Settings for anyone with NVG problems in new update. This fixed my NVG's being too bright to be usable, and scope lines getting blown out with bloom. If your NVG's are displaying incorrectly otherwise, turn off AO and turn it back on again.

GAMMA is a total conversion of a total conversion, it is a game that is running on an engine made in 2009, by programmers that didn't have the experience of the Western and Asian gaming markets and developers. Said engine is now being overloaded by 446mods and counting and is runing on hardware that may as well be magic to it. Be thankful the game even works

I guess so. It used to run GAMMA pretty well until the last update. Tried DX10 and DX9 already.

Then you have to find what changed in your OS/hardware between the updates. Antivirus, drivers, nvidia/amd control panel settings, etc. if you have a correct install (446 mods in mo2, etc), then it’s not a gamma issue.

You can also try a new save just in case

ok, so make a hard save of your game since this might get funky. Once you do that, try doing this:

Launch STALKER in Debug Mode, once in game hit 'F7' and '0' to open NPC Logic / Execute, and type the following under Function Execute.

Save your game, reload the save, and then try to initiate dialogue with whoever it is you're crashing with.

You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:

1. Add your Anomaly folder to your antivirus exceptions. For Windows Defender, do as instructed here: #🖥️how-to-install message

2. Now delete all the content inside your Anomaly installation folder.
3. Move both the Anomaly 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 update .zip files into the now clean Anomaly folder.
   🔹 If you don't have both Anomaly 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 .zip files, download them again from Moddb or get them by typing !torrent in #🤖bot-commands
4. Right click the 1.5.1 zip file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here".

6. Launch Anomaly, once you get to the main menu, exit the game.

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

• Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).

• Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
• Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.

• Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.

Question - is this a known bug or inconsistency? Some weapon stats get updated, some not, after weapon upgrades. Eg in this example recoil got properly updated, but accuracy should be 81% and is not. Also, do the upgrade even work, when they don't get updated in the description? What I know for sure, some months ago all stats were updating properly after upgrades, every time.

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

• Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
• Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
• Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
• Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
• Launch the GAMMA V6 Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
• Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.

To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin.
5. Uncheck/Disable:

• Check MD5
• Force git download

6. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

How to get rid of the Ecolog Semenov.

1. Turn on the debug menu: #╭📖faq message
2. Launch the game and load your save file.
3. Now press F7 and then press on the NPC Logic/Execute button.
