I have been trying to get chatgpt to plan and code a full application from scratch. For example, I tried to code a note-taking chrome extension.

I tried to get chapgpt to act as a product manager and generate a list of features for the note-taking app and break those features into smaller tasks that can be performed individually.

I also tried to get chatgpt to break those tasks into steps so that the code for each step can be generated and coupled with the larger application.

That is useful to know, but authentication servers aren't being specifically tracked. I've seen many times before on different platforms and different utilities that it's possible for authentication to be down while those already logged in have no issues

Signing a credit card contract and falling behind, and eating interest penalties. Having children and not being able to sleep for the first two years. Getting married and understanding relationships take work, but still being frustrated with some parts of your partners personality at times. Buying a food at a restaurant and realizing you don't enjoy it, but you did order it knowing what it was.

Well when you subscribe to ChatGPT plus, you get access to GPT-4 in the chat app, chat.openai.com. The API is different, and you have to request access to the GPT-4 model through the API

No when you pay the $20/mo it stops you using gpt4 after a certain number of questions. But if you have the GPT4 API approval (took a month for me!) you can build your own chat or use the playground and use it unlimited paying the OpenAI tiny rates (a few cents a day)

We have a rule, we agree to follow allowed usage, it agrees not to give disallowed content (to its best ability). We kinda break the rules when we ask for disallowed content... but I'm sure it included some message for real help in its refusal to give possibly dangerous, it can't tell, advice: Contact emergency services, get real help, I can't be sure to give you proper info, but in the US call 911 - that kind of thing is allowed usage.

I mean I understand that in normal circumstances it should not offer advice but if the person is miles away from any hospital and will probably die before an ambulance can arrive GPT should offer medical advice, with a very detailed prompt that the information may not be accurate and there's a huge chance it will not work, something like that. It obviously has a vast medical knowledge and it can use it unless it's not allowed to.

Instead of contact ChatGPT in that scenario, use the technology that lets you contact ChatGPT to contact a trained emergency responder, who will then give you 'human in the loop' trained assistance and guidance specifically correct for the details and situation you inform them in, including involving AI assistance should such exist and be appropriate.

Using your last breaths to contact ChatGPT is something I advise not to do, and ChatGPT probably advises, in its own way, not to do it either 🙂

One thing you can do with ChatGPT that is allowed use, is to say 'I am in this location with these resources (Clearly that includes a cell phone or other device with internet connectivity - otherwise you don't have a way to talk to ChatGPT either). I need to contact emergency services, how can I do this here and with my resources? What number do I call or what else do I do?' And the AI will provide you with the best info it has to help you find a way to get real help, which is nothing to sneeze at and a huge difference between 'just let you die'. But I wouldn't waste time on 'how do I stop the bleeding', as you now know it really can't tell you and that would be a long conversation with time you wouldn't have, were it real - instead quickly ask how to get real help, and that it will eagerly and as clearly as it can provide.

I finally can talk to GPT4 with an android app that replaces google as the voice assistant, it is amazing and everything I hoped for. Its called VoiceGPT by AI Voice and Chat Systems.

OpenAI should whitelist its domain so we can post links from there as they offer a share feature that lets you share the whole conversation as a scrollable website link.

There's a few you can try. On some browsers you can press F12 -> Networking and turn off caching, then reload the page and try to log in again. Similarly, you can try using incognito mode or clearing your browser's cache/cookies. Some people got it to work by trying a different browser or using their phone.

1. I clicked on the black message icon in the bottom corner here: https://help.openai.com/en/
2. I clicked the bottom middle icon "messages"
3. There was a topic in the bottom that says "Login Now", I clicked that
4. The chat bot generated a message with en embedded login link.
5. It logged me in to platform.openai.com
6. I clicked the blue icon that says "chat", and there is a redirect link to chat gpt there, and it allowed me to login
