To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin.
5. Uncheck/Disable:

I have a problem. When i entered the CNPP with Strelok and the others i thought the objective was to find the wish granter and get information from him. This was obviously not the case, i wasn't quite sure what to do and got sidetracked. Later i looked it up and found out, that i had to find the shard, which i did. But by then Strelok disappeared. When i call my companions, both Stitch and Rogue answer the call, so i'd assume the mission hasn't failed, which would be the case if Strelok had died somehow. Any idea where he could be or what happened to him!?
I wouldn't mind going on an epic adventure to find the legend himself, but i'd like to make sure he's actually still alive and well!
I also didn't get any kind of notification, like a mission update, when i picked up the shard at the CNPP, if that helps get to the bottom of it. Is there a way to locate an NPC, find out what the state of the quest is or anything else that could help?

1. Update G.A.M.M.A. to the latest version (open GAMMA Launcher with admin rights, click on Install / Update)
2. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can find the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

Do you have a good CPU? Use AVX (if you have a crash, it probably means your CPU doesn't support this function).
Do you have a good GPU? DON'T use AVX.
Do you have both? Try for yourself, see what's better.

Actual explanation:
AVX is a way for your CPU to do calculations on a large array of data simultaneously. This is the same kind of job GPUs are primarily meant for.
So if your GPU is decent, AVX is (in most cases) outclassed by the GPU itself. Best way to know which is better for you, personally, is to try both versions and see what does or doesn't crash/performs better.

3: No red X's. The only modification i've done is that fix this where you rename a mod to save your MCM values, and doing that does not cause a red X.

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin.
5. Uncheck/Disable:

• Check MD5
• Force git download

6. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

3) Go to your Anomaly folder

6) Go to your \Anomaly\bin folder and delete d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll files.
It won't delete your save files.

Hey, running into an error at the start of my playthrough in Cordon. Or maybe just everywhere, game's too broken to check. After about 30m of playing, game will run out of memory, freeze up for 3 minutes and crash. If I try to relaunch the game after that & load my most recent save, crashes as soon as the save is loaded. Same thing, freezes the entire game/pc for a couple minutes before force-quitting itself. I disabled YACS as it is an optional & also enabled the 0.9 save fix, but that didn't do anything.

Wait until Grok's updater finishes doing its thing.
Open MO2 and note the mod count.
Currently Gamma weighs in at 446 mods. If you got a lower number, it means you failed to pull some mods. It happens. Solution is simple - try again, maybe tomorrow if the error persists. Less people downloading stuff off ModDb on Mondays.

1. you have 32bit version of windows
2. visual c++ you have installed is for 32bit version, and not for 64bit version of windows
3. you run a virtual machine

so if all of those 3 don't check out, means your windows install is busted

Just installed gamma noticed few things, first is that there is reshade, I was told it was removed, is it back? Also sometimes then I look at certain thing or way game becomes stuttery, what is it?

3) Copy this file: modlist.txt
4) Paste it in here and replace the existing file: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]/profiles/G.A.M.M.A.. If you don't have a G.A.M.M.A. folder in profiles - create it.
5) Now launch MO2 again
6) Select profile: G.A.M.M.A.

I think the stats issue Im seeing is that its comparing stats to the other weapon slots which I didn't realize until now.. still dont understand why reliability is so low on a 100% rifle tho.

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete Atmospherics_GAMMA_x.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)

you can try reinstall, with the top 2 tabs off and see if any mod failed to download, the installation is very precise with needing exclusion, clean anomaly, firewall/win defender etc

the only-installation tab above here is how to do it precise, if you followed that.

a good trick is also top right search, and fill in the error you got with your c:/anomaly like
error X3003: redefinition of 'screen_res'
This helps find others with same error and maybe a fix they got in the past.

Something about the PAW (the cartograph mod for your pda, a lua error happens. Otherwise it looks like the game is trying to use a destroyed item right after giving you the monolith shard

No. I thought it had no effect on DX8 and required higher DXs to function properly

Because the issue is for sure BaS scopes. It's the shader that makes the red dot centered. Could also be an issue of the demonized exe of the engine possibly.

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

1) Close MO2
2) Go to GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/GAMMA/modpack_data/
3) Copy this file: modlist.txt
4) Paste it in here and replace the existing file: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]/profiles/G.A.M.M.A.. If you don't have a G.A.M.M.A. folder in profiles - create it.
5) Now launch MO2 again
6) Select profile: G.A.M.M.A.

To bring your mod list, settings and keybinds back to default, inverting any changes made by you:

1. Open the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher with admin rights
2. Uncheck every box EXCEPT Delete Reshade DLLs
3. Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A

Note: If you wish to keep your keybinds and graphical settings, go to Anomaly\appdata and backup user.ltx.
