I said they were mid for THIS patch, the rest of the time of their existance in this game it's been overpowered. Sprint has always been the best ability in the game, not to mention the slayer fighters quite literally have 15+ extra weapon damage for months and months.

Barbs can reach identical pdr %'s with higher MR aswell as having access to maul which has a ton of base damage + armor pen making it significantly better than any other frontline weapon

Wiz is still very powerful, Put ur book away when they sprint and u can just wait it out and run away, or play on a door to make them waste it, Sprint is extremly powerful but it is only 6 seconds with a decent cooldown

No one should be an "easy target", Wiz hard countered fighter all wipe and while that might be fun for the wizard, its not for everyone else.

i totally agree wiz need some more utility spells, They where entirely oppressive this meta due to things like zap 2 tapping people and being a hit scan, less damage and more util. Things like magic lock to make people waste sprint and other skills and give u time to buff and make space. And i also agree Sprint will most likely just see a nerf to 30 due to the armour changes, Howver ur mindset of "The class i didnt have to try against now can actually a stand a chance against me" Isnt healthy for the game. Im ok with classes countering others but a hard counter isnt fun for 50% of the poeple playing

Actually the block system is more "Too accurate", you really have to get your shield in the way of the ennemy swing to block it almost pixel perfect. The problem is that we can move the camera a lot while swinging the weapon and change a hit aiming for the head in a hit aiming for the feet way to fast to handled that with a shield. And also when people do that (the camera move to aim somewhere else at the last sec) it's really hard to tell where they're aiming

i wouldve agreed if not for the fact that even perfect blocks can get through anyway. Had enemies even headshot me from below while my shield was blocking the projectile.
And whats that about pvp? OH RIGHT! Players can just rush you and clip through your block as if it never existed! So dont tell me this bullshit about pixel perfect

to be fair, servers are up for a full 20-25 minutes usually after the initial announcement and being 10-15 minutes late is pretty acceptable. So the hour counter would actually start at 2:20-2:25 not actually 2pm. As long as its up in the next 10 minutes or so, I'd say its a pretty reasonable amount of time.

summer games fest + F2P + TTK Changes will definitely spike the player base. this is there first marketing push and if you know anything about marketing(which you probably dont) them doing any real marketing push before being on a mainstream platform would have been wasted money (epic isnt ideal but alot of people have it for fortnite and stuff). the game has been marketed mostly through word of mouth. also most people dont know but there has been a huge intenal debate about TTK and game direction in general which caused alot of flip floping and after the complete failure of multi classing and one shot metas it seems they finaly picked a direction(we will see how long that lasts tho lmfao).

That's called Nitghmare monster. You usually found them more in Inferno (sometime in 1 floor but it was more rare). They are more powerful version of Elite (red monster) and have either a new attack or will combo the usual patern

The last hotfix (who seems the be a glimpse of the upcoming patch for the wipe) was really good! I really dislike the new ticking true damage in the goblin cave, it appears way too early. the visiual changes are enough, I don't really see the need for the damage. especially for new players this is likely way too stressfull

It was a dumb change. I have no idea why there are people who support it. The portals is a perfectly fine system for escaping the dungeon. The battle royale storm close system, is one of the unique feature that launched this game to inital success in the first place. it makes no sense for them to be trying to remove it.

The BR zone never meant to stay if i'm right, it was a place holder before finding new system. And the main issues with it it's that it have forced the game in this BR like game where PvP was forced by zone, instead of the mix of Dungeon crawler with PvP originaly intended. People who don't want to fight should be able to, and PvP should be incentived by objective on the map not a bunch a bug push you in the middle of the map.

I agree that right now there is work to do around the "objectiv on map" part but removing the zone was definitly a good choice

Why do you want the devs to make, drastic changes to the game, that remove entire genre elements. That does not make sense to me, at all. If I enjoyed something I would want to be a better version of itself not have core features removed. The storm feature I would argue is acutally one of this games greatest innovations on the extraction genre. And that it is partly responsible for the games inital surge of popularity. Of all changes they have made removing the storm appears to be the most significant. I don't know how you can be a fan of the game and support such an intrinisic part of it being removed.

I just don't see what the ticking damage adds to the game. HP is already a super valuable stat and especially at the end the ticking ramps up quiet a lot

In the center of the dead center of the map, periodically, an elevator comes down, wiats for about 10 seconds and then raises up again. As many people as can fit on the platform can leave that way. Other exits are limited to solo escapes in the one-time-use static staircases and ropes. Or you get lucky and a triple portal spawns on one the the portal stones scattered around the map.
The best way to get a full team out is the centeal elevator, though it will be contested in many cases.
By the time the caves begin to collapse it will arrive a total of 3 times before the session ends. (It also arrives before that incase you wanna leave way earlier.)

What do you guys think about the rockslide damage? When you look at the total damage it puts things in a different perspective. So phase one starting a 7mins and 10 seconds does 125 damage before we hit phase 2. End of phase 2 it's 216 damage. Dats going to take a lot of meds to stay in dung even if you don't find pvp. Some classes like warlock will have a huge looting advantage because they will still. We will def see everyone bringing campfires and medkits. Do you think the damage is to much now looking at the total?

Rock slide true damage. First phase starts at 7mins and 10 seconds. Ticks for 3 true every 10 seconds. Phase 2 at 3mins, 6 true every 5 seconds. Phase 3 at 10 seconds left, every second you take 20% of current health value but it will leave you at 1hp. Phase 4 you die when clock hits 0. Feel free to check my math might have made a mistake. which I already caught one I did it by 5 damage not 3.

Yeah im curous how it plays out. In general though I see it favoring range classes in pvp. That chip damage will be adding up while being kited around. some classes can just erase it while fighting. This will be extra dirty in phase 2. Rangers with battle biscuits are going to love it.

this hella sucks im a newer player i was able to get an extra ale last night (trying to get the bottle skin last thing i needed this season) before bed i played from 12 am to 3 am played at at min 2 matches in high roller and the rest on normal on frost and goblin caves i even killed an fighter that was geared (he killed 1 person prior to our fight) with an identical set up as me (armor and weapons were same and some perks) and i won the fight and now that i got up early i find out that that dark and darker servers are under maintenance since 5 am

Lesson was learned to not trust the timers. Real life got in the way, so it's a bit frustrating to lose out on end wipe fun. But hey, not much can be done now.
Game has 5k players anyways... not like it has legs to stand on anyways.

Good concept so far, but it will be done successfully by a team that can actually execute a plan and stick to the script soon enough.

Just hope that comes sooner rather than later, cause these devs are a train wreck.

Their plan leaves the servers down during the game awards ad they are running.

So even with an early wipe, they still weren't able to execute their plan in an even close to effective manner.
