Battlefield Observation & Awareness
BOA's are a group of volunteer veteran players who assist new players in getting familiar with mechanics and tactics in game and out of game to further their skill in the Tabor landscape. These BOA's are experts in all things Ghosts of Tabor to allow for an easy to understand learning experience from a friendly and knowledgeable instructor.
Disclaimer:
- BOA's are volunteers with their own schedule, please be patient as they schedule you for a session.
- BOA's reserve the right to not reply or engage in a session with you.
- BOA’s are not an escort or carry service, do not expect them to give out gear or do quests.
- BOA's have the right to stop a session if the beginner is being rude or profane, at their discretion.
- Being unnecessarily rude or combative in #1231372500898680863 may lead to your removal and blacklist.
- If you partner with a BOA and kill them intentionally, you risk being banned from utilizing this service as well as losing eligibility to become a BOA.
- Discord BOA’s are expected to instruct new players in #1231372500898680863 and assist more generally in #1231391452429553697

Ticket Masters handle Tickets, help out the BOAs clients on the Discord and sometimes even in raids.
A Ticket master helps by answering questions in the tickets, renaming them and closing the ones that have gone vacant .

This role is granted to members on a case by case basis to recognize and empower knowledgeable community members who consistently provide valuable assistance to others in our Discord server. Unlike the BOA (Battlefield Observation & Awareness) role which focuses specifically on mentoring new players in a call, the Helpful role is a broader recognition of those who make positive impacts across the server.
- Not an Application Role:
Helpful is an invite-only, honorable role granted at the discretion of the Lead Helpfuls. You cannot directly apply or request this role. - Recognition of Impact:
Helpful members are nominated and selected based on their demonstrated knowledge, activity levels, and commitment to kindly assisting others within our community. - Responsibilities:
While not as formally structured as the BOA program, Helpful members are expected to continue providing knowledgeable and friendly support across server channels, particularly in https://discord.com/channels/949081704625209404/1089701323269754940. - Revocable:
The Helpful role comes with the responsibility of maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere. It can be removed if the holder's conduct does not meet expectations. - Separate from BOA:
Not all Helpful members may be part of the BOA program, and vice versa. These roles have distinct criteria and purposes.
