Run uninstall in the og folder and create a new folder named "Dark and Darker A5" run the installer for the original game again and make sure to path it toward the A5 folder other wise internally it wont detect. If you equip a torch it'll count as dual wielding, you can go in naked put torch on shield slot and do much more damage. Makes it real nice, combine that with combo/Dual wield and I've been killing people pretty quick, full geared to no gear even

great news for anyone who is experiencing black screens or infinite loading screens when trying to load into goblin caves; if you're resting when the game starts, you won't have to restart. it should work every time, and in fact it loads you into the game like 5s before the sound happens.

Right now there's no difference, im assuming they will do a talent tree system with each level giving you a point to spend and after 15 you just get more points instead of a perk every 5 levels. So, I'm sure this has been beaten to death, but I get to the login screen, put in a username and pw, then get "Failed to connect to the server. Quit the game" every time. Any tips? Should I uninstall and redownload?

Have you Hotfix installed? If so, try re-launching game a few times or it may be servers problem

Yeah, I installed the hotfix and I've relaunched the game quite a few times. I think I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling both again. Couldn't hurt, I guess.
