The file is inside your Anomaly folder, this is the complete path:
Anomaly/appdata/logs

This is what you could find:

1. xray_yournamehere.txt
2. xray_yournamehere.log
3. xray_yournamehere without any file extension

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end. DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods, if you do, you'll need to ask in #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Ok easy fix, youre just using the wrong exe to update. You should be able to follow #💽how-to-update and follow steps on how to update from .8 to .9. If that doesnt work you can delete your gamma folder and start at this step #🖥️how-to-install message . But thats deleting a shitton of files and should be your last course of action

Anybody know what could make my vegetation look like this sometimes, then go away after a while? Its only certain grass and bushes, too. It also goes away if youu look at it from a certain angkle/distance. You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:

Anybody know what could make my vegetation look like this sometimes, then go away after a while? Its only certain grass and bushes, too. It also goes away if youu look at it from a certain angle/distance. I had a similar issue where they'd look like that at night when a flashlight hit them, but cfg_load atmosr fixed that. it doesnt do anything for this. i dont have any flags in mo2, and zero issues with the game otherwise. ive seen some other people making posts with white grass when i seareched, but nobody had a resolution. some of the posts literally had grass like missing textures. mine looks okay, but has this weird shinyness over top the NORMAL grass. i tried disabling aydins grass to see if the issue was from that, but its still there with the mod disabled.

We can't really see the problem if you take a picture with your cellphone. If you have a problem you want to share with us, you can do the following, since we don't care about your second monitor or your desktop image:

1. Press F12 in-game, look in Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If it's not there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite
2. Press PRTSC (Print Screen on your keyboard) open Paint, CTLR + V to paste the pic, save it, send it
3. Windows key + Shift + S, which let you choose what part of the screen you want to copy, it will directly copy the pic for you.

Hey just wanna throw out there if you start getting a memory usage crash and it wont let you back into the game closing out of MO2 and the Gamma launcher , then starting up a fresh process of the Gamma launcher fixes the mem usage crashing. Seems to happen when you are playing all day and don't restart the launcher idk, tested a few times now it seems to fix the issue.

Hello! I am trying to choose the optimum population settings. The default in ZCP are 0.5 for stalkers and 0.45 for mutants with a 6h respawn time. If we take into account that the offline simulation is full by default, wouldn't that result in a pretty empty zone? Perhaps the 6 h respawn time compensates for this? this is a naroyadna solyanka type of ai experience, it cant be normal

the mercs in the snipers nest would glitch through the roof, then they would push me around the corner while i had 2 dutyers with me, everyone panic spraying eachother point blank without playing cover, at one point the last merc just freezes and stands there till he dies

also most of the world is not dynamic but extremely predictable and pretty much the same to every other save regardless of where i start

theres a senseless respawn of the same enemies in certain areas that make no sense and its all triggered by a single travel point

I got a crazy problem involving disappearing Artefacts. One specific Artefact on my belt in an AAM disappears when an emission ends. The only way I have found to avoid it is to load a prior save and sleep through the emission by using pills. I have spent quite a few hours trying to determine how it is vanishing and last night after 2 real world days I finally narrowed it down to an emission. You can watch it vanish from your belt or character inventory. It also will vanish from companion's inventory. This is a default installation only using "Meatchunk's prefetcher". 381. I'd really like to know if this is "common", and if there is a known way to avoid this. This has been happening before upgrades from 50%ish to the current 70%ish. Is the item fucked?

How do I access the debug menu if I have changed my keybinds? In my case when I first installed the game a few weeks ago I set F6 & F7 to quick save and quick load. Now I am at a point where a bugged quest has become so frustrating that I just want to use commands to complete it. I have gone into the keybinds and reset "Debug" to a few different keys and nothing happens when I press that button. I need a bit of advice on this one.

Anybody know what could make my vegetation look like this sometimes, then go away after a while? Its only certain grass and bushes, too. It also goes away if youu look at it from a certain angle/distance. I had a similar issue where they'd look like that at night when a flashlight hit them, but cfg_load atmosr fixed that. it doesnt do anything for this. i dont have any flags in mo2, and zero issues with the game otherwise. ive seen some other people making posts with white grass when i seareched, but nobody had a resolution. some of the posts literally had grass like missing textures. mine looks okay, but has this weird shinyness over top the NORMAL grass. i tried disabling aydins grass to see if the issue was from that, but its still there with the mod disabled.

I have a weird glitch happening to me when I load a saved game: No matter where I am, once the saved game is loaded, my character cannot move, unless I crouch. This is on a vanilla mod list loadout. To find any kind of cure for it, I have to run the GAMMA launcher and update the game files and then the game works, until I save and quit and come back and get frozen in place again. Any thoughts?

Hey, i'm getting 144 fps but no matter what i do, when i TURN my mouse the game feels ''stuttery'' but its not stuttering. Its just not smooth. I'f i just walk forward everything is fine. Anybody know what could make my vegetation look like this sometimes, then go away after a while? Its only certain grass and bushes, too. It also goes away if youu look at it from a certain angle/distance. I had a similar issue where they'd look like that at night when a flashlight hit them, but cfg_load atmosr fixed that. it doesnt do anything for this. i dont have any flags in mo2, and zero issues with the game otherwise. ive seen some other people making posts with white grass when i seareched, but nobody had a resolution. some of the posts literally had grass like missing textures. mine looks okay, but has this weird shinyness over top the NORMAL grass. i tried disabling aydins grass to see if the issue was from that, but its still there with the mod disabled.
