rations are a skill for the ranger, you ONLY have the amount you start with, there's no way to my knowledge to aquire more mid run (for balance reasons)

No, this makes 0 sense and it's annoying to keep reading. When you first activate you are able to create multiple character slots. When the status dissapears (NOTICE IT GOES AWAY) you are unable to use any of the features. If that was on purpose, why in the world would it let people create multiple characters right after buying. Also it shows what is available automatically (shared stash + character slots) and the pieces you have to wait for

That's actually quite simple, around 6 min you have a first "wave" of event. Ground shake for Goblin cave, Swarm of bug in Crypt and Frost wave in Ice cavern. After a few minute a 2nd wave time, this time you'll take damage and be slowed too in frost cavern. That's a warning! Try to escape as soon as possible. If you can't escape the last 10 sec will deal a lot of damage and end up killing you at 0 sec

Well, after upgrading to legendary status you have to wait 72 hours after your purchase to get access to High-Roller, and Trading, but you will have access to the character slots and shared stash as soon as they fix whatever happened.

Frost map has boat rooms that will occasionally Spawn a boat to take you out safely. Goblin caves has stairways and ropes

You can't bring anything over white quality into Normals, think of normals as a learning ground for newer players and a haven for those that don't like how strong gear is. So even if you buy the game if you want to use your higher quality gear you will have to go to HR which has a 100g buy in fee, and you will encounter far harder mobs, and highly geared players.

You get reward tokens, that let you roll three items and you can choose which one you want, and level was tied into multiclassing which has been removed, and the new training system may revolved around level, but that is a ways off so isn't really relevant.

No, you don't lose your level when you die. You lose gear you were wearing, but if no one takes it you can get it back from the service tab of the goblin merchant for gold. Yes players can kill you and loot you, also level 25 isn't max level.
