i have logged on the character i have not played since start of this season but have some rewards from last season ranking. I do have a yellow ! on leaderboard asking me to claim the rewards, when i go to the actual rewards for the specific season and specific comp(solo/duo/trio) i am unable to claim and the yellow ! is still shining (kind of irritating) is there a way to resolve/claim this ? will this go away next season ? Can we ever see rogue in a more viable spot? perhaps something that benefits it for playing the stealthy playstyle? I understand landmine was awful to deal with but being a player since early access release and seeing rogue in its current state is depressing, ofc it can work with absolute BiS but pretty much every other class does it better, rogue is now a rat class and nothing more, its not even viable in 3s

Rogue needs a way to either almost guarrentee to land the jump on somebody, while having sufficient damage to support it to actually reliably land a kill, this could be done by making daggers much more forgiving when swinging, alternatively rogues can have more of a control based playstyle(this is how its used in wow which is the best version of rogue ive found) making rogue a class that sets its teammates up for kills by locking somebody down and having short burst windows. There's plenty of hotfixes such as potential lifesteal to make it more durable, or heftier starting stats to become more durable. IMO Rogue kind of lacks durability, it lacks damage due to short ranged weapons, and no longer is king of movement. Perhaps even giving rogue an ability like recuperate(regen health) so it can reliably reset fights. I personally would do this if i was designing rogue

• Give it some control to set up kills
• Give it something to support resetting itself in fights so it gets win conditions off that "cheap/dirty" playstyle. Its counterplay would obviously be pdr and people merely keeping pressure not allowing resets.

Ok I see, indeed that would be cool. Actually the rogue already have tool like caltrop or smoke pot that could do the trick but the fact they're limited and can't be recharged make it non viable. But a rogue with more control skill would be awesome, some slow/root/stun or even some skill to blind (like the cyclops) maybe an anti heal poison or that reduced action speed or ennemy damage, stuff like that

PS : I just go an idea about how to recharge caltrop and smoke pot. While resting you could have a QTE like the Bard song but a bit longer and random and if you succeed you get one charge back.

The amount of blue shards you have don’t reset, but the amount of escapes it takes to get additional blue shards does. The cosmetics in the shop don’t rotate, they just add more sometimes

I would say have a rogue or bard to open locked chests and clear inferno (boss optional) is probably best

We don't know. I can't say if it would be a good or bad thing. Of course it would be nice to allow people to invite their friend in the game and play with them. Hello guys, one more question from me.
I came back after almost a year and there was an extensive discussion about a state of a marketplace in-game. Has it been at all changed?
Previously you had to basically spam your items in a row and wait for somebody to respond and then you went to trade with the player.
Sorting options were a help but still nobody enjoyed the spam.

Yes that is pretty much gone from most levels of play (except super hi end gear).

Instead there is a market where you put your item up for gold, and someone will buy it eventually and you automatically get the gold

Hello, i am trying to launch into test server to play with my brother, it lets him in but it seems every time i click play on test server. it looks like its going to launch and the play button changes to Stop. but a second later it just changes back to play and does not launch the game at all. i have done the scan and repair option, i have fully unistalled the test server and reinstalled it. as well as i have fully removed blacksmith and both games from my pc and even removed every other game as well. reinstalled blacksmith via the dark and darker website and re installed the test server, and still every time i hit play, play goes dull color for about 10 seconds then changes to a dark red STOP button for stop game, but then almost 2 seconds later it just jumps back to the lit up Play button and nothing happens. been fighting with it for about 2 hours now. Anyone know what i can do because i have tried all i can think of.

guys dumb question: i only played in the playtests and there was a safe zone with blue portals spawning from the floor. I guess they changed it, how am i supposed to escape the dungeon now?

It depend of the map, Crypt have a zone that push you, a few static exit marked on the map by little blue stair (one use only if someone pick it it's closed) and portal who spawn randomly in the zone at specific timer. For Ice cavern, there is no zone but with the time the air is freezing slowing you then damaging you over time and end up frizzing you in place. To get out there is also static exit, and 3 special room. 2 with boat who appear at fixe timing and can allow multiple people to leave and 1 room with an elevator that is 1 use only but also allow multiple people to leave. And for Goblin Cave the system is brand new. Again no zone but after a certain amount of time the ground start to shake and you take damage, wait a bit more and the damage are dealt faster and harder. From what i've seen for the moment you have, again, static exit. Some are stairs like on other map and there is new one that are rope that bring you back to the surface. One use only like stairs. They're is also a few bunch of blue stone on the ground, a portal will spawn from there. And at the middle of the map you have an elevator. It goes up and down every like 3 min, and stay down for around 10 sec. Everyone who hop on it will get out. The last one appaear around 1 min left on the clock

Bard really just is a jack of all trades. You'll have to adapt to your build and develop your own playstyle. Any class plays the best so differently depending on your teammates aswell. It is however one of the hardest classes to play. So be prepared for that. If you have any more specific questions, i can probably give you some reccomendations

Im not entierly sure what you mean here. Skills, you only get two of. Perks you can get a maximum of 4 of at a time, and get more slots as you level. As for Music memory. You can have 5 or 10 music at most, depending on what skills you chose. You need the Sheet music skill to have songs. To get more "Spell" memory for your songs, you'll need either more knowledge, or memory capacity on your gear.

If this happens and you have the time, you can always go a room or two away, and the body will reset to its original location (where you killed them), and you should be able to get that juciy loot! Unfortunatley the ragdoll physics can screw with you sometimes 😭, you may also be able to ask a teammate to loot them for you and give it to you. As the ragdolling is client side.

It go up and down every 3 min, it stay down for around 10 sec and everyone who hop on can leave. The last one is around 1 minute left on the timer. But be careful the ground shake harder and harder until you die

1: How does spell damage work in regards to equipment [for wizards]? does it scale with your equipped weapon, or is attached to worn equipment?

Idk is almost right, it's not knowledge who make you deal more damage it's Will (Knowledge allow to have more spell and cast them faster). But yes the weapon is a good part of your damage but if you have will or magical power / magical power bonus on an armor piece it will also increase your damage. That doesn't sound like that's because it's a rogue, if speed was the deciding factor you can get that from gear, the baseline stats I don't care too much about, so a fighter could have done the same and they have that speed buff ability as well, It's moreso the fact that what does rogue actually have? Poisons, double jump and lockpick/trap disarm are the only good ones that come to mind, now compare that to the other classes, bard (I'm not sure if he still has this as I've recently returned from a hiatus) has that one song that opens all locked chests within a radius with one song, completely invalidates rogue's lockpick, poisons are just damage that ticks, a flat damage buff like what barb gets would be better in all cases, the only one (unless they changed something I'm not aware of) is double jump. the only ability that actually makes it feel like something, but even that, while it can help you make plays or escape just doesn't feel like enough at all.
