Metro 2033 has a different playstyle than Metro 2033 Redux after all.
The story, however, is technically the same. The main difference between the two are Graphical and Gameplay wise. The most noticeable Gameplay wise is the merging of levels to have one longer level in Metro 2033 Redux when they would originally be separated in Metro 2033 OG.
Stealth too is different. Whilst Metro 2033 Redux has a very Black and White "You're in light so you will be sighted", Metro 2033 OG has three levels of detection. A safe Green, a caution Yellow, and a danger Red. Green is that you can't be seen, Yellow is when you are dangerous to be seen, and Red is when you can be seen.
