I had this problem yesterday. Delete Downloads folder in Gamma directory, re unpack the zip file from mediafire, etc (moddb isnt working its corrupting your files) and then open gamma launcher and do first install again

This is the last time I'm engaging. The base install instructions left myself with less than the required mods, so when a user suggests that the instructions work perfectly (Which was false as I followed the instructions and still failed to get the 444 mods) and even doubled down on it, to which I had to go to the alternate fix with the bot guide (Which isnt the base install instructions) which fixed my issue. I don't know what's so hard to understand here.

Remove zoom on right-click (ADS):

Mod Config Menu -> Free Zoom -> set ADS multiplier to 1
Remove FOV change on equipping pistols:
Mod Config Menu -> Free Zoom -> set pistol multiplier to 1
Sidenote: Check your HUD and HUD FOV sliders in Settings>Visual>Basic and set them back to default if Free Zoom messed them up.
Default values are as follows:
FOV: 80
HUD FOV: 0.65

But as been noted a few times in #📢announcements (with a working fix included), many got affected by moddb increase in security.
So the installation always fails.

Hence why we currently have a command that has mods dw link included with instructions on how where to put the files.
And at that point its down to user error, if it will work or not

4. Run GAMMA Launcher as Admin, disable the checkboxes:

• Check MD5
• Force git download

5. Click Install/Update GAMMA

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin.
5. Uncheck/Disable:

• Check MD5
• Force git download

6. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

Hey i got a problem with an NPC (Professor Zhuk) being invisible and not being able to interact with him. He's stuck in the middle of Yanov Station (he still has collision). I have tried killing him via the debug menu (i know how to spawn a new Zhuk so i wanted to kill the old one after his quest is done) but it won't let me because of him being invisible. Is there any way to kill him? Or alternatively is there a way to make him teleport so i don't need to spawn a new one and kill the old one?

I deleted the MCM Values folder that contains my custom settings from before the update and then set everything up again to my likings and that seems to have fixed the CTD when loading a save.

Hello. This is my first time on gamma and I need help with starting the game
I've followed the instruction without messing up anything as far I can tell. Everything is fine, I open MO2, click on "run" with anomaly launcher selected and click on play but then the game crashes

On MO2 the log says "update available: 2.4.4 - > 2.5.2"
I have no idea how to update to 2.5.2

Updated my Gamma launcher to 6.0.0 this morning, trying to update Gamma to 0.9.1 (i believe?)
I've run the update, got 444 mods in MO2; but i keep getting the following error when launching
Some of the mods are showing they have no valid game data (pictured), but even disabling those mods doesn't allow it to launch, same error.

I've run the installer twice in hopes it would fix the error, but no dice

I believe my Anomaly is 1.5.2? I installed it all back when dreski blew up the servers, so it's possible there's version mismatching somewhere

if you downloaded the "download10-30" file to correct the wrong count of Mods (396 instead of 444) than the problem is that the installation script is looking for a newer version of (in my case three files) the mods than is provided in the file. But this is not a Problem at the moment as these mods are deactivated anyways.

Hey i got a problem with an NPC (Professor Zhuk) being invisible and not being able to interact with him. He's stuck in the middle of Yanov Station (he still has collision). I have tried killing him via the debug menu (i know how to spawn a new Zhuk so i wanted to kill the old one after his quest is done) but it won't let me because of him being invisible. Is there any way to kill him? Or alternatively is there a way to make him teleport so i don't need to spawn a new one and kill the old one? I've been trying to get G.A.M.M.A to work for about 6-7 hours and still nothing works. Randomly felt like playing the game again after over a year, and noticed there was an update. So I updated it, after the update game crashed upon starting a new game/loading a save.

After spending an hour messing with troubleshooting in the server and nothing working, I decided to completely uninstall everything, getting the new launcher, redownloading anomaly and waiting for that to work. And now Mo2 doesn't open, I've tried everything I could think of and find in the server, and so far none of it (at least that I've seen and tried) worked. I've tried installing it directly from the mo2 page and still not working.

The Launcher error shows "the specified file doesn't exist" and the file is "ModOrganizer.exe" but it's literally right there in the folder, and I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, I've tried extracting the whole Gamma file back into the folder replacing everything and still none of it works.

Howdy, I am having a bug with under barrel launchers. When I toggle to the launcher and fire a grenade, then toggle back to normal use of the gun, my ammo selector no longer functions, and the FMJ rounds are overlapped with the grenade icon. Manually unloading the gun, taking off the launcher, or spending/offloading all the ammo does not fix the issue. The gun no longer fires and is borked unless a save is loaded. SO far all under barrel launchers have done this. Ideas?

In case if you experience 872 code error related to updated Blindside Reanims mod

1. Download the archive below.
2. Disable 71- Weapons Reanimation and Rebalance - Blindside in MO2 (type !mo2search in #🤖bot-commands to know how to find mods)
3. Make sure your mods are sorted by Priority (type !collapse in #🤖bot-commands to know how to).
4. Press CTRL + M in MO2, select downloaded archive. Enable new added mod.

a clean reinstall of everything and 6.6 has made MO2 work again, 444 mods, pretty sure itll work now. not sure what went wrong when i updated but i'll be extra careful next time. ty helpers for responding so fast

plus while the helpers are here online, maybe i will get a response this time. Before all that issues came up, my gamma started to get frozen on the loading screens even before loading the screenshot. I always needed to close it from the task manager and i've always seen that gamma was not responding every time that happened. I thought it was because of my mods but when I defaulted and launched vanilla gamma the same thing was happening. Did it have anything to do with those little moddb issues or is it just about my computer or something?
