Hello. I have re downloaded this game like 15 times now. My current problem is my game loads up and plays just fine until either a) it crashes or b) I reload the game and its just all black. No information or errors on the crashes it just freezes until I close it. Nothing fixes the black screen until I re install the anomaly folder but then it does it all over again. I thought the problem was with reshade but its doing it even with a fresh install. I have tried to read all I can and try different things but I am at a loss and am about to give up playing this game... please help!

Well, I left everything unchecked other than the "Delete Reshade DLLs", which fixes my black screen issue, but reshade stops working. When I delete the shader cache manually it did not fix it.

Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

Found the PDA, went over to the "symbiont" anomaly (near the devilish encampment) and have discovered 8 artifacts, but none of them being the proper sample. Reloaded, demo_record 1'd around looking for anything hiding in the cracks but no dice. Is this a known issue with this anomalous field / area / quest? Any workarounds? Pretty sure it's not in the outlying area either. At least not visibly. Weirdest thing is that walking away and coming back to the anomaly after maybe 10-15 in-game minutes results in one or two new artifacts showing up. All radiation emitting ones too, not just random perk artifacts. The ones for the quest (i thought at least) should be low durability perk artifacts, anomalous bread or easies or other junk like that.

I have a very strange bug. So I opened skill window and than I think I pressed "J" maybe some other keys and after that I exited all windows with "Esc" key and my minimap and ammo HUD is gone. I checked key binding I have togle minimap as was defalt on "/" but pressing it dose nothing. I restarted game several times but nothing helps. Maybe someone had similar issues and could suggest something?

• Will reset the modlist back to default (as long as gamma profile is selected in mod organizer)

heya, the conversion back to DX11 + playing with the values in DART seems to have done the trick. Got the compass more or less how it should be. Thing is that I'm back to 30 fps now hehe, DX11 with GAMMA is trashing the performance with this 1660ti gpu I got in my little laptop, frustrating since the CPU is relaxing at 20% usage. Guess Ill pass on the compass, mess with the UI a bit, re-read the fps optimisation sub and convert back to DX9. thanks.

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete Atmospherics_GAMMA_x.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)
