Not an expert with how this engine works, but you can try deactivating individual mods (except UGP, put that at the very bottom) and see which one's cause the crash

somewhat time consuming, but that's how i atleast do it

once you find it you can try placing the mod higher or lower on the load order

You're installing ugp which is already a huge overhaul and comes with it's own mod profile for that reason, so that you don't have to manually figure out load order

General load order for shit you install is "at the end with highest priority unless specified", like needing to load KVMAS before THAP

3DSS has its own requirements too

hey sorry to bother yall with this, I spent about 3 hours last night searching this discord for help and trying things, anything that could help with reshade crashing the game on launch, I've tried:

reinstalling gamma with delete reshade dll unchecked
reinstalling gamma with delete reshade dll checked and adding it back in after
other versions of reshade
deleting the lines from the reshade ini to see if it was a corrupt window issue
deleting the user.ltx (sometimes works once but then game wont launch again after)

no matter what i do, the best i could get is it to launch once in default resolution/gfx settings, then it'd refuse to open again, regardless of touching the gfx settings or not

oh forgot to say my game was running perfectly and after 4 and half hours of play i wanted to mess with reshade but it didnt pop on pressing home

You can (also) resolve this issue by opening BitDefender and going to: Protection > Anti-Virus > Open > Settings > Manage exceptions > + Add an Exception.
Add modorganizer.exe, all the Anomaly .exes (DX11AVX, DX11, DX10AVX, DX10, etc), or even the whole Anomaly folder and the whole G.A.M.M.A. folder.

When you add an exception, be sure to check On-access scan, On-demand scan, and Embedded scripts, as well as Advanced Threat Defense. You can keep Online Threat Prevention unchecked.

I turned my graphics settings up to max while ingame and crashed with the dialogue, "Shader compilation failed". The game now crashes with this error each time I launch it. I deleted the shadercache folder in appdata as recommended but still no dice. Should I screenshot MO2's log?

Only way to fix it is to install latest Mags, following the next instruction:

3. In MO2, press CTRL+M, select the downloaded archive.

Hello guys I have a problem with reshade's preset. I reinstalled reshade by unticking into the GAMMA launcher the "delete reshade dlls" and everything went fine. I downloaded Capa's Reshade set with the two required files but it doesn't show up in the list in the reshade menu. Even others presets like "Atmos R+" or "AtmosFILM" etc. It only shows "Atmos" and the Phrozac ones. How can i fix it? Thanks to everyone.

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

yup 100% literally uninstalled bitdefender, added gamma to windows exceptions and it ran fine, altho bitdefender would allow me to add Gamma + reshade to exceptions for a couple things, i couldnt in one thing and that one thing was stopping it from launching entirely (no log or nothing before crash) hope this helps
