For some reason I can't load my last saved game, when doing so this error appears

I have GAMMA downloaded for about 2 months and have been playing it regularly until today when a bug appeared. I slept in the game, and when I woke up, my health was at the minimum, no keys worked (except for A,W,S, and D) and after a while the game crashed with the following message: "Unhandled exception occurred. See log for detail". I tried verifying my installation and saw that some files were corrupted, but I don't know if they're the problem, and if they are, I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help me? I was really into the game and wouldn't like to lose my progress.

I found his body and got his ID but even though the map icon shows him as an important character he must belong to a mod because none of his information shows up in the squad_descr files , makes me sad because I was enjoying this questline and now it seems dead in the water because it auto fails if I accept it since he is lying face down in a pig farm.

I apologize if Im clogging anything up but I did find what mod he belongs to , working on figuring out how to spawn him now.

Is there a way to increase the amount/speed of which water/debris is gathered on mask visors? I really like the idea of having to wipe my visor and I want to make it a more prevalent part of my gameplay.

That text should be handled by 140- Weapon Parts Overhaul - arti, are you running anything custom that overwrites that mod?
If not then maybe running another install through the launcher where you untick everything but the force extraction might fix it, assuming you only have this issue, see no flagged mods and have all 380 mods.

Nope, this install has the default modlist +unlimited stashes weight. But I've had another issue right after install (I think 1 mod was missing), so maybe there are other problems too I haven't noticed yet. I'll try copying WPO from my other install, and/or run the installer. Thanks

Yeah, if you suspect the install to be a bit fucked, running a default install (in launcher) might be the best, should fix most issues.

If people are having troubleshooting issues with black screen leading all the way up to uninstall reshade dlls, just reinstall reshade, selecting the exe of your choice in the anomaly/bin folder. Should work again with Gamma's reshade presets there fully.

Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

You got off to a bad start with a messed up install and folder structure. Why don't you just delete all folders ( you can save the GAMMA downloads folder) and create new ones to extract into. Start from step 1 of #🖥️how-to-install

You use the launcher. The "installer" is the old version and should be deleted.

@mystic lichen did you try those ini instructions i mentioned earlier. That will reset MO2 paths so it will point to the right spot. YOu should definitely try that first

I'm not entirely sure how the powershell script works aside from it needing it in order to actually, request, download, extract and install the mods. Honestly I agree tho, they should have a channel explaining exactly how the launcher works and what it's doing. If it means anything I haven't had problems with it and my computer runs the exact same. We can't really see the problem if you take a picture with your cellphone. If you have a problem you want to share with us, you can do the following, since we don't care about your second monitor or your desktop image:

1. Press F12 in-game, look in Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If it's not there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite

I purposefully disabled a few like blood spread mods, many complaints seem to say it causes more frequent crashing, especially in bigger fights
