yes, some attachments like camelback is too much, but having more variety in the plates sounds good

it's a lot of balancing to work on
maybe it can be balanced in the progression way

what I have in mind is: green plates can be found or bought, and they can be upgraded to better plates using armors parts
their defense will be boosted
well 4 tiers of upgrades are better than two then
the idea is to provide good balistic protection (only) without having to deal with artefacts etc
like green > steel > kevlar > ceramic
green > green up > grey > grey up
the idea is to require many armor parts like steel etc
so basically a long process spanning 10+ days
it can be like green with just 1% res, then green up with 2, steel with 4, steel up 5, kevlar 7, kup 9, ceramic 10 - 12
and you will need all the previous tiers to craft a new one
I was playing with it yestreday, it just needs some deleting from oao files, adding new plates in the craft.ltx and then balancing attachments and loadouts if they will be spawning on master or legenady stalkers
Does the laser modules on certain guns have IR Laser that can be used with NVG ? Or are we stuck with green blobs ?
Oh, the attachments are very cool, too, though. The Medic module especially is super handy!
That item alone is the reason i started using and crafting stimpacks
The Anomaly Protection System is cool, too, although I gotta admit it is a bit buggy. It tends to activate for no reason at all and sometimes (if rarely) doesnt trigger when walking in an anomaly

Is anything specific needed in order to complete the Last Dawn mission to "Destroy the Military and seize the Machine Yard"? I slowly followed the assault team to the yard and all the military have been wiped out. Clear Sky members are now posted up in the base, but the mission hasn't completed.
Wondering if there is something I'm missing.
you just need to clear the military and then report back to cold
make sure you got all of them? they could have wandered off somewhere
oh shit, hope there isn't a straggler running around the swamps somewhere. I made the assault a few days ago in game time and when it didn't complete I moved on to other objectives - am just now returning and was hoping it would clear itself up.
I'll find Cold and try talking to him to see if that unlocks something - but the quest marker is still sitting in the Machine Yard.
Assuming I can't get it to complete, is there a way via debug or console to flag a task as complete?

you'll no longer see them spawn in stashes or newly spawned stalker running them
but if you have them then you have them
Are enemies meant to be super bullet sponge-y? I keep having people take multiple headshots and not die... like just now, I see a lone military guy standing by himself, no helmet, so I pull my M4A1 out, headshot him 3 times in a row, and he lives, then I shoot him 2 more times in the chest, and he still lives and starts spraying me with his AK... or earlier, I fight a stalker with only a jacket on, I load 5.56 AP, and he lives through 2 headshots and 4 shots to the chest. this seems unintended, but I'm not sure if it is, or isn't.
Sounds like your using a gun with a bad % barrel.

It will be annoying at first.
Once you understand how quick you can repair barrels of gun tiers you can access however, it won't bother you so much in later playthroughs.
My guns barrel is at like 56%, I've been waiting to find a new one, I didn't expect the damage reduction to be that extreme on it...

i was planning to make my own take on the scaling but had to reinstall the whole game just now
I think reducing bullet velocity based on barrel state would be an option to look into, if it's even possible, or to reduce the DMG reduction by a bit, because it is really the division 2 like sometimes

Imo, the best thing to for the barrel would be rather than exponentially lower damage, would be to just drastically increase the MOA, and add an increased chance to fail to cycle, just like real life.

Is it possible to fool Master ranking npcs with disguises? I have a fully repaired disguise, but they spot me from a mile away. I can fool every other rank of npc
Does anyone know how to get the Task ID via debug menu? According to #│🔧troubleshooting message (thanks @graceful iron) the hud should show it when setting the quest as active, but I don't see anything like that.
I'm also not sure where to dig in the files. This hanging quest is killing me!
Still don't know how to get the Task ID via debug menu, but I did manage to find the file that contained the ID: mods\197- New Storylines (DLTX minimodpack) - Demonized\gamedata\configs\misc\task\mod_task_manager_storylines_dltx.ltx
And this was the command to finish the Machine Yard quest:
task_manager.get_task_manager():set_task_completed("cs_task0_ambush_renegade_story3")

Are over-under shotguns supposed to have so sluggish reloads? My stalker reloads like my grandma probably would, not like someone who relies on the weapon to survive.
IMO, you could increase the animation speed by 1.5 (okay, okay, maybe 1.3) and they would feel much better to use. Right now early-game shotgunners are very dependent on their sidearms.

I tried to disable the mod in MO2 but my game crashes upon loading into save

You can't disable it in your current save, like MagsRedux

They are out performed by artefacts so i'm fine with that

Just a quick question about the Stealth MCM menu, how are the sliders supposed to be understood? Does a higher slider value make it easier or harder for enemies to detect? Currently in great swamps and the enemies are just eagle eyed through bushes and grass and holy shit it's tough
stealth does not affect enemies vision through bushes, thats just how npcs work in anomaly
the sliders for stealth : lower means you are harder to detect
thinking about it this seems to be enabled by default now 
i noticed npcs shooting less through bushes than before

How does the system ror cleaning guns work exactly? I understand you need to take them apart but how do I clean them and fix the individual components

you dont need to take guns apart to clean them, if parts are only dirty just right click on the gun and maintain (make sure you have the cleaning kit for the gun in your inventory)

if you have parts from other guns that are above 60% you can repair them using files, ramrods and multitools and then replace them into the gun using a workbench while having the repair kit for the gun, but this method wont use up your repair kit

companion teleport works fine, duty expansion breaks quests and dynamic npc armor is suspected to cause a crash
in that case ill try with companion teleport and dynamic npc armor
duty expansion was a test and probably wont be fixed

well your best bet is either a pbf or a GP5, you wont always get what you are after so getting a little upgrade so you can go further north is always worth the investment

Hey Vityaz, love your weapons mods! As far as I remember from Anomaly, the important ones can't be sold off. The only storyline where that can happen is UNISG, so don't sell anything if you are doing that one.

If its body health yes you can, also recommend to disable the minimalist HUD, so you can have the normal health bar back. The only thing is that icons such as radiation will be on top of your health bar

When I go to the "voiced actor" mod files I see that all the orders are dubbed(ex : command_fireatwill_1, command_follow_1, command_holdfire_1, etc..), yet in game my character doesn't say anything when I give an order except the first one: "command_start_1, 2, 3 and 4". Yeah. I had placed 3 stashes in my new base area. After placing them all I saved and went to bed. Logged back in the next day to only 2 of 3 stashes. And none of the stuff from stash 3 was on me or in the other 2.

it should work at any fov but the default seems to be 80

You should look up how the gun repair system works. It is very satisfying to build yourself a good rifle.
The entire mod pack from traders to stashes to enemy load outs. All meant to work together. Trader Overhaul breaks all these systems.
its even fun, scavenge enemy weapons, get functioning parts, replace parts, use weapons, easy as pie
You can use both together, it doesn't break the economy. How often do I need to say this 
If you use Trader Overhaul + Gamma Economy, it works together fine and could be even better than vanilla traders, with a tiny bit of editing

The problem is that often times, even now with O'breeki, disabling GAMMA economy is wrongfully tied to Trader Overhaul, even I had this conception of it, and I still don't know what I need to disable in order to buy/sell weapons and armours
I don't even want to because I play GAMMA for the whole experience, but I need to know it if someone ask about it (basically the reason I am a moderator, to help people)
The smart thing to do at this point would be to write what you need to disable and what Trader Overhaul actually does, something like this:
"You don't want GAMMA economy? Disable this:
- Tick this
- Don't tick that
Trader Overhaul can be used because "reason in here", it isn't related to GAMMA economy, you can use it, blablabla"

It depends on what you want to do
Some are turned off due to crashes, incompatibilities with other mods, etc. Best to ask before ticking something that's unticked outside of optional
Otherwise you might be halfway through a playthrough then start getting the bugs. Only to find out you might need to make a new save to fix it.

When these show up its because they haven't been converted to the modded upgrade kits. Just open and close the stash again and they will get converted automatically.

Yes. Gamma doesn't use the Agressor reshade, it gets overwritten. The only part of the mod that is used is the grounds.

In GAMMA, you cannot buy or sell guns and armor suits. Furthermore, the supply levels at which specific gun attachments appear, have been changed as well. In case this seems to harsh for you, you can revert these changes by doing the following:
- Disable “G.A.M.M.A. Economy”
- Disable “G.A.M.M.A. Economy no BAS injection”.
PLEASE NOTE: This will remove an integral part of the G.A.M.M.A. experience, and it is strongly recommended to try out the new system before going for this (radical) solution.

Trader Overhaul (TO) is a massive mod, which, in essence, overhauls the inventory and progression of almost all traders in game. Since GAMMA has it’s own Economy system in place, you might wonder how they will work together. This is a list of changes, which TO will make, when activated in GAMMA:
Sidorovich: Now sells a wider selection of ammo and attachments.
Barkeep: Now sells ammo, low lvl gun attachments in addition to food, as well as low lvl tech items. Basically a bit of everything.
Cashier: Now sells more high tier ammo and attachments
Meeker: Similar to Cashier
Forester now has his own unique stock, mostly high tier mutant hunting gear
Bandit traders received own unique stock as well (untested)
Beard is more of an allrounder now (similar to Barkeep)
More traders sell junk items now (pretty expensive tho)
TL;DR: It overhauls useless traders, like Barkeep and Beard, to be more useful while expanding the inventory of most others. It will not revert the changes made by GAMMA economy. You still won’t be able to buy or sell guns and armor and random stalker won’t trade with you.
