Some time later you're summoned and sent on a diplomatic mission with the army, requesting both alliance and munitions for an upcoming operation, you do some tasks, talk a bunch, and eventually they agree to a meeting with your leaders.
your next mission is a sabotage of supply lines, you got mines and rockets from military, so you (and several other squads) go blow some shit up.
at that point freedom is starting to fall apart, so you do a few more hit tasks on important people to put last nail in the coffin.

Final assault will involve, basically, an army of duty forces, straight to freedom base.
but freedom didnt give up that easily either, they've been fixing up a tank all the while, basically a killdozer with a cannon, it cant really move from all the extra armor, but even RPGs don't do anything against it. so a big chunk of duty forces get obliterated.
you have to hold out until military's copters arrive to finally put that thing down, and then clean up the remaining freedom forces

hmm since its their main base you should have a mix of low level and highlevel dudes

im to this day not sure if giving the mechanics of a faction tools actually benifits their equipment in gamma

so i say out of the window: roleplay a merc, give the mechanic (Hog i think) the toolkits you can spare and come back a few days later

Yep . Stalker 2 was fine, because it was my first stalker game. The game itself kinda just played like a generic open world shooter game with some minor roleplaying/looter elements

Open world first person shooter with a somewhat random element to it and some role playing elements

But all in all. Not very good at what it tried to do
