It's 443 mods now and your game is slightly outdated.
Better do "install/update" through your launcher, opened with admin rights.
Make sure to do exceptions for both anomaly and gamma folders. Disable your antivirus/windows defender completely before doing everything

What could be causing this level of stuttering when seemingly loading areas or engaging in combat. Because at best is immersion, breaking and worst well you saw the clip. I also have gone through most if not all of the optimization steps. Short of screwing with shaders that is.

1. Update G.A.M.M.A. to the latest version (open GAMMA Launcher with admin rights, click on Install / Update)
2. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can find the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

I have a bug on a quest to hand over the tools for calibration. I took the quest from Splin(technician at Skadovsk), gave him the tools and got money and reputation for completing the quest, then, according to the idea, he should not have any other quests but I checked and there was again a quest to give him the tools for calibration. I went to the workbench and the tools were not there. Reloading doesn't help. Any help please?

For some reason, directional sounds seem to be reversed. I use headphones, and the sound that sounds coming from the left comes from the right. And what should be coming from the right comes from the left, etc.

Following the most recent update, I have run into an issue with Ishmaeel's Kill Tracker. (I assume it was something in my own process, not a random bug. Looking about and scrolling through related pins, I found nothing related. It is possible I overlooked something. I'm human, after all).

I was doing a researcher companion quest in the Great Swamp when the companion got stuck on the terrain. Troubleshooting the problem, I enabled the companion teleport mod and teleported him out. I then noticed the Kill Tracker function stopped working after a brief period. Shutting things down, I disabled the mod and reloaded the game with no success in getting the kill tracker working again.

I re-did the update install in hopes of fixing the issue, as it would reload the defaults and basic mod list. This provided no fix.

Please advise?

I'm having massive stuttering issues, stuttering maybe twice a second. Level transition caused this crash. I don't think it's busy hands because I can still open the inventory. Loading older saves did not solve the problem.

Notably, this occured once before in the exact same spot, loading into the wild territory from Rostok. It fixed itself back then. Now the game is refusing to cooperate.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I am running mostly base gamma from a few patches ago (still version .91). I think it was from 446 mods, except I have a few mods disabled, namely most of the ones from the !dx8 command

2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

im using vpn and iv added new folder locations to antivirus exclusions, and disabled real time antivirus. But im getting this error when doing "first install initialization"

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and run git-bash.exe as administrator.
3. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter. (picture for reference below.)

• Note: Pay attention to what you copy, if the line has spaces in-front, or is missing characters at the end, the fix will not work.

4. Now close the git-bash and run GAMMA Launcher as administrator again and click install.
5. You might have to repeat these steps for the next 2 git folders, aka:

Heyo quick question i was redownloading gamma like i did 5 months ago. I had again a slow download and tried my fix from like months ago with "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal" . Now my internet is fast (500mb download fiber). So why is the command "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal" fixing this issue to begin with? Or why does the downloader have such problems with my connection when other clients (steam, mega, origin etc.) all download with normal speed? (50-60MB/s)

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

I'm doing the last 7z extraction of GAMMA RC3, which is going extremely slowly, with the speed slowing down massively. i have a vanilla gamma version. maybe not the very latest. 70.0 GB is the size of the folder in which the anomaly and the gamma/mod organizer folders are in. afaik that is the minimum for running gamma.

i mean i ran gamma in the past with like, 1 extra mod, a "no radial blood effect" so getting shot was a panic inducing moment but that was literally just a replacement texture, a blank one at that, so your file size is likely what ill be expecting
