So when you run the full-install command on windows and the gamma/downloads folder doesn't exist, you are UAC prompted. If you press yes, PowerShell windows pops briefly to create the symlink from gamma/downloads to cache folder. If that path contains a space, that powershell command will fail, creating a slightly broken cache path.
