defend in arenas when we aren't on there. We should even be able to have certain Heros, skills. Equipment locked in for defending, and then a new loadout for attacking. If we change a skills or equipment it changes every where and we can't strategies well like this.

People are leaving behind way too many farming spots with just a few resources left, which is really bad since the game won't renew those spots if you don't deplete them. It would be very nice if the game could somehow deal with this issue. It could simply automatically renew spots that have, let's say, less than 20% of total value left. Or even penalizing the player who leaves the spot without finishing them by giving only half of the amount gathered. It could also go further by only giving craft materials if the spot is depleted, not before.

day 3 of asking for a way to properly alliance with other tribes, how it will work: one leader and another both have to agree to a document that means until one of us takes our name off, members of each tribe cannot scout/rally/attack members of the other tribe, it guarantees safety between the allianced tribes

If you want to engage people but keep getting income, add 2 types of rewards. One for free for just putting a lot of effort and the other one for cash. Everyone would be happy, you would engage more players and still get your cash. People like to accomplish something and to show of. In majority of games everyone who puts enough effort ends up with some item that doesn't affect the gameplay, but is just e.g. a decoration or a skin or whatever - do the same here.

But day to day you leave us sat around in dead kingdoms with no migration feature.. you cannot have the best of both worlds. Why dont you have a migration function to migrate to a kingdom within a KvK group, many other games has this feature. I truly appreciate not being able to migrate anywhere, that would be an unfear feature - but in a group there is only 8 days diffence in startup.

When Kingdom Mayhem is over, you should get the possibility of joining another kingdom's tribe and go with them to their home kingdom, if both parties accept. Basically a migration.
It would let old tribes/kingdoms grow and entice them more to look forward to next Mayhem. Also it will keep active members in dead tribes keep playing if they can migrate (more money for VR coffers lol).
I made good friends with another kingdom and it would be so cool if I could join the.

Make tribe ranks below Jarls (R4) has its own perks, thus motivating members to be active within the tribe and creating a healthy and beneficial game environment. The rank system now is just there and doesn't have any impact to anyone below the Jarl (R4) rank.

I know you want money but can you at least make Battle of the ruins not cost healing speedups. its already a nice pvp mode which technically cost nothing but time but it devours your healing speedups. During kvk you cant afford to go to Battle of the ruins because its not worth it to waste your speedups or I have to stop halfway through the battle because I ran out of healing speedups.

Adjust the Battle Of The Ruins matchmaking algorithm to match tribe with 100 to 200 million might max. We have been matched with a few billion might tribe where each member has 10 to 20 million might, one time we had to compete with a tribe that has a 100 million might member. Don't be one of those games with poor matchmaking system.

Add a gifting feature as seen in Lords Mobile, where by you can use your gems to gift speed ups etc to lower might castles.
Helps content creators give back to the people that support them, and enables more advanced players create 'pipe line' schemes to help smaller player progress into T6 and beyond.

Remove the use all Summon stones option after you select Summon 5.
I just wasted 350 stones because of this 'feature' 🤬. It's bad UX design to make this the primary button since I already explicitly chose to summon 5 heroes.
Just add a use all button as a third option on the main summons screen.

Move the Tribe Leader role to (R6) to add the Tribe Secretary role (R5) so that when the Tribe Leader hasn't logged in for a certain time, the Tribe Secretary automatically becomes the Tribe Leader. This is based on my personal experience when i was the leader of a tribe on my farming account, but then i got busy with my main account and lost my R5 role. Thank you for reading this suggestion.

Increase the duration of when a group chat becomes inactive or disappear. Or even better remove the limit completely.
Group chats are very important, especially in cross-tribe politics, and they shouldn't disappear so easily.
The fact that sometimes there's nothing to talk about, doesn't mean that a chat is not needed anymore.
Right now you have to spam emojis or some random text every day only to keep the chat alive and it's annoying.

Make the time length of Battle of the Ruins events shorter. (My suggestion would be 30-40 minutes maximum.) This is a mobile game...if people wanted to be forced to sit down and play for an hour at a time, they would play LoL or whatever.

have the option to travel by river, please. sometimes it is a longer route but quicker, it was hard fighting the auto route to go via river rather than land

Currently, both naval Marches and land Marches are calculated based on the distance between two points. If you wish to travel by both land and water, you can do this by dragging your Troops.

please reduce the cost to heal. Why is it cheaper to just retrain the troops from death than healing? It makes no sense. Healing is way too costly and it’s ruining the player base, trust me 👍

We've considered adding a feature like the one you described. However, we've decided against it for now, as we feel that the experience required for leveling up Heroes in the early stages of the game is relatively low. Still, we have not ruled out the possibility of adding such a feature to the game in the future, and will continue to monitor the situation. In the meantime, we will also release more strategy guides (regarding leveling Heroes) to provide additional guidance to players.

We need an overhaul of the suggestions channel. There are many great ideas raised by players community but
- we don't know what's happening with them
- they get lost among many other ideas that are less popular
- they are repeated by different players ever now and then (because of point #1)
Suggestion here is that you create a new channel for suggestions in a similar format as Player guides or Basic tips channels.
Such channel would be moderated by someone who would move there the top ideas (gold stripe, >15 likes).
Each idea there should have some status, e.g. "in backlog" or "in development" and be open for discussion and your comments.
It would greatly improve the transparency of new features, further engage community to discuss the best ideas, reduce the clutter with many duplicated ideas, and most importantly let us believe that you actually read these ideas and plan to do something with them.

Lower the participation point threshhold for Battle of the Ruins to 1000 points. Matchups with whales prevent anyone getting points because their armies camp outside the spawn gate and we can't even hold the rainbow monument. An hour of being camped and getting no rewards because we need at least 5000 points deters players from wanting to join

I suggest a new format for the suggestions. It's been months since the suggestion of recycling hero shards was suggested for the first time. It keeps getting suggested regularly. And nothing happens. It's obvious that you either don't read these, or that you ignore the most frequent suggestions.
I have 2,299 shards now that I can't use. Not very exciting to do hero summon and get a few more blue shards...

Like many real-time strategy, many events such as Battle of The Ruins, KvK... require a lot of communication/coordination and responsiveness. It's often very hard to have everyone on Discord/Telegram/Messenger to organize a vocal session. I suggest to add a vocal chat option that could be activated anytime by R4s/R5s, it'll help a lot especially for BOTR ^^

Make the king skill "Deportation" teleport them back into zone 1/starting area regardless if he's in a tribe or not.

There should be a way to get back all the experiences points used in a hero. New players might will obviously make mistakes of investing the experiences in wrong heroes and if there would be a way to get back experiences then, later on they could use it for some better hero which suits their play style.

allow us to migrate to another kingdom, even if our chief level is above 5. We'd like to play with our friends who are on older servers. Make the tribe titles mean something (Commander, elder, ETC) right now they all just give 1% march increase which is nothing and kind of just defeats the purpose of giving the title. Maybe make Commander title give 3 - 5% attack buff or increase the march speed buff, not only will it make the title mean something it will make the other members of the tribe want to thrive and do good so they can get the role they want.

Add another season before conquest season
Details: after KvK season 2 or 3 add a season where you put 4 kingdoms into a new map but have their starting area be the kingdoms home map, than have another set of POIs, piers which section off areas, chronicles and sanctum. The chronicles and zones will progress like the normal map but each zone will have a different shape and different POIs compared to the home map but less POIs that are for killing. Once the sanctum opens whichever tribe takes it the leader will become king of the new map which includes the four starting kingdoms. and all the sanctums from all four home maps will be deactivated including the king title of the tribe that held the sanctum. The title gives many buffs and mechanics as normal king does but everything is a little better. After the sanctum chronicles piers will start to open for full access to all kingdoms all the way to lvl 1 piers.
A buff that everyone will get is increases march speed because of the size of the map. after all chronicles are done the new map will become the home map for all players in those four kingdoms, the tribe function will be you cannot join a tribe from another kingdom until the last chronicles is finished.

Make the last day of Viking Reign (ke) about getting kill points in a different kingdom.
With migration about to happen make it possible to move your city to another kingdom during ke and automatically move them back after 24 hours. Cluster of kingdoms that you can move to should all have ke on the same day.
This way the kingdom can gather spoils without hurting their own player base. Less drama and more fun.

Increase the prosperity points gained from daily logins, based on your login streaks. Most of the players already have 100+ login streaks, not to mention players from the first servers, and the only maximum point that we got is only 400 points. Finally introduce the function of presets and heroes' builds. That is, the ability to save the combination of the hero (clothing + skills) separately in the arena and out of it, so that any player can release in the arena the strongest bundles, to use tactics.
Now in the arena is impossible to play full-fledged.
Also very much ask to introduce an additional function on express pumping skills, so that you can change, test and just vary different skills. Enter an additional currency for this if necessary. But the arena should be a separate gameplay

Hello everyone, as in the last announcement there are a couple of suggestions that have been reviewed by the team. Reorganisation of tribe mails, create a different tab for all other Automatic mails like Flag construction and Bookmarks, and allow tribe mails to only receive mails from Tribe R4/R5, this is because tribe mails are too flooded in a top active tribe you can return to find a flooded tribe mail tab..99+, this encourages ignorance and makes it easier to miss important mails from R3/R4/R5 in that Tribe Mails tab...so reorganising it would help make things better for players.

In numerous real-time strategy games, events like Battle of The Ruins, KvK, and others require extensive communication, coordination and quick responsiveness. Coordinating everyone on Discord, Telegram, Messenger for a vocal session is challenging. I suggest to add a vocal chat option that can be activated at any time by R4s/R5s. Make the league rewards of Battle of Ruins available for individuals instead of tribes.
There are possibilities that the person just joined to the tribes and missed the rewards. The implementation could be the additional conditional check whether the members already get the reward or not, when the tribe is promoted.

After the end of battle of the ruins take all of top 10, 5 or god of war and put them into a new battle of the ruins and make it an elimination style. One tribe fights another tribe randomly picked one or three times and the winner moves and the losing tribe gets put back into a losing bracket, winner of the losing bracket fights the winner of the winning bracket until there is one left which is will be the winning tribe of battle of the ruins

If a player is unber a bubble and wants to put out a flame in a flag, Fort, ETC they should be put into frenzy. This would make tribes have to work together more and coordinate...the current state players just sit under a bubble next to the fort and heal it with 1 troops over and over. It waste so much time and could be used in a much better way.

Balance BOTR game mode. It doesn't make sense a top 5 tribe will match up against 2 diamonds and one SILVER rank tribes?! this is beyond unbalanced we talking about over 200 points diff from highest tribe. Now I don't want to think what will happen on the next season when the points will differ even more... and it's not like if you by a miracle win the match as silver rank, you going to get any bonus points for beating someone out of your league, but you will still lose twice as much for the loss. Talk about unbalanced.

Add some sort of penalty for rallying/defending a pier. In example 25/33% deaths for defenders 50/75% for attackers. During (mainly) KvK it is nearly impossible to really fend off enemies as they can just keep healing and rally again and again since there us no real penalty to it. It resulted in a lot of sleepless nights and was mentally exhausting.

Nerf mount stats, as these current stats will kill the game and the balance. The gap between f2p and p2w just got increased by miles. This will kill the game faster than any of us can blink.

I would have liked you to reduce the time needed for improvements, forging, training, and research.
Reviewing/reducing the necessary resources too would be a cool idea!
Also, review the quantity of gems needed to acquire items in the shops (whether clan, tribe, skill shop, etc.)
There is also a problem when it comes to arena battles: we drop in leagues when we don't play (maybe at home alone!). Speaking of Arena, if you can give players a certain number of chances before relegating them from their current league, that would be nice! In the current system, when you lose a fight, you lose a star and so on!

The talent system update is nice but poly leaders benefit far less from the changes as they're targeted stat buffs are split for each troop type. Adding either additional talents or making some of the general buffing talents do 0.25% rather than 0.2% per level would help

Rework contesting rules for Holy temples and Odin in Battle of the Ruins. "Whoever jumps there first" system we have now is really hard to overcome. Unless you are way more powerful than the the other tribe you basically can't take that building from them.

Creating a dynamic server system for each season in add an interesting and challenging element for players. It ensures a fresh experience and encourages interaction between players from different servers. Implementing a map relocation feature at the start of each season adds a strategic layer to the game, as tribes must adapt to new environments. Season 1 server label 1 to 200 the season 2 you have your bracket on 8 so season 2 server 1 (1-8 from season1) server 2 (9-18) ... that way player are force to move to a new land (server) and re-conquer the map.
Consider incorporating incentives for conquering new lands, such as unique resources or buffs, to motivate players to actively participate in the migration and territorial conquest. Additionally, providing rewards for successful tribe integration or cooperation between players from different servers can foster a sense of community in your game.

Finally address the previously identified issue of accruing useless shards for heros who have already been fully developed by:

DRASTICALLY(!!!) Improve on how many Ivana shards you can get, at this rate you can only get 10 shards per week, which means it will take 250-260 WEEKS to max her, aka around ~4 years and like 9 months. No one is going to play this game that long especially when you increase the gap between f2p and p2p by miles with every update, so unless the shards in gets massively improved, you might aswell delete her, cause she's gonna become irrelevant by the time KvK2 hits if not sooner.

I don't understand your migration strategy...
Why implement this horribly restrictive method? Whether it's for F2P or P2W, I don't think either type of player is happy with this implementation.
P2W players, who have already spent a fortune, now have to sell a kidney to be able to migrate.
F2P and players who buy without excess, who were waiting to be able to go to the realm of their choice in order to invest a little in their account.
In either case, I think you're going to lose a lot of players who, it seems to me, are disappointed by this migration they've been waiting so impatiently for.
(And for igg, a failed marketing strategy, since a disappointed player won't spend and isn't likely to spend on another of your licenses following this bad experience).
Why didn't you implement the same system as on your other games (or those of your competitors) that feature the migration system, with the purchase of migration passes in the packs AND in the tribe store with tribe coins and migration to the kingdom of one's choice?
I hope you'll understand the community's disappointment, listen to their complaints and rectify this feature to meet expectations.

Please rethink the migration strategy before rolling out to all kingdoms. There are too many restrictions, too many requirements, and you're at risk of stifling any fun we could find in the game in the future. You will potentially lose good players (and spenders) who are forced to stay in dead/dying kingdoms and are unable to migrate to the kingdom of their choice. Stop setting unrealistic restrictions on kingdoms (including the +25% might restriction for more active kingdoms). There are many players similar to me who will not continue investing money into a losing kingdoms. Which means IGG also loses.

the migration rules as they are now are penalizing big payer players who are not allowing them to do whatever they want to do. leaving the rules as they are will create more inactive/dead kingdoms (and there are already a lot. check activity levels).
in the end, these players are the ones paying for the developments and good game experience for all.
currently, migrating makes you lose all rss which is nonsense for people paying for these same rss and accumulating them in preparation of next KvK.
IGG needs to reconsider their approach to migration otherwise you are risking to see a large number of big payer players leave the game.

Dear VR, how do you feel about releasing of Niflung hideouts or camps that could be really raided by players?
The idea of adding some serious PvE content is to cover not only lack of such type of activities (Dwarf remnants event is good but not really rewarding), but also to improve cooperation. Kindly force people to interact in rallies, coordinate attacks and modulate war strategies.
We got temple siege only during chronicles and KvK. Regular rally farming of Hideouts or any kind of camps should be refreshing, rewarding and stimulating. No doubt it will bring both f2p and heavy game supporters in. And it’s a challenge. We all want challenges and rewards.

Current functionality: Currently, map search for resources/monsters/niflungs is basic. You can only choose the category and the level to search. Search finds the nearest resources, period, without regard to any boundaries you may want to respect.
Change recommended: Add a checkbox for "restrict search to tribe lands"
Details: If your home base is narrow, the search feature for resources will often take you to another tribe's land. If you're trying to be polite and/or not stir up a hornet's nest and/or get your entire tribe wiped off the planet, you may want to avoid farming another tribe's land. If so, the search function is too often useless.

When you complete all research and/or buildings, any extra speedups you have for research/building are just left gathering in your inventory, unable to use them for anything.

Once you have upgraded The Battle Hall, Watchtower and Squad Base to lv25, there is no further use for the War Horns, Thorny Spike and Monster Essence.

The Leader or the R4's should have a push button which forces members to watch the chat. It should be limited to One week per member just one time. The push would allow members to communicate. Currently, GvG matchmaking is based on rank points for adjacent matches, while KvK matchmaking is based on adjacent server opening times for grouping matches. Create a counter on the inventory page for saved speed ups and resource packs. Ex: 5 days generic speed ups, 7 days research speed ups, 10m total food packs, 8m total wood packs, etc. So we don’t have to count them individually.

You need to increase the chance to gain parts when recycling mounts, especially legendary mounts. Considering most of the time the parts you get has the wrong stat, you need to be able to obtain them more reliably. Average cost for a Legendary mount is $50, to then just give XP for it, is crazy.

Mount system is a huge paywall even for T7 players. I think you guys need to revisit the $/stats calculation for the mount system. Mount system not only changes the whole meta gameplay for KvK (with these changes you only need 1 kraken to out stats the opponent and it will always guarantee positive trade. The gap mount stats create is just too huge and it forces the strategist move towards a rally focused attack with little of open fielding(open fielding is the most fun thing in the game by the way rally is boring as hell). The problem with this meta is with the stage of the game there are very few kraken that can even max out mounts literally 1%. Every change that is related to stats should be reviewed carefully on how it affects the dynamics and meta in the game.

We have already increased the weekly exchange quantities with the Prosperity Merchant each season. Battle of ruins rewards... It's so demotivating to play again in the battle of ruins as there's no jee castle skin and other new collectible rewards.

Many have suggested that we be able to recycle unused heroes shards, be it rare or legendary, but seems like no eyes to see and no ears to listen to IGG.
We purchased some shards and heroes level had been max and yet we get them again from the valor...
I'm not money minded like IGG, so I did not ask for a refund for the extra legendary shards..only recycle to a generic shards in 1 to 1 ration please or option to recycled into gems. Give an option of what we want in return in the recycling interface!

Character selection on login screen. In other games it is possible to select which character to play on the login screen. Here I'm getting logged out at one devoce, when logging in with another devices on the same account. As two chars per account and server are allowed by the TOS, it would be very nice if I could select the char I want to play at the login screen, so I can play both chars of my account simultaneously.

Make it that tribe leaders can't immediately recruit new members into Battle of the Ruins, unless they've been in the tribe for more than 24h or 48h (unless the new member approves it) because then new members are locked into a tribe activity they didn't even want to participate and represent on behalf of their brand new tribe, because they literally just joined and don't know yet whether they want to do stuff on behalf of the tribe just yet. Gotta get a gauge of what the tribe is like first before that participation step. Because now I gotta wait two days before I can leave and find another tribe, since that is when the Battle of the Ruins event ends. The tribe leader did not even ask if I wanted to participate. There should be a way for players to give approval to tribe leaders before they can submit you into this Battle of the Ruins event.

Opening migration but restricting players from migrating out of the group kingdoms is essentially not much different from the current migration restriction. The migration event is based on the KvK status of a server, hence players can only migrate to and from certain servers at this time. As more servers in the same KvK group are added in future seasons, this limitation will gradually be lifted.

Raising the level of buildings.
In a recent response to one of the suggestions for improving the game, you wrote that you plan to increase the level of buildings and, apparently, the tier of troops in the future. This is the worst idea for future updates, which will entail an outflow of players. And I'm going to try to prove it now.

Increasing the level of buildings creates a HUGE imbalance in strength between the f2p player and the whale. This leads to a decline in interest in the game from f2p players and their outflow from the game. With the outflow of f2p, there is a decline in interest from the side of larger donors and this continues down the hierarchy to whales. After all, there is no interest in constantly losing because of the difference in the range of troops.

There is not a single RTS game that has gone this way and eventually received great recognition from the players. All these games turned into donation dumps and died.

Raising the level of buildings will lead to even more rampant resource bots and all the work that you are doing to neutralize them will go down the drain.

instead of making it so you get resources from hero shards, make it so you can give to your tribe mates, this would make the game a lot more strategic as a 15m might could stand toe to toe with a 40m might as their hero’s are same level, this would also increase the use of skills as hero’s would be stronger in general. increase the rewards from daily quests in relation to the Chief Hall size OR like the accumulation of points in other systems such as the Hunter Level, Prestige Level etc. 24,000 food is not much of a reward for Level 20 and above.
I would also suggest a 2 X reward boost on daily quest reward as part of the monthly subscription reward, this will encourage more people to subscribe and ties in with all the other benefits.

As kingdom mayhem 2 aka KVK coming soon, please update the pairing logic ASAP!
With this current predictable pairing based on sequences, the winner will always win.
It won't make PTP to be motivated to purchased more of your pack inclusive of the expensive migration packs to the so called strong kingdom in the bracket. Most players are loyal and would like to play with their friends.
It will further demotivated FTP players, and the game will be like a dead game, as FTP will also bored and left the game.
Can you imagine in newer server there's mega might of 200M might, which even server 1 to 8 does not have and this whale will once again crushed the same servers again?
Who will love to play in such environment? Nobody want to migrate to that server either, since hatred already built from the previous encounter. So what do you think will happen? People will quit soon.
The kingdom mayhem 2, which is will be the biggest decision point on whether we will keep playing viking rise or not.
By keep this stupid sequences pairing logic, predictable results more people will left and VR will soon have no income.
Pair by might or previous results, make the game fair and excited for everyone to guess who will be their opponents. Motivate players to play!!!!

Current functionality: Today we need to switch between characters to use - we do not have the ability to play on more than one at a time.

as Kingdom Mayhem/KvK 2 being announed in the near future, please for the love of god make it so that we can switch tribes in the KvK map, make it so that people without tribes for 1 hour gets kicked back to the main map or something. Here's a list of non-global improvements that could make game much more comfortable 1. Add option to disband troops from infirmary
2. Add "clear all" button to infirmary queue
3. Add option to demolish tribe resource center (when less than 24 hours left)
4. Possibility to zoom out while placing towers and forts
5. Allow leader of the tribe to edit rank permissions
6. Add sort button to Name column in tribe roster (to sort by the name)
7. Option not to show tribes from other kingdoms in search, when you're trying to join or apply.
8. Possibility to turn on perfomance mode permanently (game is pretty battery-hungry, average hardware (I have Snapdragon 732G) phone overheats and drains battery very fast, especially when constantly auto-turning perfomance mode on and off.

An option to opt out from the language channels as and when required.
There's too much toxicity and you are hopeless when moderating your chats , all you ever day is
"We will investigate further , sorry for the inconvenience"
Can you guys ffs , actually "work" and moderate your game , the amount of hate speech is beyond hopeless.
Hire better customer Reps , the current one's do a worse job than my grandma coz they are 100% automated bots.
So I would rather not want to look at English chat which I am "forced" into.

In the future clarifying patch notes better would be helpful, message like
- Global optimization of Hero Talents and Skills
aren't descriptive enough, clarifying if this is the adding of new skills, reclassification of talents/skills like in the last update or balancing of skills/talents would be helpful.
Additionally the reclassification of skills is needed, currently skills like Blessed by Fate's, Bjorn and Sigurd's passive skill buffing applies to all non-active skills despite passive skills being seperated into different categories. Clarifying this to non-active or only having them buff the skills now categorised as passives would help.

next time you have a livestream and won't give the prizes unless certain criteria are met, please announce these criteria in the email that you send notifying us of the livestream. Today I participated in the whole hour, answered the questions and posted my id, only to find some crucial info in pinned messages , that I had missed in livesteam as so many messages come in very quickly I couldn't read it all live. And now I won't stand a chance to win because I didnt change my name to include my id at the start.

increase the rewards or decrease the cost of items in the tribe shop. Currently everything is very expensive considering how little tribe credits you can get per day, after 2 days of getting the maximum amount of points (10k for assists, about 10k for tribe tech donation and 20k for building flags) you can get 1 3-hour speedup. This is totally not worth it. Please make the rewards cheaper and maybe even add some new items (like war horns, monster essence and thorny spikes).

Rework ice and destruction mounts to effect skills universally, currently ice and destruction mounts aren't useful with very minor buffs to skill dmg/reduction on one skill type. Comparing a max blue light and ice type, the ice does 13% reduction of one type of skill damage while light can do a 30% buff to attack. Considering there are 4 damage types, you would need around a 823% attack bonus from technology before the ice mount can beat an attack based stat buffing mount.

Add % Rally on Slayer Leidolf and Vanguard Leidolf, like on Niflung Leaders.
Waiting 5 Minutes for easy target is annoying.
So we can start marching the rally early no need wait for 5 minutes.

provide skill experience packs to compensate for implementing significant changes to many of the skills in the recent update rendering some of them completely useless... it took extensive resources to max many of these skills. What is the point of spending those resources and investing time if you can negate all of that overnight with " balancing" updates. It seems suspiciously like an attempt to extract more money from people by getting them to invest to now compensate

Reconsidering the recently put out skill reworks, rolling back some of the changes or refunding skill exp, skill shards and commanders is needed. Many of the reworks made skills which were widely used useless leaving a lot of players before the start of kvk2 without any of the meta skills. Additionally commander changes such as the considerable nerfs to helgar and sigurd leaves a lot of players who have spend money to max them with unusable commanders. Certain parts of the update such as the increasing fps of active skills and overall nerf of aoe skills like retaliate and baldr blessing makes rage buffing skills more usable and overall makes the game more healthy for f2p players. Certain things like the nerfing of thor's determination, hera cure,baldr blessing and the removal of skill activation buffing also helps balance and prevent gimmicky strategies with the introduction of lagertha however overall these nerfs go far too hard. Skills like thor's determination, hera curse and baldr blessing are now unusable, dealing around half of their original damage compared prior to the changes. Additionally the sigurd rework has made even some porter commanders like Sheila stronger, his third talent serpents rage doing less damage, his 6th talent became useless doing low damage while triggering off heal factors. The making of useless skills like breaking free meta while previously meta skills and commanders are unusable will leave most players stranded due to the changing meta and players will not spend on new commanders like helgar and lagertha if the next patches have the potentinal to make them unusable like this one did.

Release a patch note overview showing all buffs/nerfs and also enable people to refund their skill shards once you start nerfing stuff.
This ruins the gaming experience and honestly only motivates me more to not make the last push to T7 and simply quit the game

Since there's still no response regarding Mayhem 2 (KVK2) matching
I would like to question the proximity logic to minimize growth difference.
Proximity is not a tool to access whether a kingdom advance at the same pace or not. It is the spenders (PTP) that make the difference and make it advance.
- Can you explain a kingdom 358 days old (no 1) compared to a kingdom 234 days old (no 39) but the number 39 has reached the golden age and not number 1?
Seems like 120 days growth apart' is in reverse order and not according to IGG logic - Can you also explain using the proximity logic why a kingdom that is only 2 days apart (not under the same migration brackets) one can have 5.2M might in one tribe with many 100M players (example k80) vs K82 with none and this k80 comparable to k60.
For fairness, pairing logic needs to see many factors and from different angles, such as: might (individual might, overall kingdom might) , activities, $$ spenders, previous KVK results, etc.
Is IGG just too lazy to infuse these complexity keys for matchmaking and choose the easiest way of sequences only?
Another thing is the money spending events that will come soon... The bracket groupings once more make some grouping with too many spenders way too competitive compared with lesser spenders grouping.
I know this is definitely the most profitable income for IGG, but please consider a more realistic grouping?

In the patchnotes it says increasing attack increases the attack of pikemen but in combat it doesn't increase the attack of pikemen but is rather additive with technology. This makes most skills that do attack buffing like Laird's primary basically ineffective.

Fire all your current developer teams, as the more updates, the stupider the game becomes.
Instead of changing (massively) all the heroes and skills why don't you just add more new heroes and skills??
We spent time and $$ to pay your salary but you develop a game like in a prelaunch kind of state.
And without notice of course.
ah yes of course I also do remember the lagertha, Bjorn and others that were available from the Valor and you took it out because of $$$ reason...

SKILL RESSET
Since you just changed the entire skill meta and how the specific skills actually work along with hero talents - it means a lot of f2p progress from the last 7+ months, is gone. From General skill shards, to focused Heroes in Wheel of fortune/Viking Reign/Daily packs. Months of testing and synergy, gone just like that.
So what i would suggest is a change in when you reset a skill.
Right now it gives back specific skill shards, and 80% of used XP.
If not permanently, then for a period of time or in a event -
Make it possible to reset skills to get General shards and 100% xp back.
I understand that a change in skills are needed, due to more skills getting added. But changing almost every single skill in a single update, is a major step-back for a lot of players. Please consider this.

Roll back the current Ragnar buffs, Ragnar prior to the update was already a strong rally commander. In the patch most rally commanders have been nerfed like hobert who is now unusable (all parts of kit nerfed dealing about half as much damage as before considering rage synergies with Jens) yet Ragnar has received 15 percent rally capacity from 8, around a 30 percent dmg increase of his 3rd talent and his active deals 1000 factor more singletarget even though it already was the strongest active in the game.
