6) Paste the gamedata folder inside this newly created folder
7) Now go to GAMMA RC3/mods and look for a folder called 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich.
If you have this folder - delete it, if you don't have it - skip this step.
8) Open Gamma Launcher as Admin

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Game becomes unplayable in shootouts with large groups of stalkers in heavy populated areas. my fps drops from 80 to 30-40. Sometimes even below 30 in areas like military base in Agroprom. U guys didnt do the mistake i did right clicked first ini installation twice and then update if not at fhen update the game and wait for the launcher to say now u can play it hangs but keeps working dont be fooled by the full green bar until it says ready to play and when ur updating check if theres any error on the black screen while installing cause sometimes moddb blocks you for a while @rara @wheat forge @earnest nacelle

I couldn't find this as an issue anywhere else and it seems to be a bug or something while playing the game but the quest "Mortal Sin: Ambush" keeps bugging out. I've done it before on a previous playthrough and know the squad spawns in at the camp north of the cordon (Loner Stalker) but everytime I walk towards it the quest updates and there are no enemies but it doesn't count it as a quest completed. I'm not sure whats going on with it.

Hi! I installed GAMMA last week. During all this time it has crashed very eventually. But recently, without having modified anything, it has been getting worse until now it usually crashes in less than 20 minutes. Crashes without error or exception. I have run the game with AVX and without it. Same.

3. No, I don't see any X flags. Apparently all works fine but crash too often.

Have you posted your .log yet? Always good to post it along side the issue. Just make sure you post it after you crash, and not after launching the game. It'll overwrite the old .log when you start the game up.

I load my save back up and start playing, I was low health so I use a medkit. The animation plays, but I don't get my gun back. I can't open inventory, I can't loot any bodies, I can't open the PDA, almost all of those actions no longer work for me.
I can open companion inventory with the companion wheel, but it won't change the rest.
After a little while the game CTDs but I get no error window.
Any ideas? I looked at the logs but I'm not knowledgeable enough to understand what to look out for.

Ive got a pretty severe issue, i randomly get killed by what seems like Psy damage,

Hi! I installed GAMMA last week. During all this time it has crashed very eventually. But recently, without having modified anything, it has been getting worse until now it usually crashes in less than 20 minutes. Crashes without error or exception. I have run the game with AVX and without it. Same.

I couldn't find this as an issue anywhere else and it seems to be a bug or something while playing the game but the quest "Mortal Sin: Ambush" keeps bugging out. G.A.M.M.A. has a default mod list and a default list of keybinds and settings, just to make sure everyone has the same things.
When you update, everything goes back to default for this reason, so yes, it's normal.

NPC Stop Looting Dead Bodies - DTTheGunslinger <<< this mod basically prevent NPCs from dropping their weapon on death and sucks up all the loots that they find in the zone from other corpses

G.A.M.M.A. NPC Loot Claim Remade <<<< this mod basically make it so that an npc can "claim" a dead body when they kill it, so they don't actually loot them but prevent you from getting easy loots by waiting for an npc to kill someone and then run over and loot it yourself (basically anti cheese mechanic)

They wont loot any kills at all, which i assume is the best method to protect the players loot from kills. Loot claim itself just makes it an "illegal" action to try to loot from a body the player didn't make. without disabling their looting, they will steal from your kills and you will be considered hostile should you act aggressively as a result.

Yes it's jank, but it's also the only way to protect the player from a gamey interaction that exclusively harms them. In exchange, other stalkers don't loot anything, but will attack you if you try to steal from their kills.

Thus effectively "removing" the loot from the players grasp without also making it "free" for stalkers to steal from the player.

But I dont want to disable that one. The one im considering disabling is NPC Stop looting dead bodies. Because if I read that mods description right it stops the npcs from looting npcs period unless I'm confused. Which I am a little confused, lol

I just want NPCs to be able to loot their kills, (But not mine) while also letting me be able to loot an NPC that has looted one of their own kills before their death and I can see what loot they have gotten from that npcs own lootings.

its basically a balancing feature, prevent like a rookie npc from sucking up all the loot just because he was a lucky one that managed to survive a firefight and when you kill him its like looting a god damn loot piñata

So they still loot and claim bodies, they just dont have a TON of loot from getting lucky and the loot from the bodies they loot just get vaporized for balance purposes

they claim the kill, but the loot become locked unless you kill them (i think grok was planning to change that, idk if its in place yet, I do know that if the guy who claimed the body, if he die, you can then loot it)

I haven't messed with anything other than some key binds. Game was working fine but this happened when I started it up today.

You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:
🔹Add your Anomaly folder to antivirus exceptions. For Windows Defender do as instructed here: #🖥️how-to-install message
🔹To keep your savefiles type !save in #🤖bot-commands
🔹Now delete all content inside your Anomaly installation folder
🔹If you no longer have both anomaly zip files then acquire them by typing !torrent in #🤖bot-commands (or if this is your second attempt)
🔹Move both the 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 Anomaly .zip files into the now clean Anomaly folder
🔹Right click the 1.5.1 file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here"
🔹Then right click the 1.5.2 update and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here"
🔹Launch Anomaly to the main menu once, then exit the game
🔹Go to your GAMMA folder and delete ModOrganizer**.ini**, found right under the ModOrganizer.exe
🔹Now open the GAMMA launcher as admin and press First Install Initialization and select your Anomaly folder in the popup.
🔹Now untick/deselect all the options under the Install/Update G.A.M.M.A. button and press it to install and finish.

Yeah, it breaks MO2 in some fashion. Have to relaunch.

It also makes MO2 incapable of deploying newly activated mods until restarted, seemingly.

Very odd because it can find the find the folder location fine, which i expected to also fail in this case.

Is there a way to lessen the effect of weapon barrels affecting damage output? or even a way to turn it off entirely?
