Anyone know of the bug with zoom key? When holding a weapon and zooming in without going into ads, the fov changes to lower values. Doesn't go back to my setting. It does only if i go into ads and back.

To correct, after using zoom, the weapon fov becomes lower. As in the weapon comes closer to the screen. Doesn't happen to pistols , only rifles, shotguns etc.

There was a setting in the Free Zoom mod inside MCM that I turned its value to 1 and fixed a similar issue for me. I dont remember its name exactly tho.

So I noticed that most enemies are insane bullet sponges, even when I am absolutely ventilating them with 7.62 NATO AP. I'm sure that despite the incredible durability of their quilted jackets, my measly pea shooter should at least be able to wound a local slav with fewer than 7 rounds placed center mass.

Bullet hit power factor is set to 3 in settings. is there a mod that can adjust the lethality of guns?

Also which mod is responsible for my character cackling like a hyena and examining his weapon every time he picks one up or attaches a sight to it so that I may promptly disable it?

@steady crane im no expert but if u did a fresh install and are still missing files. i swear i read somewere on the launcher when doing my install that somtimes moddb can flag u as a bot due to teh sheer ammmount of requests for mods in one go there for some of the mods might not get successfully installed it says all you should need to do it open the gamma install as admin UNTICK all the box other than the the reshade DLLs for watever then it will scan for missing files and replace them.. just do this every 1h 40mins untill you have all the files u need.. i hope this helps

well usually deleting ur shader chache has to eb done wen makign changes to any kind of textures i think so if u had made any changes to water effects deleting the shader cache before launching lets teh game refresh the cache with the new data

screen tearing can be weird. it may be related to your GPU's software, my gpu wont interact with gamma so the setting i have for it dont apply to gamma automatically

3) Copy this file: modlist.txt
4) Paste it in here and replace the existing file: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]/profiles/G.A.M.M.A.. If you don't have a G.A.M.M.A. folder in profiles - create it.
5) Now launch MO2 again
6) Select profile: G.A.M.M.A.

Running win 10 so powershell is ok. As you can see from the screenshot visual c++ and .net frameworks are there. And when i run the direct X installer from that link it says (pic) which translates " to " a newer version of direct x is already installed. no installation necessary"

Sooo I dont even know wtf to say but the Visual C++ installer said that the correct version is already installed and there is no installation needed. But now the gamma launcher works

If your game crashes randomly, specifically in the outskirts area, and you receive an error similar to this. Additionally, if there simply isn't any error logs left behind.
I found that enabling the use this if stuttering mod solves the issue. At-least, for my play-through today after enabling the mod, I've encountered no crashing.

i hope i am in the proper channel rn, but i encountered a problem ingame, where i cannot use a tactical kit for a specific weapon. in particular concerns the rifle "Karabiner 98" or K98, which has the different versions, standard, forester mk1 and forester mk2. while the two latter are basically modified k98 rifles, the standard one seems to have a tactical kit available at traders. problem now is that the kit cannot be installed on the rifle. not the standard one (which it seems to be supposed to be on) nor the two forester versions.
interestingly, the tac kit is named "tactical kit for MAUSER 98" not "KARABINER 98". while i know that Mauser company built that guns, it seems in game the rifle is not the same as the one mentioned in the kit.

What can i do about that? maybe a mod issue?

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and launch git-bash.exe
3. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter. (picture for reference below.)

Been having this issue for a while now, the fonts are oversized/mismatched. Tried the following:
Played Anomaly without GAMMA. Anomaly did NOT have the font issue, so I'm guessing it is about GAMMA.
Disabled Tactical Fonts. It just made the fonts bigger. Did not solve the issue.
Enabled Modern Fonts (With Tactical Fonts disabled). Changed the font type but did NOT change font size. Did not solve the issue.
Deleted font mods. Did not solve the issue.
Followed the "Missing Anomaly 1.5.2 Files" guide recommended to users having the same problem. Did not solve the issue.
Manually downloaded GAMMA mods. Did not solve the issue.
Deleted GAMMA and did a fresh install. Did not solve the issue.

Would appreciate if anyone could help.

and you arent warned about that prior, so when you inevitably run out of ammo and come back you die in 50 seconds

i downloaded SPT tarkov it took 5 mins thx to their ACTUALY EFFICIENT AND USEFULL assistant and it works just fine, i can mod the shit how i wan't, i can play with friend and i don't have to update the thing every 5 mins because one of the 6152658525856251896 mods got a bag pack going from brown to dark brown

Et tu devrais faire ta maison à Yantar dans la base des écologistes, ils sont neutre avec vla des gens, c à côté de DUTY qui sont pas tes potes en mercs mais c tranquille, c t pote en loner, c à côté de la ville morte avec la base des mercs, c stylé, il y un vendeurs de matos de scientifique, de bouffe et un mécano et à la base des mercs tu peux achter des zarmes, des medocs, des exosquellette. + t bleu+ plus t de l'ouest + t stylé + mercenaire + copain avec les bandits

Mercenaire tu vas avoir des équipements plus fort, mais plus d'ennemis et d'actions, ce qui est pas simple pour un nouveau
