apologies its called the thermos in game. pro tip, do not tip your drink all the way back when drinking, because you will spill water out and drain it faster than just putting it to your face level, or slightly tilted. this is a great way to conserve water, or control how much you drink.

an energy drink gets me from nothing to full in half, so 1 energy drink is effectively two full bars of stamina (i haven't logged on for a bit so i may be wrong

yup! here's what the canteen looks like as well, you lose four "gulps" or less water held, but the canteen is the smallest form-factor bottle in the game, so you can store much more in your backpack compared to the thermos, which is very worth it. i would recommend only taking one water bottle of any kind into raid though, just for space saving reasons.

I only play solo and honestly only get more naked depending on the time of the day.
Most of my playtime is during night and often I have solo lobby there. When it's not, they have some sort of kit at least. If I play during the day, then there is a ton of nakeds doing god know what, but for sure not playing the way a naked should.
Only difference in matchmaking I have observed is that below level 20 and past level 40 the "looking for raid" time increases in a major way, that's why I believe that matchmaking does try to match you with similar +/- 10 levels matches and only throws you in lobby with others if that is not possible at that time.

There are 2 quest to survive 15 raids without dying and one without dying more than twice. One of those is on Matka Miest map. It's just how it is, they are not balanced for PvP, no.
You play outside peak hours and you use rat tactics if you want to survive. If that's your main objective, you can sit in a corner where nobody goes till around 5 minutes after exfil opens and then rush to exfil taking safest route possible. It's what I did after surviving 12 rounds on Matka Miest without dying. In full T6 and AP loaded in my alpha

For this in particular, just play normally, maybe be more slow and careful
