Are you asking when did I start playing like for the very first time? I had the game downloaded before the publisher change.
If I had missed it, how was I able to play? Was there any kind of deadline April 2024?

In any game I have invested time into I always check it from time to time.
The only ones who didn't need to transfer were those who were on PS, cause they were already with PWG.

Social media one was in Feb 18th 2025. As for the servers I believe it was April 30th or May 1st since that was when the LI servers shut down, the deadline for transfers.

I’m not talking about the LI Pass transfer page.
I played normally in June 2024 and February 2025, inside the world, with my UID visible.
LI Pass users could not enter the game at all during that period.
So I must have already been migrated before the 2025 transfer page existed.
I’m trying to understand the earlier migration; the one that happened when PWG took over in 2024.
You played June 2024, Transfers started in December 2024. You still played in February, was it before the 24th? cause LI shut there servers off on the 24th "February 24, 2025 Level Infinite Servers and CS services officially shut down. PWG will announce the new servers' go live date". Transfers were still possible until Late April.

There's 2 method to confirmed either you transfer or not.
- Provide IGN. We cannot search via UID as there's no feature to search UID in the first place. If you could provide the IGN, we can at least search and try to confirm if your char did exist. This is faster method.
- Contact CS via email. Explain Situation. Provide Details. Since it's CNY, it's public holiday for them, so your issues might take time. The most important details is your email, UID and if you did any purchases, provide receipt.

The same goes for the moderators, they can only guide you, they are not directly from the company. They just volunteer to be moderators.
What's not being understood? You asked how many transfers there were. The answer is 1. And you also asked the date when it ended, which was also answered. And then you kept asking the same questions repeatedly, as though you were expecting the answers to change by some miracle. It's simple: if you didn't transfer your account before the deadline back in April last year, the old publisher deleted your account. It was not done automatically, you had to do it manually yourself. You should know if you did or didn't, since it's not easy to forget the stress that came with transferring

Hello! I’ll try to keep this brief.
There have been only two major "transfers" in the game's history:
- The first occurred under Level Infinite (I think that was somewhere between December 2023 and April 2024. I don't remember); however, it was actually a server merge where some old servers were combined into one and some new ones were created for each region.
- The second was the official publisher transition from Level Infinite to Perfect World Games. To keep your progress, you had to manually authorize the data transfer by the final deadline of April 24, 2025. Otherwise, all account data was set for deletion by April 30, 2025. Information regarding this was widely shared in-game and across official social media.
The game was managed by Level Infinite until February 23, 2025. After a short maintenance period, Perfect World Games officially took over operations when the new servers launched on February 25, 2025.
If you did not confirm your second transfer in time, your account data was deleted. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help at this point

It is one. The first one Clara spoke of was a Server merge rather than an actual transfer. We didn't have to do anything special for that one, all it was was all servers in each region becoming 1 mega server. So technically, the information i gave was correct ^^

I'm not sure about the second option, it just looks like a discord account, which should theoretically work like any other: search the name, click the profile, and send em a message with the issue you have

Email is on top. Other than that just keep logging into each server till you find it. Make sure its those with the PS infront. (Unless you picked a different one)

If you've been on PS since the start don't worry about it. The transfer was only for PC/Mobile.

Check your emails, type Tower of Fantasy in the search bar and see if anything pops up. They sent a email on the third of this month for V5.65. That would be the correct email
There would be no way for me to send the proof of purchase to support so they can inform me if the account was deleted or not, and if not which email is there, even if it is the beginning of the email for me to log in

So uhhhh, my friend transferred his account during the LI-PWG time, but when he tried to log in, it shows him the Frigg jumpscare. When I told him to check his UID, it was complete mismatched from his transfer ID

I'd assume if you deleted it, your character wouldn't exist anymore. You'll have to wait for someone from EU region though, I'm on APAC unfortunately. Alternatively, you could contact CS and ask them to check if your account still exists

It could be another player. The best way to know for sure would be for him to see his character. I don't know any players who wouldn't recognise their own MC. Unless he's using a simulacrum of course....

Not at the moment. If you wanna do Warp server, you'll have to start from scratch. Some time in the future, transfer should be available. I think it already is on CN?
maybe this is too specific but i am just at a loss here. so i contacted tof support to recover my 300+ hr account on The Glades (NA server) which is Yuno. forgot the exact email and password. they confirm which email, and i have access to it, but i am getting no verification codes to reset it. yes, i checked my spam folder. i also went as far as making a specific filter to put the specific email the verification codes come from to a specific folder in my email app. absolutely nothing still.
and i know this email works because i had to use it when the transfer happened and i haven't changed it since then. does anyone have any ideas on something i could be missing?

Just to make sure, you use the first login method right? The email option? Not the Gmail one. Both login may seems similar, but it will create new account if you haven't bind
If you use the first method, it should send code regardless if it's new account or old

Basically there's 3 possibilities:
- Files corrupted or not working correctly. Fail to send.
- It's different email. If your email is unique, it might redirect differently.
- Your Gmail have some kind of settings to auto block spam or redirect to trash and might delete it too.
Remember, the code will be sent regardless if you have the account or not. So you gotta deduce the possibility.
it is not a different email, the CS bot of this server responded to my form with my account number and the email attached. i could only see a few characters but i knew which one it was. i have no auto block filters on, this email is not gmail it is comcast xfinity. i have tried another email that does not have an account and yes, i did get a code, but for some reason this email will not send a code even if i didn't have an account, but i do.

Check your firewall settings. Did you miss the "Allow or OK" prompt popping up at background?

Make sure you aren't running any other online games with anti-cheat mechanisms at the same time. Some of these programs can prevent the client from updating or launching the game.

It could also be a user permission issue, which typically happens when the game is installed in specific directories under the C: drive.

The reason I'm asking you to try another device is to determine if the issue lies with your hardware or your network. You can move the game files to an external hard drive , plug it into another computer, and try launching the game. If it starts up smoothly, then the problem is likely with your current PC.
Also, you can try re-installing the UE components or repairing game files, clicking the gear icon on top right corner in launcher and scroll down to find these options.

Although i can disable Smart App Control but it is not good for security since it is enchanced security.

Attempt to run the launcher, then open up Event Viewer, navigate to Apps and Service Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CodeIntegrity -> Operational, screenshot the latest events for that launcher.
Ok i've reinstalled Tower of Fantasy again for 2nd time and to my surprise it worked.
It didn't say anything about the launcher.

Just started the game on PS5 and was doing the tutorial. Miraculously, I skipped forward in the middle of battle.
I want to finish the tutorial, and keep all the stuff you get in it, but I can't reset my game/account. I can go on a different server, but I can't reuse my name. Is my only option deleting my account amd waiting the 5 days to have another go?

There was a chest that I saw that I wasn't able to open since the game skipped me to waking up elsewhere.
I only made it to the part with the waterfall
The stuff you get in the tutorial fight isnt really that important, the actual stuff comes in the main story so you wouldnt really have lost anything from what I remember
If you want to replay it tho you can pick a different server, like you said, maybe try a different region or something

oh thats weird, normally there are heavy attacks so youd have to hold the attack button
Yeah, replaying it now. The basic swing attack is the skip button, every time I swing, the skip timer begins filling up. Hope there's a way to disable or change that
But that may be a #gameplay-help question

It seems like I'm able to reassign the attack buttons, but not the skip button. I guess I got to find out which move I use the least and reassign it to O (skip) then.

Hi guys, I'm a returning player, I can't log in my main character (server: Pegasus), in the login screen the loading stops as 90% then the game crashes, any tips?
Yes, I did the account transfer back then, I also have other 2 characters in different servers that I can log in and play normally.
I'm playing on steam, dx11 didn't work for me, but I used the "Verify integrity of game files" and it reinstalled the whole game, and that fixed it lol

hi everyone! I can't login in the steam version, the login window won't pop up and it doesn't open when I go to settings, also launcher shows lyncis (not agleia) even though its version is up to date
I restarted my pc, checked all permissions for windows defender (I think this helped me last time), opened it with vpn and without, ran it as admin but nothing works anymore
last time I fixed it it stopped opening the launcher on start and just directly opened the game but after the recent update I'm back to square one 
why is this sh so annoyingggg when the regular launcher works as usual
Is Agleia bugged? When I use her ult in Domain 9 and other wide areas I drop massive FPS and I am using a RX 9060 XT and Ryzen 7 5700X3D with 32GB of RAM. Don't tell me that's is not enough???
Report memory leaks
i had a similar issue, see if this fixes it for you.
- go to your steam folder, delete (or rename) the
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Tower Of Fantasy\HottaLaunch\folder - via steam, tof > properties > installed files > Verify integrity of game files
this should prompt tof to redownload the client and patcher, and in turn ensure the login client is booted up when the game launches (and why the login window doesn't pop up)

i think they updated the login client, but didn't update it as part of steam files to update or some shit
oh, and lastly, if your client is still using the old image, just delete

hotta didn't set up the client to properly deal with read/write for that folder when executed through steam so its funky

OK for everyone that replied to when I panicked about not going to Tower of fantasy I had to use cloudmoon to go to tower of fantasy to transmit out of Kailo and into Hykros and it worked finally

I have a problem within the game when I try to enter any place (ruins,house etc) It doesn't teleport me but stays in place, and I have to wait up to two minutes before I can enter, even though I have a good network so any suggestions ?

Hello, I haven’t played in a long time and I’m coming back to th game finding out about there being a new publisher, things such as account transfers and missing my character, I’ve always played the game on ps5 I was playing on the ps4 version of the game the last time I played I don’t know how to access my character or if that’s even possible right now I’ve heard that PlayStation logins didn’t get affected by the Publisher change
PS version are not affected by publisher changing event, just find the correct region/server, your old character should be there waiting for you.

Not necessarily. Just most players wouldn't be aware of it happening since Discharges are rarely used. Most are just a waste of time with very little damage.

25GB? the PC version is almost 110GB, idk how much you have to redownload when you have to reinstall. but I doubt it is just 25GB.
also, if you can make sure your tof folders is not infected, you can copy the file to a separate drive (not the C: drive that will get wiped when you reinstall.). the tof game files itself can be used in a portable manner -- no need to install, just run the hottalauncher.exe, it will automatically create and re-register default file settings on your user/local folders so you can just play right away without redownloading.

we should complain that they either have a bug where warp server's reset falsely applied to standard server, or they didn't inform people in standard server about the seasonal reset.
I didn't do mining, so I don't lose anything substantial, but I feel for those who experience it.
the reset isnt that bad anyway, just the deleted curreny is a bad move

Google passwords are typically managed in your Google Account settings
If you’ve linked your Google account to PWG and logged in with the PWG email, you can change it via the in-game settings menu

When I downloaded the game through the site and open it after instalment there was a box to choose an option for signing up. After I choose an email option I had to put conformation code. Then the game needed parent email. I am over the age of 18 so I am a bit confused on how to skip it. It says that I need that parent email to activate my account.

got 20.07.2025 verification email achieved post transfer deadline so i believe address has to be valid which is why i am asking if there was another change after that to maybe cause an account loss

I keep getting signed out and thrown back into "select server" screen.
Lately it happens for hours at a time, is there any fix for this? I've been trying to log into both warp and gacha servers and it gets to 99% and then throws me back to the select server screen all the time. Please help??
Sometimes this can happen because of slow network as well as other factor. If u are using a slow network maybe try using a faster one? If u are playing on HDD then maybe try playing it on ssd? For me I switched to ssd and it fixes it.

after you did the account transfer to Perfect World Games, you have to login with email first, after that you can relink with 3rd party.
When I first started playing in 2023, this didn't exist back then.

Hi! If you were not able to do the transfer than your data sadly has been deleted, the only thing left here is making a new profile and starting from there.
However, if it has been a while since you played, most characters you used to have are in the standard banner more aka easier to obtain! It is pretty easy to obtain pulls & currency espc in the beginning and they offer good events to get armor and what not.
Generally if its been a bit, sometimes restarting can be more refreshing - it's just a pain if you have spent money in the past rather than being f2p 
If you are not into the idea of gacha anymore due to reasons, they also have a MMO server now.

When i open activity, then team, my game crashes on warped server. I cleared my cache, i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the same problem persists. I can open every single tab in activity such as solo, crew, casual, etc. Just not "team". Everytime i do that, my game crashes.
Game was working fine for me, then i closed the game and slept, after i wake up, i play the game for the first time (i didnt updated anything because there is not a single update) and this problem is here.
And i can play raid without having to lead, clear it, and get reward. But there is no way i can open activity => team without my game crashing.

Could be a storage issue. Check to make sure you have double what it needs
@dawn pasture the game is 1.96 gb, but you have to download the rest of the data on the loading screen, and some from in-game for a total of 40.09 gb of data. Make sure you have the available space.

Heyo 🙂 does anyone else have this problem with Tower of Fantasy on Steam?
Recently, when I start the game, it either doesn’t open at all or it only gets to the Perfect World Games logo and then crashes. I usually have to launch the game like 4–5 times through Steam before it finally works.
Also, the launcher itself sometimes doesn’t open either, especially when there’s a game update. It’s all really weird and I have no idea what’s causing it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Have you tried the launcher from the website? I never had any issues with it before.
I originally played through Epic Games and recently switched over to Steam. Up until recently I never had any issues either, so this only started happening lately. I can try the web launcher as well and see if that changes anything. Btw, is it the Windows button on downloads then? Not really sure about that right now

A transfer of publisher a year or 2 ago. If you didn't transfer, unfortunately your account no longer exists, it was deleted a long time ago 🙁

I have an issue currently repairing the game to see if it fixes it - it booted me from the game saying disconnected from server when theres no maintenance from what i can see
So I've had an account since release on global, and during the transfers, I managed to get a slot on the last batch (12th of April 2025 so in the 7th-25th of April batch)
Unfortunately, ever since transfers happened, every server I try to boot into makes me go back to the main character selection screen with the tutorial
On release, I made an account linked to my Apple account, I've used the same email to transfer to PWG, I logged in through PWG FIRST after the transfer
Yet after all that, it appears my account is still not here
Is there any way for me to recover it ?
Imo just contact CS, tell them your issue and give them all the info you have on your account.
