Stuck at around 396-400 mods downloaded? Try the steps below:

  1. Download the file from one of the archives below:
  1. Go to your GAMMA folder and delete the downloads folder
  2. Using 7Zip, extract downloads12-09.7z into the GAMMA folder

The RIGHT way of extracting the archive : Right click on the archive -> 7zip -> Extract files -> Choose your [Gamma directory], REMOVE the check mark on this step, this is mandatory. At the end you should get downloads folder (NOT downloads12-09)

  1. Run GAMMA Launcher as Admin, Then set your checkboxes as in the image belowβ €β €β €
  2. Click Install/Update GAMMA

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

Was there a way to combine mutant pelts to get higher quality? I feel like i remember seeing that there was somewhere but i dont remember how if so, and it is easily possible that i am remembering empowering artifacts instead.
I'm using both the Spetznaz switchblade and a hunters kit to get what i believe is the maximum level of pelt from kills at ~70% quality average. If there is another way besides combining to get better that works too to answer my question

Any idea what is causing this weird effect on my screen? it's not radiation, its persistent (I have it even when starting a brand new game anywhere) and appears to be some sort of png overlay on my screen. If you zoom in on the pic you can see it everywhere, full stock modlist 507 mods active not touched or re-ordered since installing.

Hi, this is just something that bothers me disproportionately, but there's these marks in one particular area of the sky in this scene that are distracting and look messed up, it's not very noticeable in the image but in-game it's hard to ignore. Is there maybe a different sky texture I could use or other way to maybe alleviate it?

@true wind To fix missing scope reticles with 3DSS enabled:

  1. Go to Settings -> Modded Exes, make sure 3DSS is on
  2. Go to Settings -> Visual -> Advanced, make sure AA and SMAA are off
  3. Restart the game

Hm that is not something I know how to fix, maybe running as administrator can help?
At the end of the day, if there is no special fix given by anyone, I would just delete the gamma folder and start the installation again, being very careful not to miss anything in the instructions. I dont think you have to delete the anomaly folder. But I would wait and see if anyone else can help you before settling on reinstalling

You can also maybe try opening the MO2 from the folder itself, maybe you can skip the launcher and see if it came out fine

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried deleting the shader folder and not checking the box in the launcher, only checking the box, doing both, updating the game through the gamma launcher, and nothing is working

Nope. I have had it installed in the past and it worked fine, and this is a reinstallation. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but no, since I reinstalled it it has not ran a single time

Hey I am also trying to figure out meatchunk prefetcher and disabling reshade but there is some conflicting information when I search for posts related to those. Some people say not to enable anything that is in the category disabled. It is also not clear which meatchunk prefetcher I am supposed to use if I can use it. Gamma takes up 185gb ever since i updated it yesterday, any idea what might cause this/how i could fix it without having to Nuke and redownload the entire game?

Edit: I might have every mod downloaded twice...
There is a full modlist in the modpack addons folder and another full list of mods in the "mods" folder (route is in the pics)

i have a problem, i instaled anomaly and gamma from Cheki Breki tutorial and when i try to launch a ge in anomaly launcher only anonaly is played and it works fine but no gamma, when i try to press G.A.M.M.A Fixes on left side of anomaly launcher the game crashes, can someone help?

Hi! I'm having a problem where Darkscape and Army Warehouses won't go past the loading screen no matter how long I wait for them to. At first I thought it was a Darkscape issue, so I just avoided that level because there's nothing really essential there. But Army Warehouses not loading has kinda screwed me in terms of doing the story.

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete ScreenSpaceShaders_Updatex.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)

Stuck at around 396-400 mods downloaded? Try the steps below:

  1. Download the file from one of the archives below:
  1. Go to your GAMMA folder and delete the downloads folder
  2. Using 7Zip, extract downloads12-09.7z into the GAMMA folder

The RIGHT way of extracting the archive : Right click on the archive -> 7zip -> Extract files -> Choose your [Gamma directory], REMOVE the check mark on this step, this is mandatory. At the end you should get downloads folder (NOT downloads12-09)

  1. Run GAMMA Launcher as Admin, Then set your checkboxes as in the image belowβ €β €β €
  2. Click Install/Update GAMMA

Any idea what is causing this weird grain like effect on my screen? it's not radiation, its persistent (I have it even when starting a brand-new game anywhere) and appears to be some sort of PNG overlay on my screen. If you zoom in on the pic you can see it everywhere, full stock modlist 507 mods active not touched or re-ordered since installing. I have also deleted shaders cache manually and through the launcher and tried disabling SSAO.

How do you get rid of the weird scope reflection when using NVG's? Well when turned in certain directions anyway. It doesn't happen all the time but it causes the enemies image in the scope to distort and makes them harder to see depending on their range. It's weird almost like the background is being turned transparent

Step 1. Launch under debug mode
Step 3. Hit F7, select "NPC Logic / Execute"
Step 4. In the "Function Executor" please enter the following commands

Having troubles with 3DSS mod download or the mod itself is busted?

  1. Download the mod manually from this link
  2. Rename downloaded archive to 3DSS-for-GAMMA.zip
  3. Place it into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
  4. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

  1. Wait for the install to end.

Open your gamma launcher and try clicking first time initialization again, and launch MO2. click the drop down near the top left and see if there's a GAMMA preset

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete ScreenSpaceShaders_Updatex.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)
