I did fix my problem
A) Tap the Windows key on your keyboard to launch the start menu.
B) Enter "CMD" on your keyboard, then right-click on the Command Prompt app and select "Run as administrator."
C) Type in "netsh winsock reset" (without the apostrophes), then hit enter to execute the network reset command.
D) Restart your computer, launch Tower of Fantasy's PC launcher, and enter the game

How the hell do they launch a game that doesn't let you launch it? I'm not the only one having this issue. I can't even enter the actual game cause it crashes every single time I try. I got through the first part of the tutorial twice, and it crashed both times. Now after 17 times trying to launch it, even after reinstalling, I still can't even get into the game. Same with the Hotta Folder in local %localappdata%

Then it's better to restart you PC
After that DL the Launcher at their website. Save on your desktop and try to start the installer.

Sadly I cant say if it works with 1 go, but with many tries it does....

I opened the directory of the game and deleted "Engine and sail_files" then opened "Hotta" and deleted everything except "content"
Then I opened the launcher and repaired the game and it's now working

So 2 days ago my antivirus would delete the game's launcher because it detected idp.generic or something like that. It happened numerous times and I scanned the game folder but it checkes out. Today (haven't opened the gane yet) restoro would crash and aak for a scan and when I tried my pc startes being unusable (youtube would say it can't work, that's a first one) everything would be laggy and even I tried to restart it remained there for 5 minutes so I forced shut down. Are you sure that your Internet connection is stable? Maybe you have two networks and you are having this problem because of the switch.
