Q) Are there any plans to release ToF in more countries in the future?
A) As an international game, it is our desire to bring this game to as many player as possible and we have some plans for unreleased areas, but considering the time required for localization, as well as some local regulatory requirements and other reasons, we will release specific details in the future to our Wanderers.

Q) Can I transfer my data/character to another server in the future?
A) We have seen a large number of Wanderers with this request and we will try to provide the function for server-change soon. However, since this function is related to the security of Wanderer's account, we are going to ensure that it is stable and secure enough before it is publicly released, please stay tuned for official information.

FAQ on Common in-game Issues

Q) No items received after purchasing?
We currently observed two possible reasons for this issue: (1) Unstable Internet connection, we recommend you wait shortly before receiving the items; (2) Failed to send the items to the account due to certain system limitations, which only happens when purchasing supplies and packs. Our colleagues are checking every single case and will send out the items manually. This is our top priority at the moment and asks for your patience.

Q) When I try to download the game, the screen is textless.
A) The above problem may be caused by your phone's remaining space is insufficient to load the corresponding error message, please confirm whether your phone's remaining space meets the official recommended requirements, if not, please try to free up the space to ensure the necessary resources to download.

Q) After I install the game and launch it, it starts downloading game resources. What should I do if it shows an error message or not enough space while downloading resources.
A) Please check whether the remaining space of your phone meets the recommended configuration requirements, if not, you can try to solve the problem by cleaning up the phone space.

Q) When downloading game resources, it stops at 100%.
A) Unfortunately, your phone might not meet the recommended system requirements. This problem may be due to the low performance of your phone, please first confirm whether your phone configuration is in line with the official recommendations. If your phone meets the requirements, please wait 2 ~ 3 minutes the first time you encounter it, if the problem still exists please try to exit the game and re-enter.

Q) What should I do when ‘insufficient space’ ‘unable to update’ or other error messages prompt after I enter the game?
A) The above problem may be caused by your phone's remaining space is insufficient to load the corresponding error message, please confirm whether your phone's remaining space meets the official recommended requirements, if not, please try to free up the space to ensure the necessary resources to download. If you encounter any error message after launch the game and before login, we recommend checking whether the remaining space of your phone is sufficient.

UPDATE: players with sufficient storage still experience difficulty downloading the update.

Q) When clicking the ‘Window’ pre-download button, it's unresponsive.
A) Please try a different browser than Chrome, we recommend using Edge for PC launcher download if you have difficulty downloading it. Also make sure you disable adblock.

Q) Why does it show two different languages on my screen?
A) Please change your system language to one of the eight languages we support, and re-enter the game.

Q) I selected a region/country during registration, can I change it later if I change my mind?
A) The region you select during registration does not affect selecting servers in the later stage, if you wish to change your region please reach out to our customer service.

Q) What should I do if my antivirus software stops launching?
A) (If it’s Norton Antivirus) Please recover TenioTPF.dll from Norton quarantine files and then try to launch the game.

Q1: Are there any rewards planned after the operations transition?
A1: Absolutely! To express our gratitude for your continued support, we’ve prepared a range of special rewards as part of the ToF Homecoming Journey, alongside the previously announced transfer compensation.

Q2: Will the previously removed character voiceovers return now that PWG is overseeing operations?
A2: Yes! We’ve had in-depth discussions with our voice actors and are actively resuming voiceover recording and development. Familiar voices will gradually return in upcoming versions, so stay tuned! Additionally, our multilingual localization efforts will continue as planned, gradually fixing previous issues to ensure a high-quality experience for players worldwide.

Q3: Will there be cross-platform play between international and PlayStation servers under PWG's operations?
A3:We've received many inquiries about this since the operations transition announcement. While we aim to enhance cross-platform gameplay, maintaining balance—especially in leaderboards—remains a priority. We plan to introduce cross-platform login in 2025, allowing seamless play across PlayStation, PC, and mobile with full progress sync. Stay tuned for updates! Players may already be familiar with our 10-Year Commitment to ToF’s operations, ensuring long-term support for all players worldwide.

Q4: Will the international server align with the Chinese mainland server's version schedule under PWG's operations?
A4: Many players have inquired about version alignment, and it's been a key topic of discussion internally. Our goal is to narrow the gap between the international and Chinese mainland servers to just 1–2 weeks. However, achieving this will require significant adjustments to the pacing of content releases. We are fully committed to ensuring these changes enhance, rather than disrupt, the player experience.
Meanwhile, we'll expedite bug fixes and gameplay optimizations to enhance the overall game quality. Once the necessary adjustments are in place, we will update the community through our official channels. A5: Absolutely! Content creators are an essential part of the ToF community, and we're eager to see more creators share their amazing work.
