You're completely in the right in wanting to play rogue a certain way, but you might just want to find your playstyle and avoid every pdr fighter you see. Your playstyle won't work on them and that's not a fault of your own, it's how you have fun, but maybe just pick your battles when possible and avoid all pdr fighters if you don't wanna deal with them. You have the mobility to run from all of them

A game with combat that's based around the different stats between classes will do that. The slower classes will always be tankier, the quicker ones won't. Hence the cat and mouse.

The issue you have is not that the rogues and rangers as players don't bring interesting gameplay, it's that they are forced to be the mouse, which can be uninteresting.

look I never said the game is dying personally or whether or not it is a lot of players. I just said it isn't growing and I'm surprised people are actually still trying to enjoy this. the gameplay is so spam driven its terrible. instead of bringing your 3 potions of heal, you bring 30, instead of the finally here quiver limiting how many arrows you can bring, people bring in 100-300 arrows. why retrieve a single arrow from a body ? people on barb like to bring like 12-30 throwing axes or throwing knives. abilities are on extremely short cool downs, sorc just cycles spells constantly while running hands out, druid resets forever still, etc. the list goes on.

This is why it will always be a casual game, and this is why it will never be a true esport.The only balanced mode is normal because at most you can enter Blue and squire royale, the rest is casual zero skill expression only meta one/two shots.

for every 7 mob kills on norms or squire to riches, you get 1 faustian token.
so if you kill 14 skellies and die, you can respawn as a faustian twice. Tokens reset when you take a red or blue. No faustians in HR or PvE

If you're trying to farm out the daily Faustian quests I suggest solo queueing into squire2riches (no fill). Wipe your module and loot as much as possible then get killed, hit Faustian then stalk a party till they fight someone else. Sneak up and get a hit in on their backline and then run away

for everything else, just sell the coins and use that to buy rolls you want. Coins are worth like 300 - 400 depending the time of day. So that's a ~2700 gamble for something like plated pants. Bad rolls version of those are worth 300 on the market. You need to be insanely lucky to get your moneys worth out of them
