If you are not seeing your characters please give the servers some time to catch up.

There are some issues right now. Ironmace is aware of it and will work on a fix.

Password incorrect
This is due to the current server issues. We recommend to create a new account by using a new ID till the problem is solved.

Item losses
That is also because of the server issues. Please be patient.

We are aware of the Jokester and Slayer bugs.
We will have a fix out as soon as we can.
For now, anyone who is seen abusing it will be banned for the duration of the playtest period.

We are aware of the bug that is falsely banning some users.
Please do not make a ticket regarding this issue.
We are continuously deploying a temporary fix for this issue.
After the official hotfix it will no longer happen.
If you know you did not cheat or abuse a bug please try to login again every so often.

KNOWN BUGS
-Cobalt costing 999 rubysilver to craft.
-Various blackscreen, and loading errors.
-Character rolebacks due to server issues.
-Treasure hoards not giving any loot.
-Memory leaks
-Spawning right beside monsters.
-Spawning in locations impossible to get out of.
-Being pushed out on the map while in some locations.
-Trade filters working incorrectly at times.

We are aware some users are not able to access www.darkanddarker.com, as well as not being able to login to the launcher.
Using a VPN is an immediate temporary fix, but we should have this solved very soon.

Citrix Workspace is causing some games to not work correctly.
We will get this fixed but please uninstall it for now if you are having issues.
