But today i bought it on meta so i can play standalone when im not home, if i link my steam account with the meta account, can i play standalone with my stuff from steam, including the nuclear upgrade?

But yes, once you do link you'll have all your progress from your primary account.

There are 3 quests that require you to complete 15 raids and not die a certain amount of times. This is the easiest one, as it lets you die twice. The other two don't let you die at all. Second easiest one lets you do that on any map, so you can just Silo or whatever map you want, but can't die even once. Third forces you to survive 15 Matka Miest raids without dying once.

maybe not the best but its what I do, take note of the turn in quests but dont actually accept them and just start banking items and guns you know you can turn in. Then accept the quest after you have enough and turn them all in at once. While you collect though just grind out any other tasks as well.

While in a raid, i was getting something out of my backpack, and that somehow triggered a glitch where neither myself nor my friend were able to pick up and use our guns. Needless to say we died because we had no way to fight back and progress. Is there anyway to recover all the stuff that was lost due to this glitch? It was a game glitch and not our fault. i did a meta ticket but its a game issue. We lost a lot of stuff due to this glitch. It makes makes us hesitant to every play again.

It's not so simple. TKing is not against TOS/EULA and it would fucking crazy if it were. It's a purchasable product to which you remove access if you ban someone, so there needs to be a breach of contract for someone to be banned from game. TKing is in no way a breach of contract and is a part of the game.
Also refunding a product carries costs to the publisher as well as possible reputation loss, so there is no incentive for the devs to ban someone, who bought the game, because someone is being dumb and trusting someone with something they should not.

There are other ways to deal with that that would match the setting.

• One I talked about extensively before about is to make difficulty mode where one would not let you use in raid things bought from traders and one would make everyone spawn in raid completely naked. Scarcity of resources would incentivise people to cooperate more when possible
• Another would be karma system. If you TK someone who is in good standing with certain traders, you loose rep from the same traders. That would also add factions to the game and add depth to lore and traders.

I don't think there would be more than there is now. Like right now 4 days after wipe I already was rich enough that I had 0 incentive to negotiate about anything with anyone. If I see another player in raid, I risk everything and will gain nothing if I try to talk to them instead of just blasting them and moving on. With higher scarcity of resources you might not want to waste your bullets on someone naked however, which would mean that people actually talk to each-other more.

The M16 scavs have near 100% accuracy. It does not seem to be intentional part of increasing scav difficulty, since Viewie and Zstorm had no idea about that. However that does not mean that it's not there to stay since scavs will become more difficult sooner or later.

to use them with the new update, when you pull of the orange cap, hold onto the cap until it vibrates and you are able to stick yourself. when the nrs is able to stick, you can drop the cap
