Hey guys, could i ask anyone to show me what a default modlist looks like? I have a problem. One of the mods during first launch was flagged and I still ran the game. Next tries of launching the game resulted in all of the mods disabled. I tried enabling every mod but i get a fatal error like this.

The drop happens at any point in game. Don't know what's causing it. It happens regardless of place.

It's kind of impossible to troubleshoot if they are no clues. But I'll take a shot in the dark: do you have something binded to ctrl key?

1. Check if you are blocked from accessing and browsing https://www.moddb.com/ (you'll see a big red screen)
If you are blocked, then WAIT for the indicated time + 40 minutes and then try to visit the website again.
Alternatively, you can use a VPN to bypass the block.
Don't check every five seconds if the timer is going down, it can lead to problems.
Don't delete anything unless we told you to do so.

If you're not blocked:
2. Open your GAMMA Launcher and check if you have the latest launcher, which is 4.3.0.0.

If you don't have it, go in #🤖bot-commands, type !40 and follow 2), 3) and 4) of the steps, then continue with this guide
3. Disable antivirus temporarily
4. In Windows Defender, add Anomaly and G.A.M.M.A. folders to Exclusions:

The file is inside your Anomaly folder, this is the complete path:
Anomaly/appdata/logs

This is what you could find:

1. xray_yournamehere.txt
2. xray_yournamehere.log
3. xray_yournamehere without any file extension

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end. DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods, if you do, you'll need to ask in #🔨modded-gamma-support.

You have a corrupt mod somewhere in the mix. do the directions below.

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin
2. Enable the top 4 boxes under the installation buttons, make sure they're selected
3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Yep that is completely normal. The bigger your stash and inventory gets the more it stutters when opening things. Dead City is also very known for its fps drops.

Yes this is normal and entirely dependent on your cpu's single core performance. Try these:

There is a mods.txt file somewhere in the installer folder that the said launcher uses to install the mods. But are you really going to install 400+ mods manually? This would probably take all day, I would look for another way or quit

suprisingly your actually missing a couple mods. Also the modlist didn't get transfered over properly which is why all the mods are enabled. You should run the launcher and update again to pull the missing mods.

3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

It is also a valid compliment to this game quality as people are willing to go long way to play a game they really love.

@wintry rivet the mods you see Checked are the mods used each time you play, other you c UNCHECKED are buggy or disabled for future fixes or optional, carefull not to randomly start clicking or 100% you will start crashing. 🙂 also dont delete the unchecked mods they have purpose some of their files are used..

@wintry rivet i can tell you about some useful ones i personaly like that are disabled (didnt increase my crashing alot) , type in search NPC use armor that mod allows you to give your companions armor of their faction or same armor to the ones their faction use (like SKAT 9 or BERIL armor used by many faction) and then if its better than their current armor they will use it.
another mod i tried is companion tweak carry weight its good but they stop carrying artifact unless their are in container but they gain like 50KG since they are soldiers wearring exskeleton later its only logical to use haha

Yes very. Most issues with changing loot stuff won't be seen until later on in the game when your save is crashing when spawning in items. I have been able to get away with changing the weapon durability dropped by different stalker levels but again .... do at your own risk.

If you're talking about the !backup command that has you rename your MCM settings mod then just untick the default new one and recheck your renamed one. However, I'm sure a lot of things have changed so I would encourage you to use the default one and build off that.

Let it go man. Shader compilation error is probably happening because of mod changes. Grass tweaks is now autumn instead of spring for one. That alone will likely cause compilation errors. Just go to #🤖bot-commands and type !shader. Follow directions
